[Music] not to the left [Music] the original stop was for using his cell phone as he's driving down the road he's messing around with his cell phone so i illuminated my lights and siren and he pulls into the left turn lane instead of pulling to the right parallel to the rightmost curb which is required by arizona law so now we're still here in this left turn lane you don't pull to the left you pull to the right parallel to the rightmost curb and remain stopped that's what arizona law says not this this this doesn't help anyone that feel kind of weird sitting there in that left turn lane for two cycles of light yeah yeah it's because you're not supposed to do that you're supposed to pull right parallel to the rightmost curve see your driver's license please so i'm deputy slope i work for the canal county sheriff's office traffic unit reason i stopped you is you're driving down the road messing around your phone which is illegal and then you made an illegal turning movement here into the left turn lane which also is illegal see our current proof of insurance and your registration for your vehicle
