one of our um anti-smuggling unit guys uh called for backup and said that he's got a carload of bodies called for border patrol and called for an extra unit so uh I was running traffic down in Arizona City so I'm kind of the closest guy as of right now he's fine he said that he has no idea how many bodies uh that are there he said there's people in the trunk and uh soon as people start coming out of the car he is uh he's immediately outnumbered Jesus H dressed in camo come on out Senor come on sit down you have the keys out of that thing yeah I'm getting them just don't want someone slide slid into the front don't worry been down that road they probably just crossed the border um they wear camo to uh avoid detection from border patrol another law enforcement in the area so there we are you got big crack directly in front of you as you drive second reason your pickup truck is lifted third reason is as you were driving you were texting on your phone I wasn't I actually have video of you texting or calling or manipulating your phone pH so you were on your phone uh press war and that's what I was doing I was you were manipulating your wireless communication device while you were driving I mean I guess I was on the phone with Chase bro to be honest yeah so that's why so not only is there one reason but there's three reasons why I stopped it in the state of Arizona if the the level of your truck is lifted from how it comes to the factory you're required to have mud flaps it's never only I'm giving you a warning on it I don't want to talk about it I I'm just you know just so you know when I got it uh at the dealership in Texas all I told him was to raise that little screw there raise it raise it and and lift are synonymous it's the same thing the center of gravity of your truck is higher than it was when it came from the factory because you leveled it what you did was you leveled Your Truck Yeah but it wasn't it wasn't a k it's I didn't say it was a kit I said the center of gravity was raised from how it comes from the factory your truck sits higher than cars do on the factory right cuz because I used to own one of these so I know this isn't how it comes from the factory so I'm giving you a warning for that I'm not a sight try not to argue okay because I'm explaining why I'm being nice so relax try not to argue the giant crack you have across your windshield is a violation of Arizona law it's directly in your field of view obscuring your vision through your windshield it is a citable offense in the state of Arizona I'm not writing you a citation for that the only thing I'm citing you for is for operating your vehicle while using a wireless P portable communication device so because that causes wrecks just because the people being distracted behind the wheel I had it on speaker the fact of matter is you were holding it in your hand while you were driving down down the road so the only thing you want to explain the only thing that they told me when I was in the pH with like you wanted to I I understand that but you are dialing meaning that you were using your right it doesn't matter what you were doing doesn't matter if you were changing your playlist if you were dialing a phone number if you were using an option if you were entering navigation if you were Snapchatting if you whatever you were on it doesn't matter you hold your phone and it distracts you while you're driving it's a violation of Arizona law that's it it is the the law is very very clear on that as I stand here are there any questions I can answer for you please drive safely thank you
