and he had the gun in his lap and he told me to get car and I was like I'm not getting in the car and he started pointing the gun at me and I was like I'm not getting in the car. I tried to jump out of the car when he was like right here and he had the gun at me and then he took the the the bullets out. >> Yes, ma'am. >> When love turns sour, some exes spiral into chaos. They turn their pain and heartbreak into havoc in the craziest of ways. But what happens when these psychoexes unleash their fury on the people they used to love? >> I didn't have it. I don't I didn't have my gun. I I do own a gun and it's in my name and I have paperwork that I bought it in my name. I am not a felon, but I didn't have it. And she was scared. So why would I you know that you're scared to fight? >> Here are some chaotic moments when psycho exes go mental on their ex. Starting off with when Mayfield fired at her ex and his new girlfriend >> because I broke up with trying to make my life start. So then >> I'm the driver of passenger side >> after the passenger side start then that's when I back at her >> and she was scared. So why would I shoot you if I know that you're scared to fight? On August the 5th, 2024, officers of the Ohio Police Department responded to a neighborhood following reports of an aggravated domestic situation with multiple being fired from their apartment. They rushed over to quickly bring down the shooter and prevent any casualties. But upon their arrival, the had escaped and the apartment was empty. So they started interrogating the neighbors, hoping to figure out what had really happened. It was going pretty well until they suddenly discovered something that was about to make an already dire situation even worse. >> Yeah. >> But I can tell you this from what I know about him. His name is He goes by New York. He's been around here for a few years. I know you guys have arrested him a couple times and he walks to the length and he got shot a couple years ago. >> Do you know the girl's name that's staying there? >> I have no idea. I don't even know her. Does it sound like >> I just sitting there talking to my girl in there. Next thing you know, I hear a few shots. I see her screaming and on the phone check on the kids. When I come back, she's pulling out and I didn't see him, >> but he walks with a limp. He used to have long hair and cut his hair. He's from Youngstown, too. >> But I know he goes by New York. That's about all I know. >> All right. Yeah. It sound like uh it was two girls almost at each other. >> Two girls. Yeah, that's what kind of a couple people said they saw. >> Whoa. >> Was that girl back after she was getting That's kind of what we're getting right now. You know, again, I don't know 100%. >> That's kind of where that's kind of what we're we're trying to figure all out here, you know. >> I just know there was a guy over there and I had a screaming match the other day and I know a car full of people that pulled up. I didn't see them get out or nothing, but just a whole bunch of commotion and they left. >> Yeah. So, I figured it must have just escalated. >> And it might have, you know, carried over today. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. I was thinking there was a call or something about Did someone pop off rounds that day or >> uh it might have been maybe one. Maybe I'm I'm not sure. I wasn't here. >> Okay. >> But my mom, she stayed over there. She was like, I don't know >> what's going on. But yeah. >> All right. Yeah. We're trying to couple couple apartments got hit >> over here. Two girls were fighting. >> Hey Crockett, >> this house got hit. >> Another house got hit. >> Uh, right there. 1037 got hit. >> All right. >> I heard the boom. Is it just one or how many you hear? >> All right. >> Yeah. >> I don't know the round. I don't know where the round went. You can see where it stuck >> down through here, too. >> Yeah. I must must have bounced off here. Let me this real quick so I can see where it might have bounced to >> please. Thank you. Might might be over here in the yard somewhere. All right. You can come out if you want. Thank you. [Music] >> Uhhuh. >> I stuck it. >> Is that hole new or old in the screen? >> That's old. >> That's old. >> I tried knocking. 23. >> Yeah, it bounced over here somewhere. But I don't >> Two people are at each other. >> Yeah, cuz it it bounced out of the screen. It bounced in there, bounced off the door and came out of that second hole. So, it came up here somewhere. >> It's going to be shattered or destroyed anyway. >> Yeah. So, >> well, we got Darren. I got her info. I had to call. No problem. >> Well, what we're looking for, another girl. That's how you're >> Wow. Look at this. >> Yeah. >> I'm surprised that's all that got hit over there. >> I saw that white. >> I know. There might be more. >> That white next to that. >> So, you saw the white one come out after the other one. So, probably the gray one. >> They're chasing each other. You think? >> One flew out. went that way and one went that way. >> That white car be sitting there all the time. Whoever own >> that white one's there all the time. >> Does your Does your camera work? It does, but it doesn't live feed. >> I got you. >> While the interrogating was still going on, the male suspects showed up at the scene to give his own side of the story. But that wasn't all. He also had important information to give them. >> This been an ongoing problem. You see this my car right here? She my car. I got a bullet hole in the back of my window. Like >> two one one's in the back bumper, too. >> There's one right here. Yeah. One over here. And then I got a I got a snowflake on the other side. >> She know who? Oh, this is my new mom, bro. >> And this is your new mom. >> This my new girlfriend? Yeah. And she mad cuz I left her. >> She trying to make my life hell, bro. >> She grazed me with the one bullet. Like when she my car, boy, she grazed. I called the police and they do nothing. >> It's going to take for somebody to get hurt from them and do something, bro. Like they should got >> Did you make Did you make a report when they >> They weren't even taking nothing. They didn't do nothing, bro. >> What's your last name? >> Mayfield. >> Did you talk to >> 1066 Nadia? >> Did you talk to Akan, please? >> You think she went back to Nadia? >> Yeah. >> What kind of car is that? >> Hey, he said she might be at 1066 Nadia. That's where she lives. She him before in the cops didn't do anything. >> Where did she you at? >> Where? Before. Nadia on Nadia. When was that? >> This was like probably a month ago cuz I've been in the half for like a month now. What's your name? >> I've been without you. >> Steven what? >> Gotcha. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> I've been in the halfway house. >> I called police. >> Well, they probably come out. They have to find evidence of the crime, right? Like cases do a report on my car. That's that's that's >> Were you driving that over there? I got to look into that. >> That's right. >> I'm going to look at that cuz that's her. She called them. >> Okay. What they doing? >> Nothing. They said cuz I was in Nia they couldn't do nothing. She came over here bro. >> Wait who who did that? >> Was that sheriff or >> Yeah, I was acting police. >> You were in what? >> They couldn't do nothing. Basically like I was at her house >> but she came over here. >> I wonder if they were saying since she's a naughty in the sheriff patrol you got call sheriff. Wonder if that's you car. You know we know that. Yeah. >> About a month ago. >> 1066. >> I'm gonna call. >> Did you call? >> She called. My girl called. >> What's her name? >> Her name is Kelsey. >> You guys got kids together or what? >> Me and the ex. >> Yeah. We got I got a daughter by her >> and I broke up with her. She mad basically cuz I broke up with her. >> Nice try. >> Nice try. Make my life miserable. Like she goes in my car, whatever I have in my car, she steal it. >> Like everything >> wondering. >> Yeah. See, she talking about this right now. >> So she was leaving here to pick you up at >> at >> and bring you back here. >> So that's she left came and got you and came back. >> Yeah. Cuz she was on her way to come get me cuz she take me to work. You know what I'm saying? >> So So your ex tried to get your new girl as she was coming out to the car. Yeah. >> Hearing those words, the officer froze in shock. But when he finally found his voice, he had a piece of advice for him. >> You should go get you should uh I don't know. >> I was going to say I'd move on a >> try to move somewhere different though cuz it's just too close. >> Yeah, I' I'd move I'd move like an hour away so at least she has to drive to get to you. Yeah, I was going to say protect protection ain't going to do nothing if she's that crazy. That's why I was going to say you should just move, but I didn't want to be a dick and tell you I didn't want to tell you to move be a dick and tell you to move. >> Yeah, it's about I was going to move. I was going to move anyways because >> Yeah. I mean, >> Meanwhile, another officer was questioning the new girlfriend, Kelsey, as she recounted the terrifying incident that made her life flash before her eyes. >> So, she's in the second space. >> Yes. She was like, >> you ask her what she's doing here. >> Yes. She was like, "I'm not coming over here for you, but if you want to start, we can't." So, I didn't. She went over, reached over to wherever that like the passenger seat, reached over there, grabbed her gun, rolled her window down, and started. So, then >> after the driver of passenger side, >> after the passenger side started then that's when I back at her [Applause] about like probably eight or seven or eight. And then she like multiple times just catch. >> You stay here, right? >> Yes, I do. >> I thought she was like your friend. >> No, she is not my friend. >> She's his baby mother. I was being getting along so that he could see his kid with her, but then that's not out of the question. Then I called up to y'all multiple times about her. the officer that I have to have video proof for y'all to even do anything about her doing any of the that she does. And I still have no I don't have no video proof. So I don't know if y'all going to do your job or what's going to happen. >> When did that happen? >> Oh, that happened was it like a month ago and we called y'all about it too and nothing happened. >> The first the first time I I only ever came out that one time about it. >> Yeah. And she was she was jumping on his car and everything. We saw her doing that, kicking on the car, all of that. >> No, I saw her sit on the hood and then I was like, "Hey, you got to I can't stay here." She was like, "Oh, me and her. Cool. She watches my kids and whatnot." >> Yeah. And we were screw. But now she she still wants to be with him and he don't want to be with her. He's with me. And she just been I don't know crazy cycle. >> Keep coming to my house. Keep charting >> all of that. You have to tell him that whole thing. >> You have any other firearms in your >> No, I do not. Reason being is we may or may not have take your head card back and get it back. >> Okay? >> You understand what I'm saying? No one's saying you did anything wrong. You're allowed to protect yourself. >> Yes. >> But I'll let you know whether or not we need to do that. Okay. >> So, you called the last time we him up on Nadia. >> Yes. >> And what the police? >> The police. They told us that they couldn't do nothing because since he went over there even though that she came over here, she started she came over here, right? But he went over to her house and retaliated and he they said that he couldn't >> retaliate when he >> all he did was just bust open the door. That's it. He didn't at her or nothing. >> Open one door. >> Open her door. So >> apartment door or apartment? >> Uh I think it was the apartment door. Like he just rushed in there or something. So they said that since he rushed in there, but when he had came out, she didn't do nothing while he was inside the house. She waited till he came out the house and started shooting at him while he left. >> You see what I'm saying? >> Yeah. just so he's got lucky right now that >> his effort in kicking someone's door. You go in someone's door without >> an offense which would be >> but it was the same police because they they already knew what was going on. So that's >> Yeah. From the like >> what I'm saying. >> Um but I'm a report I'm guarantee because they got holes in the car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So it's not like they didn't do anything. I didn't know that part of that aspect of it. It's just It's like I don't know. It's just like I feel like >> So, where did you take your gun? I'm not You're not in any trouble. You're allowed to have one, right? >> Um yeah. >> I don't have any wars or nothing like that. >> You're 21 or older? >> I'm 22. >> So, I may or may not, like I said, but you all have What kind of gun is it? >> It should be It's like a registered. >> Did you buy it? >> No, I did not. >> Oh, you just had someone let you borrow it or >> All right. So, where did you take your firearm? >> Uh, up to Rosemary's >> like up up there. >> Someone else's apartment. >> Yeah. Okay. >> I just need to get it get some information off of it. You're not, like I said, you're not like from everything we're hearing. >> Okay. So, I just need that to compare all this and write everything down. After interrogating her, they started noting down the suspect's physical features to help them track her down. They were still in the middle of this when one of the officers shared a piece of information that could lead to her swift capture. >> What's your girl look like? Tall, short, chubby. >> Tall, skinny, >> dark, light. >> Tall, skinny, what? >> Tall, skinny in his complexion. >> Tall, skinny. >> How's her hair? >> Probably all over the place. >> Like tall. About your height or >> Hey, crack it. Her hair will be all over the place >> most likely. >> She's over there now. Let's go get her stopped quickly. She's at the car. >> I'll go over there then. Would you? Yeah. >> She go inside or >> She just ran back inside. >> All right. Suspect's supposed to be inside here. I don't know. That's what I was wondering. He said she ran back inside. >> I don't think so. How are you doing? Good. >> What's your name? >> My name. >> Huh? >> We just need to know who you are. It's not a big deal. >> Huh? >> We just need to know who you are. >> Yeah. >> What's your name? >> Nay. >> Huh? >> Nay. >> Tell you what, >> Nay. Just >> Nay. What's your last name? >> Which apartment do you stay in? >> I don't go for Yeah. Come on. You're a minor. Let's go. >> Okay. >> I would take this. >> I would What? There's a girl out here running around with a gun. She just ran into one of these apartments, so I'd be careful if you're walking up in here. