You're making such a scene. >> Ma'am, I'm not the one making the scene. >> I'm not making a scene either. >> I've given you multiple lawful orders that you are not >> I didn't do anything. I came straight from work. Can you stand in here for a second? Let me talk to 30. Pulled her over. No license plate light. She was speeding. She immediately hopped out of the vehicle. I told her she needed to take a seat back in the vehicle. Refused to get back in the vehicle. Then when I tried to explain things to her, she once again hopped out aggress towards me. I told her she's going to be placed under arrest because I told her it was a lawful order to remain in the vehicle. She did not listen. Now she won't get out of the car. I wanted to wait till you got here to pull her up. >> Is that the safe zone? Is this is once you park in a parking lot, you're good? >> Once somebody at my house. Yeah. >> That's not true, though. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. You're asking her to step out? >> Yeah. >> All right. Ma'am, my name is Sergeant Green. I'm with the Wheaten Police Department. >> Back in the car. >> Sir, I'm not talking to you. I'm not talking to you. >> She told her, "Get out." >> Not talking. >> She told her to get back in. >> Ma'am, what's your first name? >> You have my license. >> I don't know. I haven't seen your license. Okay, thank you very much. Please step to the back of the car. Please step to the back of the car. >> It's perfectly fine. >> Okay, >> so what are we doing? >> Well, she followed your lawful order when she was refusing because I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay, so >> what did what did I do wrong? >> I just got here. I don't know, but obviously you were pulled over for a reason. My officer didn't just stop you for no reason. That she doesn't get Listen, she doesn't get a bonus to make a traffic stop on you. So, you can sit here and play games all you want and be an [ __ ] Or you can go with the program, >> okay? And we can do this the easy way that doesn't require all this rigomearo, me driving down here, code three, because you're being difficult for no reason for a simple traffic stop. >> You're going to get all that. Don't worry about it. >> All right. >> So, >> are you good? Are you good? It's up to you. >> No, that's fine. Complete your traffic stop and I'll explain to the lady the importance of listening to a police officer during a traffic stop. >> Hear me out because this could have gone completely different. You could roll your eyes and sigh and do all the [ __ ] I don't care. The reality is on a traffic stop, whether you think it's lawful or not, you will listen to the police officer when they instruct you to either remain in the vehicle or get out or you'll be arrested for obstruction. That's simple. You'll be placed in handcuffs, you'll be dragged to the police department, and you'll be photographed and printed and all that BS. And then you can explain to a judge why you don't want to follow simple instructions. You can roll your eyes and fidget your feet and do all that [ __ ] and see what the judge can do. But at the end of the day, you are required by law to either remain in the vehicle or get out of the vehicle when the officer tells you so on a traffic stop. That is why she told you to get back in the car. You try to get on her twice and she told you if you did it again, you didn't listen to her, she's going to place you into custody for obstruction. Luckily, once we got down here, you stood, you listened to a reason, you got out, and I appreciate that. So, she's going to do what she's going to do. She's going to complete her traffic stop and we're going to go about our business. It did not have to be this way. You created this situation. >> Anything else? >> Okay. Fantastic. >> [ __ ] face out of here. >> Okay. You could you could say whatever you want. >> Good. >> It's quite all right. >> You [ __ ] Get out. >> No, we're not leaving. You're not done yet. You're not free to leave. We still got to complete the traffic stop. Well, >> yeah. >> Okay. My face [ __ ] stay here. >> My face is going to stay here. >> Okay. I don't give a [ __ ] what you say. >> I know. I'm full. I'm well aware that you don't care. >> Okay. >> This will guess what? This will still be on online later. >> I I can't wait for my uh 10 seconds of fame. >> Be more than that. >> Okay. >> It's going to be on his, too. >> That's perfectly fine. >> It's perfectly fine. >> So, why' she pull me over again? >> Again? She explained. She explained to me she didn't. She >> She didn't explain to you. All right. Well, let me tell you. >> She didn't explain anything and asking her questions. >> So, were you in the car when this happened? >> No, I wasn't. But I have no idea. >> Plus, she got pulled over. >> No, it might