my name is Sarah ballister I'm A detention Aid in the transportation unit and I've been working with pcso for the last almost 7 years before this I was a preschool teacher and the job came open I figured I'd try it and I've loved it ever since it's an entry-level job and it's amazing that you can come in and you have a retirement you have benefits and you have actually really good salary I love being able to help people over in transportation even over here as we take phone calls we get to help the public um for people whose family members are in here this is a really hard time for them and it's nice to be able to help them and kind of ease that there's tons of opportunities here you could go into dispatch if you wanted to you could go work the floor if you eventually want to be a detention officer or if you wanted to go roadside these are all good segue points from here this place has been amazing cuz all the people I work with have become like my second family [Music]