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, we're trying that's we're trying to prevent things. So, >> I see you doing your job. >> Thank you. It's just >> Miss Mayfield in there. >> I'm all right. Why don't you come out here and talk to us? You want to have a seat? So, what's going on today? >> What's going on? What do you got going on today? >> I just went to the laundry room and >> a lot of stuff got me >> running and just want to actually have an error to make in a second. >> You don't want to talk to us while having earlier? >> No. >> Okay. What's your So, why don't you stand up? Spin around for me. Why am I in? >> You just release your hands, please. >> I'll tell you one second. I Well, if we get in the car, I'll explain things to you and I'll talk to you in the car in private. Am >> I not have the right to know before I'm being arrested? >> Sure. >> Okay. When am I being arrested? >> I'll tell you in the car now. We're not >> Why do I have to wait till we get to the car? >> Cuz I'm not going to air your business out here in front of everybody that's >> Nobody's here. >> Nobody lives up here. So, this door. >> Who's is you share the apartment with somebody else or who's going to watch those kids in there? >> Um, they'll go. They're quiet. >> My sister's in there anyway. >> Your sisters in it. The kids. >> Yes. >> Are they your kids or her kids or whose? >> Her kids. >> Whose kids? >> Okay. All right. >> Just to make sure your kids are taken care of. >> Mom need a break. >> Oh, wait. >> No. I'll try and keep you on the street. >> I don't have no shoes on. I look down and make sure I don't step on. I was going to do the same thing for you and look out for you. I don't want you cutting yourself or getting any. We'll go over to this car over here. All right. >> Mhm. >> 133. >> Do you have anything on you? >> Um I don't believe that way. >> Not trying to be a weirdo or anything. I'm just checking to make sure. >> Nothing in your front waistband. Tighten up when you're >> 708 78. >> Yeah. Uh we have the suspect vehicle that was involved uh over on Nia is John Tom Zebra 5116. >> John Zebra Tom. Sorry. John Zebra Tom 511. >> At that point, they really didn't know what to make of her calm demeanor considering all they had heard about her. But as she started talking, it became even clearer how psychotic she was to think that they would believe her tales. >> True. >> All right, ma'am. You have the right to remain silent. You understand that, right? >> Yes, I do. >> Anything you say can and will be used against you in court. You understand that right? >> Yeah. >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. You understand? >> Mhm. >> If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. You understand? M >> you can decide any time to exercise these rights and answer any questions or make any statements. >> You understand all those? >> Yeah. >> How many kids are up there? >> Um I think three. >> Are they yours? >> Um two. >> Two are yours. Who are the Who's the other one I'm going to? >> Oh >> I guess my big question is are are there any other adults up there? >> Yeah, my sister Jamelia. She's 19 Asia and >> a dude and her other sister came walking up and said that I asked about the kids and they're like our kids will be taken care of. Don't worry about it. >> Yeah. >> So the kids >> So listen, here's the bottom line. You have kids up there. There's more people up there. We know some incident took place right around the corner, right? What happened? Like what happened? What's this all over? Nobody got hurt. >> Not even her. I did not go there on any drama with her. I was not doing anything to her. I didn't even exit the vehicle >> that I was in. Me and my boy, I mean me and my child's father. Um, two weeks ago, we had an agreement that I would pay his phone bill for him until he got paid that Friday. Well, I did not go and get my money. So, I had to not get it, >> which will be for till this week. >> Well, this week comes and me and him was arguing. What do we argue about? because his mother I mean his other child's mother in PA she's on and she has five kids and his daughter is not being sufficiently taken care of and he was like you know just making it like it was a big deal he's so sad and doubt about it but I'm like she's been on since I've been on you I've been with you for 3 years you've done nothing as a father to do anything to get her or I don't want to hear that I'm sad stuff because you first of all you when you came here you were messed up I try to help you get on your feet. Then you instead of taking the help, you went down there, manipulated her, and now you're like trying to turn me and her against each other. I'm trying to talk to her and tell her that he's still trying to be back and forth between the two. >> Trying to tell you both. >> Yeah. And then she's like, well, to me, she's like, yeah, we're going to we're going to get him. We're going to get him. But then she go to him and then it's a whole different story, >> right? >> So I'm like, okay, well, I just can't deal. He needs to be a father. I'm not going to >> I'm not I didn't put you on child support and I didn't even make him buy anything. But I feel like you can get her and whatever you need. Don't say you don't have because I have I make sure my daughter have everything sufficiently. >> Right. >> So what happened today? >> Well, when I tell him that I have the key to his car, >> right? >> I said, "Well, I'm going to go and get your car with your things in it because he's an in house. And when you want your car back, bring it with my money and you can have both. >> Okay. >> And he he was like, "If you go there, I'm going to you." >> And he's like, "I'm on my way. I'm on my way. On my way." I'm like, "You going to me for what? >> Why? For what?" >> So then you showed up and what happened? >> But when I got there, she was standing in front of her car, >> right? >> So I parked in the left side, right? Like when you pull in like this side right here. I just went parked right there and then she's saying something. I wrote on the window. I said, "I did not come here for you." >> Right. >> And then I put the car in reverse. I hear [ __ ] [ __ ] >> So you heard you? >> Yeah. She was shooting at me. >> Okay. Then what happened? >> And I left. I came back up here and I called my sister and him like she was just at me, bro. All about some >> All right, Melissa. >> Well, you back obviously for self-defense probably if she you first. >> I didn't I didn't have it. >> What? >> I didn't have it. I don't have I didn't have my gun. I know I do own a gun and it's in my name and I have paperwork that I bought it in my name. I am not a felon, >> but I didn't have it. I keep it at home. >> Is it at home now? >> No. >> Yeah, it's there. Stop. >> I wouldn't lie to you. It's not there. >> Then where if it's legal? >> My baby. >> Which one? >> So, I'm thinking that's why I'm thinking he's the one that she that's how she at me. >> Why? >> Because he works at a bar. Sweet beats. When they got tired of her insistence on an obvious lie, they decided to ask her a simple question with the hopes that it would finally bring an end to her lies. That question was about to drag the case towards a whole new direction. >> And he'd be feeling like he needs protection while he's there. >> So your ex has your gun. >> All right. So listen, hear me out. So some Listen, I know you back. >> She has a camera in her house. Why didn't she show you? >> All right. Listen to me. >> Why didn't she show you? hear me? >> Because if you see that I did not I hear you, but I'm saying I did not cause her any harm. I didn't even exit my vehicle. Why am I under arrest >> right now? Because you the window back at her. >> We're trying to figure out between Listen, we're >> What is back at her? You're telling me that she at me? >> I don't know. That's why I'm here to find out who shot you. >> I'm trying to you. >> I didn't have any reason to be down there for her. And how did she know I was coming? I can show you my phone where me and my baby dad is calling. I'm not calling. >> And you knew he was at the halfway house that the coast was clear to get the car. >> Exactly. My my point. And when I got there, she was I'm sorry. I'm not I'm one of the people that like just get worked up and I'm really hot and I'm really bothered because >> let me roll these windows down. >> Pretty simple fact that >> I didn't have no feel. Well, I don't like her. I'm not going to say I do like her or >> Yes, me too. >> But she's one of them girls that I already tried to press her to fight and she was scared. So why would I you if I know that you're scared to fight me? >> All right. So what we're trying to determine is who first >> her. >> And then you back the self. >> Yes. >> Okay. So where's your gun that you used to at? We're getting the gun she had. >> Where's the gun that you had? >> In the apartment or in the car? >> In the car. >> We're at the car. >> Yeah. One of the individuals had a knife >> under the seat in the glove box. >> No, I know where it's at. >> It's in my purse. >> Yeah, of course it's in my purse. >> No, it's in my Is it on the seat? >> On the Durango. Did you put it over there? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Okay. >> I'm saying is it still on the seat? I can assume. >> Who owns a Durango? >> Hm. >> Who owns a Durango? >> They do. But I just hopped in because I just called them. >> All right. The guy The guy that was just out here to watch your kids. >> Yeah, that's my brother. >> But yeah. >> All right. Where's he at? >> He was just out here. >> All right. Where'd he go? >> He He's not going to want to interact. >> Well, we're going to have to get the gun. >> I don't want him to be [ __ ] about it. >> We're going to have to get the gun on the car. We're going to put you in here. I'm going to go talk to him. >> That's a niece. >> So, that's his that's his daughter. >> All I know is your This vehicle is yours, correct? >> No. No, it's not mine. >> Who's is it? >> It's not even registered. It's Well, it's registered. It's registered with two months. What's going on? >> Okay. What I'm saying is I need >> consent is cool. Yeah. >> Okay. Well, you have What I'm saying is you have >> the keys >> possession and you are driving this car. So, we can get your You can give us consent to get that driving the car. I'm car >> You're in control. >> I didn't know she did that song with that. So, yeah. You're good with us getting that out. >> Getting that out. >> Yeah. We're not charging you. We're not saying I'm like, "What the you know, I just brought I just seen the kids." >> There was a mess between her and her and he just told me some other going on. Yes. >> Yeah. So, we're going to each other. >> Yeah. >> Wow. >> No one hit each other. >> Broad daylight. >> That's so ignorant. The baby in what car? >> They hit a couple of car. Yeah. Hit a couple apartments. >> Yeah. Nobody got hurt though. >> So, what's your charge? What's your charge right now? >> We don't know yet. We're going to figure out who first, but they're probably >> can't discharge a firearm in this city right now. I don't know if she's allowed to even have a gun. >> She ain't no felon. >> Let me see. No, she she's not a felony. >> Well, then she probably her first anything. >> Okay. So, if anything, it'll be discharging into an occupied structure. >> It'll be discharging into an occupied structure. >> Yeah. >> I'm gonna grab We got to go get her, too. >> Guess she has a firearm that's not registered. She can't get it. >> Huh? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Grab her purse and uh everything else out there, too. >> Her property. >> All right. We're good. That's I just need that. >> Yeah. Cool. >> We're going to do just discharging and >> and see if she has anything to disable her old [ __ ] She has a warrant for expedience ticket. >> I worry about that. >> After retrieving her firearm from the car, they headed back to her ex-boyfriend's house to reintrogate them. But after a thorough investigation, they were left with no option but to do something they never knew they would resort to. >> Was this girl out here waiting for you or you just >> No, she was. >> She She always comes to this house. We done made so many police reports with you guys about her coming to the house, harassing us. notification on uh you came out. >> Yeah, I came I came out. When I came out, she was right there and she was waiting. She was like, "I'm not even out here for you." She was trying to mess his car up even though his car is already up because she keeps his car up. So, she wanted to keep part up. So, I told her like, "No, we're not about to do that then." >> There's a couple rounds around you right there. >> You're all right. You're right. >> You stay on the sidewalk. You're all right. But yeah, then that's when she went down, pulled her uh window down to her passenger seat and started shoot. And then when she did that, that's when I started. >> And I know you're not trying to get into this too much or nothing, but can you tell me who fired first? >> I can't tell you who fired first cuz I was I only heard the first couple and then I just seen it was it was a it was just >> Okay. I didn't see first. Okay. All right. That's all I got. >> Yeah, cuz I I cuz well I I seen from out the window. I seen all I seen was gun and I heard seen return fire. So I don't know cuz I didn't see the whole thing at all. >> I saw the last the last stage. I don't know who who started it. Started it first was >> boom boom boom like three or four then I'm like what the hell sound like us? didn't sound way close and I was in the bathroom. I run to the window, look out the window, then I see the car right there. