The father immediately asserted his rights demanding a valid court order and asking both CPS and the officers to explain the legal basis for removing his children. Unable to produce a court order or any lawful justification, they ultimately left the property. Less than 24 hours later, they returned with the same objective. This time, instead of presenting a court order, they relied on a vague email as their claimed authority. Calm but unwavering, the father repeatedly demanded a clear legal explanation for the attempted removal, questioned the legitimacy of their actions, and insisted on due process before any action could be taken.