have been. >> So, so you weren't in the car when this happened? >> No, I live here. >> Did you come out after she was stopped or when did you come out? >> Yes. >> So, what do you know about the reason why she was pulled over? >> I asked her why she pulled her over. >> Okay. And it's not her authority. She didn't say anything and she started asking her if she'd been drinking or smoking. >> That's a standard question that we ask. >> She's already parked in a parking space. >> So So let me I just want to make sure I got a question for you then. >> So if someone's driving on the road saying speeding or blowing stop signs or whatever they're doing and the second they pull into a parking lot, they're okay, right? They're they're safe. It's a safe zone. They don't they don't get to get pulled over anymore, right? >> That's that's how it works to you, right? >> I don't know why she got pulled over. Do you know? >> It sounds like she did. >> Do you know? >> It sounds like she did. >> You don't know either. I I just got here. Oh, no. I just got here. It sounds like you just got here, too. >> You were on the road when you didn't have a point. >> But then when she entered here, I was already >> It's not That's not how it works. It's not like >> She should have pulled her over while she was still on the street. >> It's not It's It doesn't >> What if she turned it important? She should have pulled her over. >> What if she did and then she pulled into a parking lot after? >> Oh, you know this, right? Cuz you were in the car. >> Cuz I know cops. >> Oh, you know cops. Oh, you know exactly what happened here, right? You won't You won't listen to reason. You won't listen to explanation. You think >> you You came out after this whole thing happened, you know exactly what happened, though, right? >> More and more. >> You're a smart guy. You're a smart guy. >> Are you on drugs? You've been drinking. >> I mean, the way you're behaving tonight, it certainly seems like it could be something. >> You pulled me over for [ __ ] life. But I didn't even know that was out. >> Right. And and all you had to say is, "Officer, I had no idea that that was out. She would have likely had a civil conversation. She would have likely had a civil conversation with you, wrote you a warning, and sent you about if you want to file a formal complaint, feel free to come to the police department. Everything is being recorded on body camera. You guys can continue to record. Bring your evidence. That's fantastic. Call your lawyer. >> I will. >> That's great. >> Yeah, >> she came out like a little [ __ ] in the beginning. >> Again, feel free to come to the police department first thing tomorrow morning and file your complaint. >> See the lieutenants. I mean, again, it's a traffic stop. It's a legal violation. You are looking at it right now. You see that the light is out. >> She could have just simply been nice about it. This [ __ ] came over like, >> "Oh my god, have you been drinking? Where where are the drugs? What have you been doing?" And she's all like, >> "Oh, big bad bitch." Like right in my face in the beginning. >> Pushed her. I didn't even push Ray pushed me. Put her hands on me. >> You know it's all recorded, right? >> Put her hands on me. >> Again, feel free to come >> and I will harass Harass putting her hands on me. >> She literally pushed me and Hello. >> Can you record this? I'm being harassed. You're recording it right here. Why? >> There's probably seven cameras recording this right now. >> That's being recorded. There there. >> I want my neighbors to be there. Oh, trust me. They hear you. Oh, they hear you. They hear you. Don't you worry. >> Finish the citation for the driving >> with no registration light. There is no court appearance required. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Are you an employee here? >> I am. >> You the manager? >> Uh, yes. He is right at lane three. >> Okay. >> Hey sir, how's it going? Hey. >> Hey. Is Jenna working today? >> Is it >> Jenna? >> Jenna? I don't know. Call my manager. >> Yeah. Do you want to just uh call your manager up? >> Yeah. I'm going to take my service. Alan, please. Hey, how's it going? Is Jenna friend working today? >> Who? >> Jenna. Jenna. >> Jenna friend pruned. >> She's female. >> I think she was earlier, but she's already gone for the day >> cuz her Well, her car is still in the parking lot. So, that's why I'm asking if she's here, too. >> Okay. I can go double check. I didn't >> actually I saw her earlier. I didn't >> I just her I just noticed her car is here. So, >> Okay. May I inquire a wife? >> Uh, she has a warrant for arrest. >> Oh, Lord. >> So, >> unfortunately, we got to get it taken care of, you know. >> What department does she work in? >> Uh, cut. >> Okay. >> So, it's going to be a little chilly. >> Yeah.