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Then she fired back. >> Okay. All right. So, all three got charged today. I'll tell you why. >> What am I supposed to do with that ball down in the All right. Listen to me. Did he explain why? >> No. >> Here's what happened. We don't know who started at each other, right? >> Mhm. >> Okay. And you guys have a great self-defense against each other. She shot first. shot to shoot back. The problem is your rounds went in an apartment here where someone's living and her rounds went over here where someone's living. You could you could have helped anybody with your rounds, right? That's why we don't in areas like this where it's occupied, right? There's a bunch of people could get Okay, so that's where we're at. I talked to our police legal adviser and that's where we're at. Okay. >> So, I said before that she came to my house and it was self-defense. >> Okay. But she said she came over. You already started her before she did anything. But we weren't here. I don't have a video of any of this. >> You're not getting phone. Neither is she because we don't know. >> All right. So, that's what we need to handle that. Um, who can you call to get the dog? You have your phone, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, let's make some calls. Come over here. My car. Are we taking her cell phone to see if they had communication before this happened? If the other female claims that she was out here, let me tell you why. We have no cameras. We have a witness that heard before pop. >> It doesn't matter. She could have beef and she comes over here. >> That doesn't give her the right to >> I was just saying. >> I'm not even worried about it because they're giving statements >> basically saying the other did. >> So we have them they both each other and hit apartments >> offsetting penalties with each other. But now you're people apartments where they live. >> Okay. And then he's camping with evidence. He's not allowed to have fun together. And word we're getting is it's his gun that she has. >> Which is why which is why they hit it. >> That's why your mama You gonna be just like her. >> Yo. Yo, you going to be like your mom. Keep playing, boy. Keep playing. Keep playing. Hey, >> get in the car. Sit down. Sit down. Why you got to do this, dude? Seriously. After detaining them, his girlfriend broke down as the reality of what she had done began to settle in. But while that was going on, the female suspect and her ex decided to engage in a battle of words. >> I'm going to jail. >> You're going to jail? >> Yeah. >> Why are you going to jail? >> Because it hit one of it hit somebody's house. My boy >> cuz my bullet hit somebody's house. >> No, the bullet hit my bullet when I bat hit somebody house. >> What was I supposed to do? Just let her me. >> No, you should just wet the house. >> I couldn't. She had me blocked to where I could not go in the house. She was right in front of my house. >> Where's the >> right here? >> You make sure the door lock. >> Yeah, we're going to make sure someone comes and takes care of her dog. >> We don't got no >> She said her mom's coming. She's talking to her mom. >> I didn't tell the police was here already when we got here. >> Uhhuh. Tell somebody. Come on, bro. >> That's crazy. >> I mean, hey, hold on. He's got handcuffs, my man. Go get that crazy ride. >> You should have never told that to shoot at me. Now we both want a deal again. >> Crazy. Crazy. >> For what? >> Just keep shooting. >> All I wanted was my money. Hey, I put my girl over >> your daughter. >> Yeah, you like that. >> Yeah, but your daughter's down. I hope she get >> like like you >> like your >> Stop spitting on the cars. So if one of us gets spit on, you both get charged. >> No, he can spit on me. >> I know, but if you >> But if you both spit on each other, >> I need to get my out. >> All right. Well, please stop. >> Here. >> Y'all going to put them together? >> No, we're not. >> We weren't the officers there, so we can't speak on that. I don't know. But it's [ __ ] >> All right. Well, >> you have something in your bra or anything in your bra? >> No. All right. Back hand back. [Music] Yeah, it's going to hurt if you do it that way. All right. >> Make it comfortable. That's all. [Music] the girls. I want to have you have a copy of the police. >> Perfect. >> The two women were charged with improper discharge of a firearm while the man was charged with possession of a weapon as a convicted felon. The next case takes us to Orlando where a woman smashed her ex-girlfriend's phone before grabbing her by the neck. What's your relationship to this person? >> She's my ex-girlfriend. >> How did she do when she put her hands around her neck? How did she do it? She >> grabbed I found out she was cheating on me. We got in a loud argument. That's why these people over. That's it. That's all. >> Um just same tape. >> And I'm not going to lie, I pushed her. >> On March the 14th, 2024, Orlando cops received a call reporting a domestic battery situation at the Orlando International Airport. When they arrived, they started interrogating a woman who they met at the scene, but nothing prepared them for what she was about to say. >> Do me a favor. Come over here. >> Man, so who's all the boss? Who's all the boss? >> I just can't. This is my best friend. >> That's your best friend. >> And that's her ex-girlfriend. And her ex-girlfriend is using her phone to check out at the to get food cuz she has Apple and she seen a text pop on her phone that she didn't like even though they broke up how long ago. >> Who saw who saw the text? She saw the text on her phone. Yeah. And she like smashed the out of the completely broken. We can't get in our fight now. And um then she choked her up and attacked her. >> How did she choke her? >> She was sitting right here like that at the end >> and she ran over and grabbed her by her neck and and sent her down and started choking. >> Can you um go to the con see >> the verbal? You got plenty of hear you. >> Did you actually see You already going to go check. >> We're just going to locate if you can get a camera number like this. Just >> I'm going to get you on so you saw the whole thing, right? >> Are you Hey, are you doing okay? Are you doing okay? >> You need any medical attention? >> I can't hear you. >> He said no. >> You not heard anywhere or anything? >> Can you Can you tell? Listen. This is so embarrassing. >> Hey Andy, >> you got any statements in your back? >> I can't do nothing with it. >> It's literally smashed. All of our plane tickets are on there. >> But our flight. >> When he saw that she had become responsive, he stepped in and began questioning her, hoping to get the full picture of what had happened. >> Hey, what's Hey, what's your there. >> What's your relationship to this person? >> She's my ex-girlfriend. >> Ex-girlfriend. >> The whole reason we came out here together is just cuz she was there. She was there with my family and we all were like, "Oh, we're going to go to Florida. That's it. We have not been together. We didn't have we didn't do anything this whole trip. >> She um Hey, and that's that's the person. Can you that's the person that put their the hands on you? How did what did they do?" >> Um She was yelling at me and she threw my phone and we were like I was sitting here and she kept getting in my face, getting in my face and then she just she was making herself more angry. She's like, "Oh, you're this. You're that. You're you're nasty. You're disgusting." And I'm like, "Calm down. Stop. Like, I don't want to do this." And she's like, "Oh, I hate you. I hate you." I'm like, "You want to just get that?" >> Okay. So when it got >> when it got physical, what happened? >> I laid down and stopped. >> You said you said you laid down. >> Pushed me down and I didn't do anything. >> Okay. So she pushed you down and then what happened? She pushed you down. >> She's already >> No, I want to hear from her. Thank you. >> She pushed me down with her hands on her ne my neck and I just laid there. >> How did she do when she put her hands around her neck? How did she do it? >> She grabbed like grabbed. >> Did she lose consciousness or anything? >> No. >> No. No. >> Okay. Then when did she stop? Like what? What stopped that set of events? >> I grabbed her hand. You took her off. >> You grabbed her hand. >> I just closed my eyes. She started >> I started crying. >> So she pushed you. So she pushed you down, choked you, and then >> your friend grabbed her your friend grabbed her hands and that's how she got off of you. >> I didn't see. I closed my eyes, but I knew somebody got her off me. >> Okay. All right. Did you see Did you see any of it or you just heard? I was just sitting over there. Um, in the middle part I saw when we she picked her phone up, we went to the seat first and then who actually kept the wall. She was just sitting here and then she just kept like walking away coming over here and then they still know she did something to like her neck and then walked away came back and just like slammed her on the seat and then I ran over here cuz she was like what the I don't know I was sitting over there. I don't know them. >> Okay. All right. you willing to fill out a statement for us about what you saw? >> Okay. >> So, we'll get some more in a second. >> Hey, now you guys got any like ID on you or anything? >> I personally >> She does it. She has mine. She has >> Okay. You have yours? >> She has it. >> She has it in her wallet. >> Okay. Is her wallet on her person? >> Yeah. >> So, I'll get that later. Um, and then as far as like the nature of your relationship, man, how how long were you guys dating? >> Two years. >> Two years. How long ago have you guys been like ex? Like, how long have you guys been separated? >> 3 months. >> For 3 months. Okay. But you guys, >> we didn't start hanging out until just a week ago after the 3 months. >> Okay. So, you guys been separated for 3 months, but you dated for two years, you said? Okay. We got to go first. You want to hold on to this? Okay. Let me get this. Please proceed with no immediate break. You guys want to rest your stuff there. Have a seat. Um TSA and us, we're two separate entities. They're federal, we're state. So we have nothing. We have no um connection to any of their computer systems and vice versa. Although they had enough evidence stacked against her ex, they still decided to allow her to come clean with what had happened. An opportunity she was about to mess up badly. >> Have a seat. None of that. >> Have a seat. What's going on, bro? >> That's my That's That's a shorty of mine. I found out she was cheating on me. We got in a loud argument. That's why these people's over. That's it. That's all. So y'all weren't fighting? >> No, we weren't fighting. >> You got ID? >> Yeah. >> You see it? Shit's crazy. >> What time is your flight supposed to be? >> Uh 6:00 p.m. tomorrow. >> No, we're good. That's my girl. We're here together. I just found out some crazy And we got into a heated argument. It's over. It's not that deep. >> What you say your flight was >> 64 morning. You >> I'm good, man. >> Stay seated. Stay seated. Is there something going on? >> We'll figure it all out here in a minute. >> Your man didn't have to grab you. I'm not cooper. You ain't got to yoke me up and all that. You know what I'm saying? All this is ridiculous. that was cheating on me. I'm sure y'all can understand. Like, of course I'mma [ __ ] out. Of course I am. What's going on right now, man? I'm trying to find out what's going on. My partner's talking to you, girlfriend, and I'm just here with you. [Applause] >> What is that paperwork? >> You'll find out in a second. I'll explain. For some stupid reason, she believed that there would be no consequences for her actions. But as a repercussion started rolling out, she made a sudden turnaround no one saw coming. >> This one, you talk to her, officer. >> Yeah, I haven't done it yet. You see me here the whole >> Yeah. Okay. >> All right. >> Yeah. What's up? >> Freaking out. >> Yeah. Well, I mean, at this point, there's we just got to, you know, um follow the procedures, you know, for this kind of kind of thing. >> I understand. What did the cop tell you? >> I can't comment on that. Yeah. So, we just got to wait till my partner, he's um they they pretty much going to wrap up in the office or whatever and then they'll come out and let me let me know what's up. All right. So, >> probably sister I'll tell you I got up here my girlfriend and I came out here on the trip, right? And then we were uh I was going to call my mom and she left. >> Well, that's pretty much the same story that that's what that's the story that um that she was saying. So um she pretty much explained everything already that happened or whatever explain it to you. >> So like I said, >> I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. So like I said, just um just hang tight. >> I'm not going to lie. I pushed her. >> Just hang tight. >> I didn't beat her up. >> Just hang tight. Just hang tight. Just hang tight. All right. It shouldn't it shouldn't be too long from now. It shouldn't be too long from now. All right. >> Let me know if it's you. No, bro. >> I'm very scared and I don't know what's going on. I'm going to eat. I'm not going to bother any more like that. But be honest, what's going to happen? >> That's the thing. I don't know because it all depends on what they what they're um they're they're working on. So I I I I'm I'm in the unknown just as you are in the unknown. So So that's why I'm just waiting for them to to to come out here and let me know what's up. All right. In the end, she was charged with domestic battery. That woman might have been a classic psycho ex, but she was no match for this obsessed man who terrified his ex with a loaded firearm. >> He he caught me like 200 times last night, and I just kept avoiding it. He's very upset with me because he knows he's leaving me. And I was begging and I was scared to even look cuz I thought he stopped pull the trigger and I was like I was just started crying. Please I'll do this. And he got out of the car and he says I'm going to keep the spare key in there. >> I got the keys to her car in my pocket. She came. >> On January the 9th, 2022, deputies received a call from a local bar's manager reporting an aggravated physical altercation between a man and a female employee at the bar. They arrived at the scene hoping to deescalate as quickly as possible. But as they started talking to the manager, they realized that things were a lot worse than they could have imagined. >> Okay. >> Did