You can just not have insurance on your vehicle and then MVD suspend your plates and then you get to meet me on the side of the road. It's a super easy plan. But we can keep some points off your license and that's what I decided to do. So, instead of a speeding ticket we're going to give you a diet speeding ticket known as waste of finite resources. What is that? Waste of finite resources. So, waste of finite resources is not considered a moving violation, so there's no points on your license, so you don't have to worry about your insurance going up.
