responded to a distressing 911 call about an unconscious woman behind the wheel of her parked car on a McDonald's drive-thru with her one-year-old child in the back seat upon arriving at the scene officers were met by a concerned MacDonald sta who had made the call and detailed the situation she's clearly high up something she still in the car yeah she's still in there and the baby's just sitting there looking she ordered F and you see the babies back there the woman identified as Kelsey Warren presented a heartbreaking sight that left the officers is profoundly heartbroken ma'am ma'am they made a discovery of aicd including a white powdery substance and a syringe this alarming Discovery heightened their concerns for the well-being of the child in the back seat in the end Kelsey was charged with possession of a controlled substance and others if you thought Kelsey was an irresponsible parent wait till you see Isabella Tui a 22-year-old mother who was high on and was asleep for several hours while her young child wandered the road without supervision oh nobody found you no I've been with her for over an hour do you know where you found her at by walking towards the street so claimed to be the mother of the child it was confirmed that the wandering child was indeed hers Isabella revealed that she had last seen her child when she went to bed around 2:00 a.m. and had gone to sleep immediately after she hadn't woken up until the offices arrived the Department of Children and Families were called to the scene and conducted a thorough search of the apartment along with a test on Isabella the test revealed that she was positive for and alcohol and she admitted to recently testing positive for THC the apartment was littered with open containers of alcohol trash and food parents but little did he know they had both passed out from inside their filthy mobile home however the other officer decided to interact with the child as the search was in progress where's your mom at where's your mom where's your mom where's your dad right you are full of bug bites yeah that's that's my uh traffic vest so I don't get run over by cars you know kind of like what we almost Happ to you oh no the car is rocking it's a hot one out here ain't it woo look at that push it is that one on too NOP push it boom yeah oh get that mosquito you don't need any more mosquito bites on you like I mean you can look at it obviously but it's disgusting like I didn't even want to walk in there but I wanted to make sure there wasn't another kid in there is this the same kid or a different one no it's the same kid it's the same kid that called us last time he's got a younger sister I think she's with the grandparents so we're going to need to call DCF or the grandparents eventually they located the child's parents and despite the child's innocence and vulnerability it was evident that and parental irresponsibility were at play the officer had to take action to ensure the child's safety and uphold the law as well you don't recognize me I was here last time when this happened you remember that yeah and your son today was in the street walking out on US1 and luckily some nice ladies Daddy saw him and stopped before he got smooshed by a freaking car you know what were you guys doing in there we were just sleeping just sleeping yeah step out of the car for me come here come on step out of the car put your hands behind on your back I had enough of this without both of you wait is she getting arrested you both are getting arrested to get your kid dressed for what child why come on what do you mean why I'm see in the back of my car I have enough of you guys sit in the back get in there please please why what do you mean why sit sit in the back of the car slide in the car now poor parenting add that one to the list turn around come here you you're next for what why am I why am I get arrested put your hands behind your back what did I do though what did you do it's what about you didn't do you didn't watch your kid your kid's out on the road this is a history with you two I mean this is just a circus all I want was the kid to get some clothes and get changed you guys