you call or who? >> I did. I called. >> Okay. >> I own the bar, but one of my employees. I watched it literally go on in her car out back. He came and got her car um her spare key come this morning. Got her. >> Let me let me check on her. Where she at? Let's go talk to her first. >> My kids here, too. I was just doing >> That's fine. Thank you. >> Hey, ma'am. >> You need an ambulance or anything? can't come check you out. Okay. So, what's going on today? >> My ex um I've kind of avoided him all weekend. He's been tried to break up with him and he doesn't have anywhere to go. So, I've just kind of stayed away from my house. >> Okay. >> And would you prefer to talk outside? I know this is your place on employment. Okay, that's fine. We can go outside then. >> So, what what happened today? I know you were trying to avoid him from the house. So, you were here at work. Did he come here or did you invite him here? >> No, I So, this is my car. >> Okay. Um, so my car I I had gotten here at 11:30 >> or 11:15. He he called me like 200 times last night and I just kept avoiding it avoiding this. >> I knew he was at the house. So cuz I had security cameras and stuff. I just didn't know I was going to get off work today and then just figure out how I was going to get him to leave cuz he didn't have anywhere else to go. >> Okay. >> And my the the store phone started ringing about 15 minutes after I got here >> and I recognized it was his number. So, I just was silencing it. >> Okay. >> And then my cell phone number called and it hit me. I was like, "Why is my cell phone number?" And then it hit me that I left my cell phone in my car. >> And then it hit me like, "Oh god." Like, cuz he doesn't have a vehicle or anything. So, it hit me like, "Maybe how like how is how's my phone calling?" So, I answered when it was my phone number calling and he was screaming and going crazy. I looked outside the door and I he's like dumb with left the spare key. So he somehow got a ride here to and then he was gone and he was screaming at me on the phone and my car was gone. He was gone. >> So he left in your vehicle. >> He left in my vehicle. >> Okay. Does he ever drop your vehicle? >> He doesn't have a license. >> Doesn't matter. Do you ever give him access to your vehicle though? >> I mean >> if you do it's okay. >> Yes. I mean I have Yeah, I have the phone. >> Okay. >> All right. So he's driven your vehicle. He can kind of come and go with it as he pleases. No. No. Okay. All right. So he was screaming on the phone the day and then he drove off in your car and then what happened after that? >> So I was I called my number back cuz he hung up on me and I couldn't even understand what he was saying and he I called it back. He was screaming at me. So then he said you get out. We're going to talk. We're going to talk about this right now. You're not going to avoid me. Whatever. Uh I saw him just lean back in the parking lot. And so, um, my the other my ex's boyfriend is is here with me. And so, um, and that's who I've been with this weekend. So, I told said, "Stay in here." Cuz he doesn't know you're here. She was like, "If that dumb with you, blah, blah, blah. Just stay inside cuz he doesn't know that you're with me." I don't think cuz that would just make things even worse. I was just going to go try to get my key my car back cuz I don't want to like I don't want to sit in prison or whatever cuz he's already going through a he just got out of jail for five bucks for theft by taking motion like cuz he just like took off in someone's car. >> Okay. >> So I go outside I stay inside and I lock. It was just me depending. I was the only I made sure the door was locked so he couldn't get in because I know I've known him for five years and the ex best friend so he go crazy. >> Okay. So he returned with the vehicle. Did you confirm him outside about the vehicle? Okay. So what happened at that point when y'all outside the vehicle? >> So So my ex-boyfriend he left his bag in there which had a gun. Um >> the gun still there. >> He threw the gun in the woods. >> He was He hit me with the gun. Huh? He he threw so so when I first came outside he he said and I've got the guns and I and my guns in the car and so I sorry I'm not >> you're fine. >> I um I get in the house and he was he was parked right around the back like the person part >> by the dumpster area. >> Yeah. but like right against the building and >> he had the gun in his lap and he told me to get car >> and I was like I'm not getting in the car and he started pointing the gun at me and I was about to get in the car. >> Mhm. >> About getting in the car and I was going I didn't know what to do cuz he was but he was he was sitting in the driver's seat and he's pointing the gun cuz he'd like open the passenger door. >> At that point they already had goosebumps listening to her terrifying ordeal in the hands of someone she used to love. But what they never anticipated was the extent he would take his psychotic behavior >> passenger door. He was telling me to get in or like get him. So I got in the car. So I got in the car and he took off. I thought he was going to hit the building and then he took off and then like I I tried to jump out of the car when he was like right here and he had the gun at me. Then he took the the the bullets out. >> You swam >> and he did the >> stuffing in there and >> so I I was trying to jump out of the car and then somehow he ended up like tackling like he >> he kept tackling my like feet. He >> he was grabbing your feet. Okay. >> Yeah. Because I was trying to get out. >> You want to take a seat while we keep talking, ma'am? I know it's a lot going on. >> Thank you. I got him. I was just trying to get >> Change this to a assault, please. >> Calm down, my guy. Like I was cuz he kept telling me he was going to me and he drowned like he would himself and I he's reckless. >> Okay. >> And so he p pulled and parked back again around the back. >> Mhm. >> And um he he hit me. I don't even remember when he hit me. >> Which side of the face did you get hit on? >> Right here. >> Right there. >> He like it felt like he full arm. And he obviously didn't do it that hard cuz he's a big guy. He just went. >> It just kind of like And >> you said that was with the gun. He hit you. >> No. All right. So, what did he do with the gun after he pointed at you and threatened to with it? You know, y'all took off this way. You tried to get out. You said he threw it in the woods, right? >> So, I kept telling I said the cops, I saw my boss. I didn't I thought it was just me and Joey still here. I saw my boss come out the side window and at that point he was screaming. He's like, I'm remember seeing him and I said, "The cops on their way." Like I know everywhere. I know that I >> I knew. So I said, "You need to get leave my He said just let me go get some let me go get some. I'll bring his car back in." >> So is he is he sick right now? You think? You haven't seen him in a while. You said he just got out of jail, right? >> So he's been out of jail for like 3 weeks. >> Okay. >> And he's been doing good, but I haven't been I haven't been around him this weekend. Okay. >> I've literally just Okay. >> But he's got like he looks sick like too much to mom. He he has white all around his mouth. >> All right. >> And his tongue was white. I don't know why. >> Do you you said now you were talking about him you and yourself, right? Do you think he's actually right now with how he's acting? Okay. All right. Let's take a break for a second. I know you got a lot going on. All right. I hate to even tell you, but it's going to be some repetitive questions just to kind of narrow everything that's going on. All right. Obviously, he needs to go find somebody to talk to, get away from you, not be around you or your employer right now. He's obviously gotten in your vehicle and taken a gun that didn't belong to you and then threaten. So, he's not in a right path, a right state of mind. What is his name? His birthday. Do you know that? Okay. You have a phone number for him? >> I do. In my phone, I think he has my phone. >> Okay. >> We'll check on that in a second. What is your name, ma'am? Okay. After hearing that heart-wrenching story, they knew they had to get him fast before he did anything more stupid than he had already done. But the real question was, how would they go about it? And >> this is your vehicle here. Okay. I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> Break it up. >> All right. So, give me a description of what uh is wearing right now. >> So, he has he's a um he's about 6'3. He's got a white pillow um a white long sleeve hooded thin >> shirt. It's a polo. It's a polo shirt brand. So, it's white with just the polo. >> So, a white hoodie polo. >> He's got a man bun, but it's very messy. He looks like a disaster. I mean like I know I do too. So um he's got curling hair like postalone look kind of like he's got >> Okay. So short curly hair. >> Yeah. Well it's in it's normally a man. Um it's up but it's like fall. I mean he looks >> okay. He's white. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> He's about 6'3 probably 240. >> Any tattoos or anything? >> He's got face tattoos. >> What are they like all over the place or what? >> Um he's got a pineapple on one side. >> He's got something that says Saint right here. saint, a pineapple, and an acre on the other side. >> I know. That's why I said I wanted to be there. That way, if something was there, >> After noting his physical features, he decided to have her recap all she had said earlier, just to be sure they weren't missing any important detail. But when they least expected it, she revealed something to them. Something that left them completely shocked. >> Um, all right. So, let's just back you up a little bit. Okay. So, he's been kind of You want to talk in front of him? You want to wait? >> Okay. >> He's been acting crazy over the weekend, right? Where's your house at? >> At Nicholson. >> Nicholson. Okay. So, you didn't want to go home because he's he's going crazy there. Has he been living there with you? >> Uh, yeah. So, we were best friends for 5 years. >> Um, or not best friends. I've always been there. I'd like to fix this. >> Okay. >> We kind of a year ago started a little bit thought we had feelings for each other. We were both there for each other when we needed each other. So, then he ended up going to jail. Okay. And he I put him through jail. Uh he was in jail for 5 months. Went County for probation hold. And he's um he's been out for 3 weeks. He's been doing good. But I just he doesn't have any family. He doesn't have anywhere to go but me. I'm literally the only person that he has left his life because he's everybody over. >> So he's at an end right now. >> Okay. I'm the only person you know and I don't feel that feeling with him that he says he's in love with me and I told him that I wanted to see you know see where things went like once he got out but those feelings are not there >> you swam >> so I tried to tell him that this last week >> and he's just not hearing it he doesn't want to hear that you don't >> he can't lose me >> cuz he doesn't have >> okay he doesn't have to >> Yes ma'am >> and I can't my we were together for 3 years and >> kept walking up in the gray shirt. Okay. >> That's right. Um he's uh he's a good friend of mine and and him for 3 years too, but like I I've leaned because just to get me through this weekend so I wasn't alone. And um so that infuriated I mean I mean he assumes that I he's very upset with me because he knows he's losing me. Okay. And I can't if I get if I if I decide to stay with I can fight across that border friendly supply >> then he wants you to stay with him but obviously you're trying to cut ties. >> Okay. So I'm I'm going to kind of jump pieces just so I can get a good clarity and make sure we have what's going on today. No, your thought is just we got to kind of piece it together once things kind of comment a little bit. So super high. You're just I mean somebody just pointing a gun at you is ready to you from what you're telling me. So from what you're saying, so he showed up today, kept calling over and over the store. You wouldn't answer. So you got a phone call. >> I found like 200 cops in the middle of the night and I just ignored. >> So you got a call phone call from your own cell phone. You looked outside, saw him in your vehicle. He started saying, >> "Oh, the vehicle was gone." >> Okay. Already gone. >> He hit me like spare key. >> That's on the phone when he was saying he got up here cuz I live in Nicholson. >> Yes, ma'am. All right. That's when he was saying on the phone, h I found your spare key or whatever. Right. Okay. You said he came back then. That's when you came out to confront him. Okay. >> Stay inside. Okay. >> I didn't want to call. I didn't want I don't want I just want to set just leave partway and don't do anything. Like I said, just got out of jail. I've taken motor ve took off in the boat running. That was me strung out really bad that he's been what I think good. But I don't know what's happened this weekend cuz I literally have not. >> You've been working and being away from him. >> I've stayed away from him because I know how he is. Yes. >> Okay. Now, let's get back to whenever you were at the vehicle. You walked out to confront him after he drove back with your vehicle the second time. The first time at that point he returned with the vehicle when you got out here. Did he just instantly point the gun at you or did the door open? How did that >> He opened So, he was parked around back. I came out this that side door and he's screaming and he opens the passenger door. >> Okay. the inside >> from the inside and on the phone he had said and I've got a gun suit and I he hung up on me and this right before he pulled back in I looked at I said he's got a gun I got in the car this before I even I knew for sure that he was gone that he had came up here taken my car >> with this spare key and I had everything that was my phone everything was in the car >> he stole it before I see that call so where do you live >> Nicholson Okay. And he stole it from Hawthorne and then it was or was he >> the car? You say has he stolen before? >> No, like the car. I know he's involved in a stolen vehicle call with us and it was >> Yes, that was what he just got. No, that was um >> Yeah, that was probably five, six months ago. August. >> So that's what he's been locked up for this entire time. That and probation violations he was. >> Okay. Although they were hearing this narrative for the second time, they couldn't help but still be shocked at what she was about to say. He was strung out really bad and he didn't have anywhere to go cuz I I told he couldn't be around me like that and so he was he was >> he said he said he his story is he hopped in a car that was running at the gas station or something or somewhere. >> Um all right. So you got him out out back with you. >> He he pulled the gun told you to get in the vehicle and you didn't want to. >> It had to go to this lap and I was like >> what the gun look like? >> It's a >> What's it even the color? Can you describe the color? Okay. >> And it had it really thick bar thick barreled I guess. Okay. Like a big chunky thing. