realistic possibility in resisting with
violence cases also possession of the
oil is a third degree felony also
punishable by a maximum of 5 years in
prison and a $5,000 fine and she's also
facing one year for the class A
misdemeanor which is resisting without
violence so worst case scenario if the
judge was really pissed off and wanted
to make an example she could be facing
up to 11 years now is she going to get
anywhere close to that of a sentence I
highly doubt it but it's safe to assume
she's going to spend some time Behind
Bars how much I don't exactly know but
