hey folks Pinal County Sheriff mark Lam here we just got the most recent crime data from DPS and the FBI the numbers show our criminal justice system in Pinal County is doing phenomenally from 2017 to 2018 crime here went down 16% our crime index rate is now about half the rate of the national average and less than many of our neighboring counties that means in Pinal County your chance of becoming a victim is the lowest that's partly because of our reforms we're being tough on crime and putting the right people in prison but we're also giving the right people a second chance these numbers prove our programs for deflection diversion and redirection are changing lives together we hope to continue this trend to keep making Pinal County and even better home god bless [Music]