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And he was screaming and he was waving the gun. And I was still standing outside the car. He's like, "Get in the car. Get in the car. Get in the car." And I was like, "I'm trying to work. Give me my keys. Don't do this. Don't do this. Don't go to [ __ ] for the rest of your life over this. You made me this way. He's screaming at me. He's like literally like foaming out of the mouth from like and he was just leaned. I was I was not getting in the car at that point. I'm at the I'm trying to just please don't do this. Don't don't do this." and he started pointing at me. >> Okay. >> And he and I was just I don't even really remember. I just got picked apart and then he backed up. But we got in the whole thing and he was had the gun still at me and he said that he was he was talking crazy and I don't even know where he was going. >> Was it was he making sense at all when he was talking or just kind of like babbling just like random? >> Making sense. He was >> he just kind of rambling about stuff and bury me in the river and that he will be and I don't I'm not worth living. I'm not worth the car cuz I just got this car. It's the first car I've had since my horse my ass off. I have three beautiful kids that are with their dad this weekend. >> Okay. Thankfully, it's good. >> Do you I know so from what you're telling me it sounds like he forced you in the vehicle, but you got in the vehicle willingly. Do you feel like he would harm you if you didn't get in the vehicle? That's around. I don't remember when he hit me and I don't even remember how many like I feel like it was Yes. Okay. I was doing it to like to to keep him from hurting. >> All right. I see you got some bruising on your neck. Is that from something else or from today? Just asking. I just want clarity. Okay. Um All right. If you don't mind hanging out for a second, I'm going to talk to my partner real quick. We're getting everything figured out. Are you sure you don't want to ambulance? >> I'm No. I'm fine. >> Okay. Do you think he'll return back over here today? >> Yes, he will. >> Okay. And >> Well, I can I can tell you. You're so scary. >> Okay. Um, do this for me real quick. I know this is you're putting your personal stuff everywhere since he's came up here. We're all up here. Can you go talk to your boss and see if she can try to get any video footage for me pulled up? If she can, just hold it. I >> got my spare key, too. >> Okay. Is your spare key, too? All right. Um, all right. So, your spare key. >> Yeah, my spare key. My phone. I don't know if they're up or I don't know if he's got my phone or not. >> Okay. What kind of is it iPhone or like an Android? Can you track it? >> Yes. >> Do this for me then. I'm going to talk to him. >> I can look at my car first. Yeah, by all means go ahead and >> things and we took the I finally got him to get out the car. I said the cops are going to be on their way like I know when I saw my boss I knew >> she'd be calling. >> I knew that. Yes. If I had told don't just let me try to calmly cuz I don't want to I just I know he's upset right now. I just wanted him to go. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I didn't want this to happen, you know. But he made this decision. I've never heard. >> So, but I kept telling him to get out of the car and he said just let me go. give me let me take your car for 20 minutes and I'm gonna go get and I'll bring your car back and then I'll come up here and I'll kill Joey he's here walk and and I said please I started crying and he put the gun up to his head for about 10 seconds >> okay >> um and he and I was begging and I was scared to even look cuz I thought he pull the trigger and I like I was just started crying please I'll do this and he got out of the car and he says I'm going to keep the spare key though and I'll be back and he and then he took the gun he took the gun with him at first and then threw it >> back out in the woods >> out that way. >> Okay. Then do this rounds. >> Yeah. He he when I first got in the car and he was talking to me, he's like ass gun, toy gun. What is this? And he like took the thing out with the uh >> magazine, the bullets. Yeah. >> And they all kind of fell on the floor cuz it is I guess cracking gun. I don't. And then he like pulled the thing back and make sure there was nothing else. Like I assumed that he was trying to show me there was nothing in the chamber. And then I after that I don't think that there was any I think all the bullets would be in the floorboard or because I >> and that's but that was before after he pointed the gun at you. >> That was that was after he I'd gotten in car after I'd already gotten in the car >> and then he had it to his head. I was even thinking that part. I don't remember him reloading the gun. >> At that very moment they had heard enough and were ready to swing into action. But they had one last question for her >> or anything like >> then let me do this real quick. If you want to take a look in your vehicle, see if your your phone's in there, if your keys are in there, >> somewhere. He didn't get far. >> No, we're going to look for him in a second. We have to do is we got to come talk to you, get all the information. All right. We just don't want to walk up to him all willy-nilly and just say, "Hey, what's up, man?" We need to have a plan to action, especially what's going on. Now, this is going to be really hard for you to probably answer. Okay. Obviously, he's probably sick or might be on right now. Seems like he's been on withdrawals for a while. He's coming out. He's acting in very bizarre and rash behavior. You would agree on that, right? Has he ever been for months? I think he's off of it. He was wanting to to do and I not to do that cuz he has a son. >> Okay. >> And he said I can handle I can handle and I don't know what's happened in the last few days. >> Haven't been around. >> Yeah. Then he's done. >> Okay. >> Something's I mean he's got white crap coming. >> Yes ma'am. Um has he ever made any threats about by cop or anything? >> Uh not not by cop. >> Okay. But he has talked about before. >> Okay. All right then. Yeah. If you want to. Let me talk to my partner real quick. Check your vehicle for your phone. If you don't find your phone, we'll work that next course of action. Talk to her real quick. See if we can get some video footage and we'll kind of proceed from there. Okay. We'll be out here for a little bit longer. Pretty much so. >> Okay. Absolutely. Yes, ma'am. >> You need anything? Let me know. >> While she was busy doing all they had asked her to do, they decided to examine her boyfriend's firearm without realizing what that simple act was about to uncover. I have an issue. Done. What's wrong with serial number? Huh? Serial number. It should be under where the laser's at. >> And it is freaking >> Oh, it's plastic glued. >> It's got no serial number on it. >> So, you saying you can break it off? >> Yeah. I mean, he has a bill of sale where a guy says, "Hey, I'm selling my High Point C9 with this serial number on it." He said it came like this to him and it has a serial number. That's what I ran. But he said, "Yeah, it's like attached." seems like I planned on ripping it off, but it looks like he's taking some kind of plastic bondo from like a car bonding to fix a bumper or whatever and used it to essentially acid weld it to itself. I can't cuz I was like, "Oh, I'll just take off the the laser. It's probably just under there." And then I was like, "Wait a minute. None of these come with an actual tack rail on them anywhere." >> You said we can break it. >> We can break it off to get the serial number. >> Let's go find him. >> Okay. make sure we can >> told him I was like to me that's paramount to scraping a serial number off of it. I can't identify inside for now. >> That's fine. Yeah. If you want to get with her about the camera footage, we'll come talk to you in a second. Do you mind getting your boyfriend to come out here? >> Is that his name? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can you see if you can come back out? We can just ask him one quick question. >> Hey man, do you mind if we break this thing off to get this show number? You want to do it or want me to do it? >> Hey, you can go for it. I can get the laser off. >> Oh, that went off a lot. I say it was shouldn't have been on there for just just literally to hold it there, I guess. >> Well, it looked like he took some kind of >> like this JB. Well, >> well, it's like the freaking plastic adhesive for bumper is what it looked like. >> Get your Gerber with you a little tall. I can't I can see how they cut a five four 53 at the last four, but there's too much plastic wood up there. >> You mind if he falls on that a little bit, man? We're not trying to deface the serial number. We're just trying to get to that. >> I mean, by all means. Yeah, cuz at the end at the at the end of the day, the last thing we want you to be doing anyway is carrying around a gun that's technically illegal. >> Yeah. >> And walk away with a >> like I said, the rail was on it when I got it. >> Yeah. >> But he had everything on the paper there, the uh VI number and everything wrote down. Okay. >> Which I was planning on taking the rail off of it anyway. >> Yeah. Now, did you witness any of this stuff happen today or did he do anything to you? No, he she whenever he got here uh took off in her car and then come back, she went out and told me to stay inside and I was like, "If you if you need me, holler." But they pulled around to the back. >> She didn't want any conflict between y'all. >> Yeah. Okay. All right. I'll be right back. All right. >> Meanwhile, another officer had caught the suspect and was quick to alert them. But like a typical psycho with no control, he was about to confirm all they had heard without him even knowing. [Music] You good? 22, >> huh? You good? >> Yep, I'm good. >> All right, roll this side. All right. >> All right, sir. >> Yes, sir. Anything on your purse is going to poke or stick us? >> No, sir. >> Right now, he's a suspect for right now of an aggravated assault. >> Just sit here. >> Okay. >> Okay. Well, this was earlier. Okay. This was earlier. Okay. >> What's your name? >> All right. I I I'll give you I'll give you I'll give you later. Hey, if I can get one my cigarette, sir. I get one. >> Not doing that. What's your name? >> I don't care if I give you a cigarette right now. >> I'm good about my name. >> All right. I'm going to read you this real quick since you're in handcuffs. Currently detained. All right. >> You got it? >> Yeah. All right. >> You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> Talk to police. >> You don't talk to police? Cool. They're under arrest. >> What? >> I'll explain in a second. >> You want to swing around here? >> You want to bring your car up here real quick? which I needed. Tell me why I'm being arrested for. >> We'll get to that in a second. >> Tell me now what I'm being arrested for, bro. You just tell me what I'm being arrested for >> right now. Aggravated assault, motor vehicle theft, possession of a firearm. Uh, I got to check on the conviction of that right now. But, uh, to >> Are you a convicted felon? >> Where the firearm? >> You don't want to talk to me? >> Where the firearm, though? >> We have a full investigation we're still in the middle of. >> But where the firearm? >> I'm not going to talk to you if you want to, bro. I can't. I'm sitting here talking to you, man. >> You lock it down. >> That's fine. Come up here. See, right now it's going to be aggravated assault, motor vehicle theft. >> How you figure, bro? >> Okay, that's fine. How you feel? How you figure, bro? How you feeling? >> We're going to walk down here. All right. >> Where, bro? Where where the poop? >> Where the poop? >> Oh, you just going to do one of these? >> Where the proof? Y'all show me the traffic. >> Where the proof at? >> Huh? >> Go for 22. >> Tell me where the proof at. Where the proof at? >> Tell me where y'all, man. >> I've got plenty of charges on me. >> Got plenty of char. >> But here mine. >> Yours. I still have not not done over there yet. You guys talking about that police? >> Did y'all search him? >> No, I didn't search. >> Search me. >> I didn't search. >> Search me. >> Y'all better show me some proof. I put my hand on somebody. What y'all best do? >> Where the proof at? >> Oh, you Oh, you don't talk to convicted families, do you? >> I don't care about the conviction at all, man. I got to look at it like I told you. >> Look at what, bro? Where? Where's the proof, bro? >> In there. >> I got the keys to her car in my pocket. She gave me the mother. >> She gave her key. Y'all talking about >> y'all talking about, bro? >> I'm talking to you, bro. Look, the key is right there, bro. >> Okay. >> Give me the keys. So, how y'all going to charge me with that? If I take it, bro, or whatever. Said if I got the key, bro. Yeah. Okay. With you. Did you point that out? >> Well, let's go. >> All your property. I want to make sure you get all your property. >> Yeah. Let's leave over here. All right. >> You want I star for that where I at? >> Huh? >> I want stuff for that one. >> It's going to go your possessions. >> Yo, I want to wear it. >> No. Like spit out. >> Okay. >> Anything else on your person? >> Oh, sorry. Bing off me. Well, if you got anything hit on your purse, it'll be additional felony to get. >> Thank you. >> All right, go get in. >> Where my poop? Where the poop at? >> Go in. >> Hey, >> get in the vehicle. >> After