Channel used a New Mexico State Police
uniform to post content on his page the
posts caught the eye of police and they
wanted to find the uniform he used the
man with 100,000 followers ended up
being charged with one count of
unauthorized wearing of a uniform or
badge his case is

morals or values or our professionalism

attention um to the agency and to
everyone all all of the officers are

we came to find out was we just need our
uniform back and it just needs to kind
of end you know it it is illegal um in
State Statute to um wear a state police
uniform that hasn't been issued to or
isn't yours and trying to impersonate as
yourself as a New Mexico State Police
Officer um and that's not what we're
looking to do right now we're not trying
to card him off the jail or anything we
just want to talk to him and be like hey
man like G give us uniform like just
just kind of kind of cool you know we
get it it's Tik Tok it's all fun I mean
we we watch Tik Tok like it is but you
know obviously this caught our attention
so we just kind of wanted to resolve it
telling us and letting us know yeah have

call but he's not returning my call so

was a matter of time before he got an
officer's attention in person I he
thought about it to be honest with you I

then putting people's clothes on and