detaining him, they returned to the local bar, but what followed was beyond everyone's expectations. >> Yeah, we just got him. Um, I got your key back, too. Okay. So, he had that in his possession. I want to talk to you for a few more minutes. If you want to like walk inside, I'll come get you and we get get video footage still. We'll kind of address something else then. All right. Yeah, we're working on that still. Okay, I'll come meet you in a second. >> Um, question about the gun real quick, though. All right. So, you said you bought it from somebody recently. >> My cousin. >> Cousin. Okay. Do you have an ID with you, man? >> I do not. >> Okay. Any form of ID at all with you? Like an in? >> I have my old I have my wallet, but I ain't got an ID. Okay. >> Supposed to go get one cuz mine expired. >> I th I threw it up away. Okay. >> Okay. Go ahead and turn it off for me. You got warrants as well. >> Yeah. You get that last hit. You did cool, man. >> Yeah, you've been chilled the entire time. We hate doing this, man. Since you're out here trying to help her, but when it's warrants and stuff, it's something we can't look past, right? >> All right, man. You've been chilly the entire time. You got anything hit on your person or something like that? Okay. Well, if you do, it'll be a felony charge and you go to jail. Okay. All right. Let's go and go over here. >> Can I give her a kiss, please? >> That's fine. You can get real quick kiss and get a stuff and we'll go ahead and get him out of here. All right. >> So, >> I'll come talk to you in a second. Let me get everything clarified. >> Um, can I possibly write my number down? He doesn't know my number. We'll get that in a second. All right. Yeah, >> I'll put it. Look, it's going to be in my ring. >> You can go ahead and take it. That's fine. >> Thank you. >> Here's all this stuff. All right. Let's go ahead and go probation thing. You'll have to pay this for baby. I've got it. Baby, look at me. I've got it. >> I love you. >> All right. I appreciate it. >> After they placed him inside the vehicle, they decided to talk to the owner of the local bar who vigorously described what she saw. >> My son and my husband and I just came in just to get the money, right? >> We walked through the door and they were like, "We don't know where at." And I was like, "Okay." So, I walked to my office and I sat down. I'm shaking like crazy. And I sat down and all I could see was I'm like jumping like you couldn't really see what he was doing, but I mean the car was shaking. He was being so violent with so bad. >> So, I called my husband. I'm like, I didn't bring my gun. I left my gun at my house this morning. I always >> Lesson learned now, huh? >> Ever. Ever. I never leave my house. >> Mhm. >> See, baby. >> Thank you, ma'am. >> Bye, darling. Be safe. >> See you. >> I'm so sorry to do this on Sunday morning. >> Hey, no need to apologize. Hey, ma'am. Was there any ammo in here at all? >> Yeah, I found those two bullets. >> Okay. It was just two is all it was. >> That's all that I saw. I saw these in the board, but I got them out. >> All right, I'll put them in here. The gun's going to go with us for just putting there for safekeeping and stuff. >> Um, was there anything on your phone that he had been messaging you or something like that? >> He had me I mean I haven't even read them but there was like 200 messages just >> Okay. Has anybody explained to you the family violence relationship yet? Are you aware of what family violence is? >> My ex-husband listen. >> Okay. Well, I'm sorry to hear that. I hate that you already know what it is. So, obviously y'all have a family violence relationship. You do. Um, same thing's going to extend at your house up there. If you get home and it's trash, call them. They can go ahead and do additional charges, too. Okay. I know it sucks to say it sometimes, but the more you can stack on him right now, the more it'll help you in the long run. All right. >> Yeah. >> So, any further questions for me, ma'am. Okay. Well, if you have any thing that pops up later on, any additional stuff that comes from this, let me know. We'll help you how we can. All right. Thanks. >> Okay. >> Thanks, y'all. >> Yes, ma'am. You'll be safe. Her boyfriend was booked for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, while her ex-boyfriend was booked for aggravated assault, kidnapping, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, theft by taking, and simple battery. Moving on to the case of a pregnant woman who roughed up her ex after he confessed to being involved with another woman when their relationship went sour. >> I got like two good punches in his face and then he like slammed me on my back on this side and it hurts like really bad. >> Okay. And you say he's just a an ex for now, not kids together. >> Uh, >> I told her that I had with somebody she didn't like, so she told me to get out. She threw a TV at me. >> So, at the moment, you are under arrest for the Okay. >> On June the 6th, 2023, officers received a call reporting an escalated dispute between a couple by the side of the road. When they arrived, they met a situation worse than any domestic dispute they had ever seen, and quickly started asking questions, hoping to figure out what had happened. >> Listen, listen. Let's go to the side. >> Sidewalk. >> What's your name, man? >> Stay here. >> 911. >> Okay. Stay here. Stay. Stay. Sidewalk. What's going on? >> Hold on. Real talk. Look at this, >> bro. Do you see anything on her? I didn't touch her, bro. I'm not scared of you. >> Why you took off running? >> Nobody take off running. >> I don't have her phone. >> This is not hers. >> Okay. >> I can call them. >> We'll get you. We'll get you that. >> This is me. >> Look at this. She is >> on her phone. If you got her phone, >> that's not her phone. >> I'll be out with them if you haven't got clocked on. >> Ah, okay. >> What's your name, man? >> This the little buck out your window. >> Yes. >> Stay back here for me. Okay. >> All right. >> Give me a second. All right. What's your address? >> What is that? What you caught from? >> Yeah. And that's And everything that's in there that he did is still in there. >> It's not. >> No. >> 1845. 18 1875 is not you. >> No. >> Did you call? >> Yeah, I called the police. >> What number did you use? >> I used the 513 number. And this is what it happened at. >> Yeah. What he did? I was on the phone and I was calling my friend and he got mad because I told him told her that what he said about someone else. And >> so what happened when you were there? >> He came to my house and he took my TV and he smacked me with it like in my back. He smacked me in my back with it and we started fighting in my house and he um he left out my house. I called the police. The police I was waiting for police to come. Then I started following them. I asked him for my phone back. He wouldn't give my phone back. So I said I'm just going to keep walking while you're walking until the police get here. The police still didn't come. I still came. I don't have my phone because he >> So he didn't try to rap you or anything? >> No, he put his hands on me. How? >> Physically >> like to hit you. Hit me, choke me, punch me, all of that. >> 230 a.m. I believe this is going to be a different call. I'll handle it. >> It's okay. You need another hurry, but I'm okay for the time being. 31 is pulling up right now. Okay, you're good there. >> So, who is it to you? >> That was someone that I used to date. >> So, it's just a friend now. >> Yeah. >> Did you guys ever live together? >> We did. We used to. >> For how long? >> Like 4 months. >> 4 months. >> So, I was coming up looking up the addresses and they'll just near the roadway me down and flag me down. >> No, >> I called earlier uh from German um 470 Germantown Pipe >> and I called to report um him coming in my house. He took my TV like everything the door is still wide open everything because I told my friend what he said. >> You said 238. and the west crew heading for the assault. >> This happened before. >> Something felt off, but they couldn't really place their hands on it. So, they decided to question her again. >> So, you said you were at your house. >> Yeah. >> At the 46 address. >> Yeah. And what happened? >> What happened was I was there. He had he had left and he walked to the store and I was on the phone my friend >> and my friend was talking about how she >> So does he live with you? >> No, he he had came over >> to visit >> or to see. >> Yeah. >> And when he walked in he got mad because I told my friend like basically that he said that uh someone was talking about it. He got mad at me for telling that and he took my TV and started bleeding. >> What kind of TV is it? >> It's a flat screen. >> How big is it? >> It's pretty big. 15 in >> uh 46 >> 46 in TV >> I believe 46 and 48. >> So you guys were in the living room. He hit you with a TV. How many times? >> I was laying down in my bed. I was on >> So it was not in the living room. It was your in your bedroom. >> Yeah, my TV's in my bedroom. >> Okay. >> I was laying down in my bed. He pick it up, pick it out the wall and start hitting it. >> Okay. And then >> then I got up to fight back. He started choking me and we started fighting. I pulled his shirt. I got like two good punches in his face and then he like slammed me all back on this side and it hurts like really bad and then he end up leaving out the house and took my phone. He took some more stuff. I don't know where I don't know where he put the rest of the stuff that he took. When he took it, he started walking. I called the police off my cousin's phone cuz I don't have my phone. I called the police off my cousin's phone tried to see try to wait for him to get there >> and it I waited for a whole 10 minutes and still didn't come. What time do you think this call came out? >> This was like a a good 45 to an hour ago. >> When when you called? >> Yeah, cuz I've been walking I've been walking and following him down there for following him down here for literally like at least an hour straight or 30 minutes. >> Okay. >> 45 minutes to an hour. >> And you say he's just a an ex for now? You guys live together for 4 months? >> Yeah. >> No kids together? >> Uh expecting. Are you? >> Yeah. >> Since when? Is that his or >> Yeah, that's the only person that I've been talking to. >> When did you find out? >> I found out last week. >> Last week. Is it positive? >> Yeah. >> You took a test and it's his? >> Yeah. >> When they were done talking with her, they went over to talk to her ex-boyfriend whose narrative was about to change the focus of the entire situation. >> Yes, sir. Go ahead. >> Okay, sir. If you can get my phone, I can literally show you her walking away and following me for miles straight. You can see my knuckles. I haven't hit nobody. This is all from her. I have blood in my mouth. I have a video of that. I don't know what she hit me with right here. The people you seen walking up, I don't even know who they were. All I know is somebody had a gun. And if you didn't pull up, I probably would have got The reason I'm on this road is I'm literally walking home. I have no car, no license. What happened is we got in an argument. >> I I told her that >> I told her that I had inter with somebody she didn't like. So she told me to get out. She threw a TV at me. Cool. As I'm walking, she will not leave me alone. I literally, if you get my phone, I can literally show you like eight recordings of her really just harassing me. This is probably the Today is the third time I called the cops. Them cop calls was from me on this whole street. Probably two three months ago. They just happened in Butler as well. And I called the cops. The only difference is like I don't even know. They arrested me though too. But as you can see, I'm no aggressor. Like she has no prints on her. I don't even my knee bleeding. Like I've been walking for miles literally trying to get away. I've been calling the cops. I told I even told the lady on the phone that I cannot sit here much longer because she keep hitting me. Like I'm not I can't just let nobody keep hitting me. So I literally told her on the phone I got to keep walking. She won't leave me alone. >> When you called the police, what time did you call? >> You can see it on my phone. I couldn't. It's on my phone. >> Did you talk to somebody? >> Like like >> what address did you provide when you talked to them? >> Um I think 2623 or 2326 Germantown. Cuz the first time I didn't know the address, so I had to give her the street. And then the second time was up there by a church. And then the third time was in this field, but you like pulled up. >> See? So try to walk me like the first when it like how did it first happen? >> We were in her house. >> Mhm. >> We started arguing because I told her something and she told another female. So I was mad at that. >> So we kept arguing. I told her I had with somebody. She got mad, threw a TV at me. She told me to get the out. Obviously, I'm going to get out. Like, I don't want to charge where I'm staying at somebody's house or something. So, I got out. The reason I'm outside is cuz I'm literally walking. I called my dad. He couldn't get me. Send me money for Uber. And like I said, I I can't wait because you seen she got people trying to get me. She trying to get me. So, my only option in my eyes is to keep walking. If like I said, if you didn't pull up, Lord knows what they would have did to me. Like, and the craziest part is, like I said, like you can tell I didn't hit nothing. These are bruises from her hitting me. And I literally have it on record more multiple recordings of her following me. >> Yeah, the recordings from the house as well or >> maybe I got it on the street, but the the the corner store like so this is her house, right? >> The corner store will had a camera footage, but I don't know if they like keep it or whatever. But this whole street, so whatever cameras is on the street up there, so the Papa John's, Shells, um the gas station over there, >> all this happening inside her house. >> No, the TV threw that was the only thing that happened in her house and she told me get out. This stuff happened out here as I'm walking cuz I I wasn't about to run. So as I'm walking, I'm taking hits. I'm taking She was spitting on my shirt. >> And you have video recordings on >> Yes, sir. in my phone. Like I promise you on everything I love, I didn't put a finger on that girl. as as you probably asked her like is it any marks and she couldn't show you. She like her friend right there like they've been had harassing and following. I don't know what to do. That's why I called y'all. I called y'all three times like literally. And like I said, I don't know if that was you like you got the dispatch or whatever, but you literally seen her coming out the car following me and like two, three people trying to trap me like a second. With their narrative now at odds, the officer knew that they needed only one key to solve that riddle. >> Is that your phone or hers? >> My phone, sir. I can >> She's claiming that. >> Yeah, I know. I can show you the Apple ID. Um, you remember I told you what my name was, right? >> Mhm. >> So, that's a lie. And I'm about to show you cuz I'm pretty sure it already look bad just cuz I'm a dude and she a girl. But I promise you this is her car. This is This is in Jefferson Township. >> So it's not today. >> No, this is all today. It says it up there. Okay. >> And then >> So this happened in Jefferson Township or >> That's her right there. Same outfit shirt. She wouldn't leave me alone. She like And it's going to get worse though. That's the thing. It's going to get worse. That was her hitting me like so them phone shaking and stuff. play it for me so that way I can see. When you say she's she's hitting you, I have to see. >> Okay. I rather try to find one she >> like she's literally just >> like she's literally >> Don't Don't fast forward. I wouldn't be able to see it. And it's more videos than that though. I don't even know what all she threw at me. I was just recording. >> I've got a lot of records >> and that's not the worst one. >> Everything became clear at that moment and the officer could finally see her for what she truly was, a manipulative psychopath. However, before taking any action, they decided to speak with her friend. But instead of offering clarity, her response aligned squarely with her friend's twisted narrative, proving once again that birds of a feather flock together. >> Well, how are you? So, did you see what happened? >> I didn't see nothing, but I kind of heard it on the phone. >> Okay. Were you talking to her the whole entire time? >> Yeah, on the phone. Even when Oh, I'm sorry. Even when uh >> What was I about to say? Yeah, like I I heard like when she wasn't on the like she was still on the phone but like you feel me? It was just like I don't know having an altercation or whatever. That's why I said now I'm about to pull up but when I got there she wasn't there >> at that house. >> Yeah. So I got on the road I don't got on no clothes. I just jumped out of bed and got >> in a car. Yeah, I know you're up. Can you give me a call when you get a chance? >> Yes. I was at least 2:30. >> Yeah. So, you said that when the force start arguing, he on the phone with her. >> Yeah, they was on Yeah, cuz he was I guess she had told me something about a girl said about me or her close friends, >> but he was the one on the cigarette. So he the one told her, but that's my friend. So she told me and when he like walked in on a conversation and then yes girl and he walked in on a conversation and then I'll head that way. Thank you. >> Feel me start going off >> calling her messy and stuff. >> So when you came, you drove to where they were? >> Yeah, I drove to where she lived. >> Okay. And she was no longer there. >> Yeah. No. >> How did you find? >> The police had came. Huh? How did you find them? >> Deal. >> Yeah, >> they were literally >> the police talk about they were on Liskum or whatever. They were literally on German Town like when I was coming from where she lived cuz she lived like German Town. Yeah. >> Yeah. So I was coming back down cuz I live by I live >> here. >> Yeah. Well there. So yeah. So I was coming back down or whatever the hill and then I seen Nia >> her >> Yeah. on one side of the street and I seen him on the other side. So yeah, I was driving with them the whole time while I had them come trying to see what was going on. I'm like either y'all get in the car or wait till the police come. I never called the police though. >> Okay. Was anything when you arrived with them? Did they Did you see anything? >> Um I'll They didn't like They didn't touch. Yeah, they didn't touch when I was around. Okay. >> All right. Go ahead and step out for me here. So, at the moment, you are under arrest for domestic violence. Okay. I need to turn around. I'm about to handcuff on you there. >> And you also have two wants. >> Oh, yeah. I know. I have warned for that. There's nothing on you, right? MC turn around. Take a seat around. >> Yeah. Everything's on camera. Okay. >> She was charged with domestic violence. Up next is Emily, who decided to smash her ex-girlfriend's car. >> She bumped my car, my other car or her car. Flew in reverse, left. Um, you guys were dating. Uh, did you stop dating this morning because of this or have you guys been split already? >> We've been split this week. >> Why am I >> Why am I getting handcuffed? >> No. Why am I getting >> Because you're getting arrested. >> What? >> On July the 29th, 2024, cops responded to a residence following a report of a physical altercation between a couple. They rushed over thinking it was nothing more than a simple misunderstanding that just got stretched too far. Little did they know that nothing about the situation was going to be simple? >> Everybody okay? >> Just a little stressed and >> kind of a weird morning. >> Yeah, it was definitely interesting for sure. >> Okay. >> Not every morning we get chased down the road by crazy person. >> Are you Cora? >> Yeah, I'm Cora. >> So, what happened? >> So, we got in an argument and >> Emily and you and she um smacked me across the face. So, I went over to my dad. She tried following me over there. I unlocked the door and then she got in the car and she doesn't have a driver's license, by the way. And the car is registered in my name. Got in the vehicle, chartered peeling up and down the driveway almost uncle. She bumped my car, my other car with her car, flooring reverse, left. I was like, okay, I guess she left. And then they pulled up to get or right before they pull up, she comes back in, flies back in, hits the dog fence, goes and gets a a dog a rabbit in my yard. So, she goes and grabs this rabbit and this rotten rabbit and chucks it and hits my dad's door where I'm sitting. And then they pull up and I get out to go leave. And she gets back in her car and he puts it in reverse and she starts flying down the driveway at us. some heat. They pull out into the um road and we go um and then she pulls out in front of us, goes to like take off and as we drive, she stops in the road, blocks the whole road of the car. We got a video of it be like >> and then gets out of her car. >> I told her, "You need to move or I'm calling the police." And so then I started calling the police and then she got back in her car, floored it, almost hit our car. We we flew it our car into reverse. She stops again, gets out of the car. We try to drive around her vehicle. She runs out and blocks herself from us leaving. And then we back the car back up and then she moves and we go to school around her. She comes kicks the car. As we're driving, she gets back in the car, floors it going like very fast up behind us and flew past us and then was hitting her brakes in front of us and then took off into load eye and then stopped and waited and then we stopped the car and then she took off again. So we came here after we called you guys and told you come in here >> and then a few minutes later she came flying up, hit her brakes and then flew back in the driveway and then left. And I called my dad cuz my dad lives next door and she is back at the house. >> Okay. >> Is this the vehicle she kicked? >> Yeah. You can see the footprint here. >> Yeah. >> No, no damage though. Just >> Yeah. No, no actual damage, but she did try to hit the car with her car. She tried running us off the road numerous times. And that's >> You guys are both in the car at the same time. >> All three of us? Yes. >> All three of us were in the car. we were gonna she was going to catch a ride with well originally Emily was supposed to take her to work but because of the whole argument and everything >> she asked if she could ride in with me so she was just going to ride in with me get dropped off with me and that's why we were there to pick her up and it just turned into a >> blocking the road. >> This is what I sent her. >> Yep. >> Sitting blocking the road. That's when I got out of the car and told her that I'm I'm calling the police. Oh, that's part of because she was taking a video while I stopped this color police. But um >> here's where she starts to move. The floor's at us. Sorry, she jumped. So, and then she got out of the vehicle and tried to run at us. So, then he goes to go around her. Fast forward to where you see her. There's her standing in the road blocking us. And then she went to the other side and that's when he drove and you see her run and kick the car. You missed it, but she starts to run at the car. Oh, I'm sorry. See her kind of running and she did kick it as we go to see right now. >> With very glaring evidence and eyewitnesses, they were about to swing into action, but they had one last question for her. How long um you guys were dating? Did you stop dating this morning because of this or have you guys been split already? >> We've been split this week on and off the last while, >> but uh still living together cuz like I said, she's now probably refusing to leave. >> Yes. >> I've asked her there. She has dogs there. She has kids. So, she doesn't have a great place to take any of her animals, kids. So, I've offered for her to stay here till she can get her out, but she's got to get out and she won't. >> Have you ever been pregnant? >> Me? >> Yeah. >> No, >> I was say cuz one of the questions on the thing is, has she ever beaten you while you were pregnant? >> She don't like men. >> I figured that. I I kind of got that, but you know, um, you never know. Just when they figured that they had gotten all the information that they needed, they went after the suspect. At first, they allowed her to come clean with what had happened, but she decided to take a one-way trip to Dunville. A decision that was eventually going to cost her her freedom. Stop. >> I'm here to talk to you and you're pulling away from me. As soon as you saw me, you want to leave. >> I'm leaving already. >> The end. >> So, what happened today? >> I don't What do you mean? >> Is this your kid? Yeah. >> Don't BS me. >> Huh? >> Don't BS me. You know exactly what I'm talking about. >> No, I really don't. >> You don't have any idea what happened this morning with Cora where you asked me for a ride to work and then I woke up. She told me I was a stupid dumb said Carter was a lazy piece of so I flipped out and said leaving. Yeah. >> Okay. >> And then you you have I have video footage of you blocking the road running at the car. >> I got it. Highly doubt it. So, I didn't just leave West Sica Street talking to Cora where she showed me video footage. >> Stop. You just took off on me. >> Stop. >> I'm pissed off. >> Be pissed off. You don't take off on me like that. >> Yell at me for no reason. >> Put your hands on the car. >> No. >> Put your hands on the car. >> Seriously, my kid is here. >> Yeah. >> Watch him. >> Nugget. No. Nugget, no. My dog might bite you. Hold on. Please. I don't want my dog to bite you. Let me get him. Let me get him. Please. Please. Let me get him. Please. Let him put him in the car. Please, Nugget. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. >> Put him in the car. Roll the windows up. >> But please let me find somewhere to take my head first. >> Put him in there. >> At this point, he thought she was finally starting to face reality with the consequences of her actions closing in fast. But he had no idea just how wrong he was. What he didn't see coming was that she was about to experience a meltdown so fierce it would make everything that happened before look like child's play. >> I know you're just trying to do your job. Get in. Get in. Get in. >> I can't leave him in the car with the windows up. >> Put him in the house. >> I can't. Poor dogs are in there. Well, maybe her dog's outside in the yard. Please don't leave my kid here and take >> I'm not going to. But why? Do you understand what you're doing? You're making this perpetually more difficult. >> I was about to take Carter to my dad so I can go to the hospital because I'm freaking out. I want to go to the hospital. >> Put him in there. >> Come on, Nugs. Come on, buddy. >> I know he's doing what he's supposed to do. >> Sorry, buddy. >> I got to put them in here. >> I'm sorry. I'm just freaking out. She left me here with all of her animals to take care of. >> Then just talk to me. You're going about >> I don't trust you. >> I don't trust you. Why do you think I don't trust you? >> I don't know because I'm going crazy. That's why I'm trying to go to the hospital. >> Get it done. >> Come on. Come on, Haley. I just want to take Carter to my dad so I can go to the hospital. >> Put him in there. >> Haley, come on. >> Haley, go. Paul, go >> over to my car. In your car. Put your hands on your car. >> I don't want you taking my kids. >> I don't want you taking my kids. I'm not taking a picture. >> I need to come get him. >> We will. >> No. >> Stop. >> Stop. Please. >> You're getting handcuffed. Stop fighting. >> You can't You can't have people come take him. Why am I Why am I getting handcuffed? >> No. Why am I getting >> Because you're getting arrested for what? >> I don't even know. I'm telling you what you're getting arrested for. What? You're getting arrested for endangering the welfare of your child? >> I didn't danger the welfare of it. >> Roll over. >> No. >> Danger the welfare of a child. Are you serious? >> For what? >> We're taking off on him. >> I didn't take off on him. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Wait, take off on him? What do you mean? >> You took off on with him when I was trying to talk to you. You sped off. >> Drive fast or anything? >> Doesn't matter. >> Yes, it does. >> Do you think that he should sit there and watch something like that? >> No. That's why I'm trying to leave. >> Turn your wrist so I can cough these things up. >> That is why I'm trying to leave. >> You don't have a driver's license. >> Says who? >> Says New York State. >> Says who? >> Stand up. >> Stop crashing. >> Stop. >> Bobby, can you watch Carter, please? Carter's in there alone. >> I don't care. I'm done. I'm just getting critted like all the time. >> I'm done with it. arrest me for engaging the weapon of a child. >> Stop. >> I don't care anymore. I don't care. >> After placing her in the vehicle, they turned to her neighbor, her ex's father, who topped off the situation with his revelations. >> I appreciate it. >> Is there any video footage or anything? >> No, I I watched it. I watched the whole thing and I watched you struggle with it. I probably come running. I thought she trying to get >> dog started biting me. >> I thought so. That's That's what I thought. Wasn't sure. >> Can you take the kid? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, are you her father or >> Chorus? >> Okay. >> Meanwhile, she wasn't yet done. She was an unhinged psycho. Didn't mind showing them just how unstable she could get. >> Are you going to take me or not? >> Yes. >> Well, can we go? >> Yeah. >> I'm flipping the out. I don't know if you can tell. I am not mentally stable. I'm not on my medication. I want to go. Take me to jail. Take my >> Are you hurt at all? Are you hurt at all? >> No, I'm not hurt. Just in the head. >> Okay. Do you need an ambulance? >> No, I don't need a ambulance. Hurt from what? You're didn't do anything and I get arrested. Seriously. They appeared calm and unfazed by her actions, fully aware that no matter what she did, the consequences were inevitable. With that settled, they turned their attention to something far more important. Something that had to be done before taking her away. >> I just got to get his info real quick. >> Watch the dogs. I don't want him getting off. So, who's the boy going to stay with? >> Huh? Who's the boy staying with? >> He's staying actually with them over there. my daughter and and Emily over here. She just transformed >> I mean I mean who's staying with him now? Um Trish Trish is here. >> Okay. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> The plot thickens. So, hey, maybe >> I don't know what if you want to get involved with us now. Um supposedly >> I just want to let you know I called Carter's dad so he's on his way. >> Okay. Um, >> we thought that, you know, he might want to go with his dad and I don't have any [ __ ] >> I I've got him with Trish right now in there. Um, so basically I pull up to talk to her. She sees me, starts to leave with him and the dogs. So I stop her. I'm following her. She pulls right back in here, gets out. I go to grab her and she starts fighting with me. The dog bit me. >> I didn't know she was here. >> Yeah. >> I thought maybe she was off. >> Yeah. No. So, the dog dog bit me, but I know it's doing what it's supposed to do. Um, but supposedly the your dad? >> Yeah. >> So, you trashed the trailer. >> While they worked around the clock to ensure her child's safety, she was busy plotting a scheme that she hoped to pull off during the ride to the hospital. >> Are you guys going to call his dad with Bobby? >> Cora did. >> I wasn't coming here to arrest you. >> I don't believe you. Literally some >> Why would I lie to you? >> Because you're a cop. >> I'm not I'm not lying to you. I There's nothing I can do to make you believe me. I was not coming here to arrest you. I was to get your side of the story. That was it. >> Yeah. Like I was supposed to even know that you're coming for me. >> Yeah. One 32. >> You're going to be mad at me for [ __ ] leaving when I was already leaving. >> Just confirm you're going to have him. >> I just want to get out of here. >> I understand. I understand you want to do >> I really don't understand what she does to me. I really don't. Well, like I said, I was coming down to get your side of the story. You could have told me that. >> Believe me anyway. >> I would believe you as much as I believed her. >> Been trying so hard to say this whole time. It only takes so much calling my [ __ ] kid names. I'm not okay with it. >> I don't blame you. I wouldn't be either. >> Doesn't matter now. Now it's going to [ __ ] dad. Kill the cat in front of him. Who's going to take care of my animal? Well, you got to worry about yourself right now. And I I know I know that's hard. All >> my animals are my kid. >> Well, your your kid is safe. >> No, he's not. He's with Bobby. >> His dad saved you. No, Bobby. >> Who? He's with Trish. Well, he's not going to be there for long cuz the dad's coming. >> Don't say stuff like that, Emily. >> What's the difference at this point? You already took me. What's the difference? I'm already going to lose my kid. What's the difference? Do you know how hard I've been trying? No, you don't. And you don't care. >> All you care about is hurting people. >> That's not what I care about. >> Yeah, I grew up all my life calling you guys trying to get help. Never help me. But every time somebody calls on me, you can arrest me. But somebody can get on top of me in my bed, beat the [ __ ] out of me. I call you guys and you would do literally just happened to the chorus house last year and you guys told me if you arrested them then you're going to arrest me. >> I don't know what happened with that. I wasn't there. So >> what do you do? Take me to the precinct after you take me to the hospital. >> Going to figure out what what if any criminal charges I have for you >> and then you can pick me back up. >> Yep. And then you Yep. You'll get appearance tickets and you'll be released. The stuff that you have with me is not the same stuff that you have with Kora. >> I I know. And that's what I'm trying. I just came there to talk to you. You were not going to get arrested, but based on the way you reacted to me and took off and all that other stuff, that's why we're where we're at. I'm >> not in a good state of mind. I'm upset. I just wanted to take Carter somewhere safe so I could go get help. >> If you would have stayed and talked to me when you pulled up and then you got pissed at me. >> Well, you took off on me. >> I was supposed to go do mountain patrol with my horse at Bethl Woods. I got I applied a year ago and I got accepted to go this year finally. And then Cora didn't have a way there. So she asked Kate to take her and Kate said she wouldn't take her unless she could go. So Kate signed up, basically blackmailed them into she can't take Cora unless she goes and then said I wasn't allowed to go with them even though I've been waiting a whole year. So then Cora left me all weekend and then they went and did it without me. basically hijacked my job. >> That's pretty up. I don't know you and you don't know me and everything that I say is cuz we don't know each other. But it sounds like the common problem seems to be that you're there and I know you don't have anywhere else to go. But >> that's why I just don't know how to get the horse up there. I don't have a truck north. I know it's it seems kind of stupid, but you can rent a truck from Lowe's. >> I know. >> But so what's holding you back from getting your license? >> Everything seemed to be going smoothly. And for a moment, she actually believed she could talk her way out of the situation. But soon, she would realize just how wrong she was to think that. >> I don't know. I just haven't test. Well, from what I can see, from what I can see, you can operate the vehicle pretty well. So, uh I don't know how well you parallel park, but I don't have any power. >> Oh, >> I'm sorry. Sorry. I'm freaking out on >> I I don't want I I'm not going to sit here. I'm not I'm not going to sit here and pretend to know what you're going through. I'm not going to feed you that [ __ ] Um I'm I'm genuinely being honest with you. I was not coming there to arrest you. I just wanted to talk. And I know that whether that makes you feel better or worse or whatever, that that was where we were at. I just wanted to talk to you, get your side of the story, and then you guys were going to you guys you and Cora got to figure your your living situation out on your own. I'm not I'm not capable of helping you figure that out. You know what I mean? >> I can't believe like a day's notice I have a lot of stuff I have. >> I don't know. I threw a bunch of all over at the house so it was just going to be bad >> probably. But no one cares. >> It sounds like both of you don't want to live with each other anymore. That's kind of the vibe I'm getting. confusing cuz she broke up with me and then I try to leave and she tells me she doesn't want me to leave and then I leave and she asks me to come back and then I come back and she's mean again and tells me to leave again and I just don't understand what to do. >> Yep. Yeah. Well, I could see I could see why that would be pretty confusing. I I've never had a relationship like that, but I have had >> up relationships before >> where like you said, you're kind of like walking on eggshells. You don't know. I left for a whole year. I was out for a whole year to come back. >> I just moved all my stuff back. >> Can you live with your dad? >> That's where I live before, but he only has two bedrooms. >> Oh jeez. Yeah. >> Yeah. Especially with How old is your boy? >> He's 11. And then I have my sister who's 12. And then I have twin daughters that are seven. >> Yeah, that's that's a lot of that's a lot of humans in a small area. >> Yeah, it was really hard last time. Really hard to fit. >> Is it better than this? Like with what you got going on with Kora? >> It's not usually this bad. So I don't know. >> All right. >> He did bite He did bite me. He He nipped me. put down. >> No, I'm not going to have the dog put down. He was just doing what he's supposed to do. I don't I don't take it personal. I didn't like being bit, but you know, >> I guess I had to whip him down, obviously. >> Yeah, he popped out. And I, like I said, I don't take it personal. He's just a dog and dogs are not human beings. They're not rational. He's just doing what they're supposed to do, what he's supposed to do. So, no, I'm not going to have him put down. I'm glad you worked with me in putting the dogs away, though, cuz I didn't want to have to keep getting bit. >> I know. >> Can you hand me my water bottle? >> I know. I know. We didn't really talk about it before. I'm sorry that you had negative interactions with either our office or the state police, but if I'm assigned to come help you out, facilitate uh property retrieval, I'm not going to give you a one and done kind of a thing unless it's court ordered. If you need to make multiple attempts, then we'll see it through. So, for one, it makes it easier for you. >> I will come out. I know I'm not your favorite person on the planet right now, but >> I like to think so. very rational right now. Finally leaving >> and then I ruined your day. >> Yeah, you ruined my day. Well, my day was already ruined. So, >> right. I didn't make it any better. I mean, the thing that makes me the most upset about it was is that your son was there and he obviously doesn't need to see any of that stuff. >> Which I don't want him in there either. As the conversation continued, it dawned on her that nothing could save her now from what was about to hit her. >> Well, you know, >> why think of my dad? It's my dad's birthday, so if you're his daughter and he cares about you, then he'll get over him. You know what I mean? It's what you do as a father. We're going to go right over to the ambulance bay there. Okay. >> My glasses are in there. >> Yep. Let me get them for you. Okay. you'll come back and get me >> uh it's going to it's going to depend. Um >> in the end, she was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration. Speaking of crazy exes, going off on their ex. Meet this woman who called the cops on her ex just because he was living with another woman in the same residential complex. >> What happened? He don't live here. >> What apartment are you in? >> And that doesn't >> He trespassed. He don't have no visitor pet. I live here six years. >> Stop. >> Bite me. I swear to God. >> Yeah, >> it hurts. >> She's biting me. So, >> I didn't mean to. >> Okay. >> On the 13th of April, 2023, police responded to a call made by a woman since she wanted her ex-boyfriend to trespass from her apartment. Little did she know that this call would leave her in handcuffs. >> We living at a female house down the hall from me. In my mind, in my business in the hallway charging my phone, it has nothing to do with him. >> My situation has nothing to do with him. He don't live here. I live on that floor. He don't live there. He stay with a female and her kids where I stay, bro. >> It don't It do cuz you only able to come in this door. You don't show me the proof where it's at. >> Where your pass at? >> If you can't show the pass, you don't. >> Look what time it is. >> I just It don't matter what time it is. You should never You should never talk anything. >> Baby, I know Miss Green. I know everybody in here. >> I live here. >> Okay. >> Yeah, but you almost did that. >> No, you hit me with that. Stop. >> I press. Okay. >> I press I press the char. You don't live here though. I'm on a lease. I'm on a lease. >> Right. >> No, she did that in there. >> I wanted to press charge against her. I wanted that cuz you mad cuz that other dude don't don't want her. So he he came in there. >> He he did that. >> Where were you at? >> I was in the hallway charging my phone. >> I live in the hallway. >> I'm in that situation right now. Everyone knows that. Everybody in Evergreen, I mean not everybody in Evergreen, but everybody in office. I was literally charging my phone. >> I don't stay too far from the the outlet where I charge my phone. He came here tonight. It's my first time seeing him. I don't know him >> at this moment. and her ex thought it would be a good idea to explain his side of the story. Unfortunately for the woman, this was the beginning of her arrest. >> She was on the phone with 911 while she was kicking the door in. She hit me with the door. She screwed with that. >> No, I wasn't. You pulled a gun out. >> It's children cuz I called a couple days ago and it was it was shad. >> It was shell casing in the hallway. >> Bro, >> I live here. I'm going to leave. >> They had they had sh with you all. That's why y >> Yeah, you don't have to. He don't live yet.
