on February 23rd at 5:45 p.m. sakaka police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting a motor vehicle stop was conducted on a vehicle believed to be involved in the incident here is what was walking out the you know the double doors and she said wait you stole that stuff I said how I never even left the store I said the receipt that they have is from Garfield okay I said so no not even left the store I said but my coworker is coming in because we have the dog in the car which is the service dog got it okay wouldn't do that all right wouldn't do that problem are you you're okay snowing I can't drive in the snow those plates came with the car yes yes they did okay and they came with the car they you listen 60 days say that again they gave me 60 days who did the people that own that pay that we bought the car from okay yeah they gave me 60 days to return okay all right so listen um we're going to have either animal patol or the Humane Animal Society uh take custody of the dog right now can can please don't do that I'm it's not going to be doesn't mean that we're keeping the dog from you or anything like that it just means the dog is going to be safely if one of those two I already called it um if one of those agencies can't come we will take the dog is the dog aggressive or violent he's a very he's a service dog he I just he he's my service what's name his driving through the lot and uh she came over that speed bump Sparks she was going so fast that Sparks came out from the bottom of her car then she came around this speed bump sparked it again then she turned into here flew into here quickly got out and then went into that mailbox to take mail what's that yeah she went in here she didn't come back on anything but she went in there as if she was make first yeah I mean I mean there's nothing in there but maybe she was trying to play off like she was getting male we could talk to her about that yeah so then she came into here she got out she was out of the car and I told her listen man I you know I got the I had to read on the description I have them reading to me again red sweatpants black female red sweat she has a red full jump shoot on black female um I told her she's being detained she walked around the car I I thought maybe she was going to walk around the car to um you know show me a receipt or something then she didn't then she started walking around the car she started picking up speed started running started joging towards the back here and she opened her door and she started reaching in her waistband and then at that point I told her Hey listen get out of the car get out of the car this you know you're being ordered out of the car she didn't get out of the car so I had to take her out of the car so I rolled up when I saw you here and her like like her feet near the pedals but also like up in the air up in the air too then once I said s more Unit S more units that's when you had her on the ground that's where I came but yeah it looked like she kept like reaching for something she well at at first at first when she was just sitting she she kept reaching so then I said hey stop reaching stop reaching and then that's when I you know D have to pull car because it's 000 all if you're still with them if you want to let them know they recently had another incident at a Walmart in Riverdale yeah 11 if he wants to reference that so just to bring you up to speed um there's a few like debit credit cards not on the name okay so I was going to say we'll check them out we'll take this uh one thing at a time uh do you want to tell him what you told me about like everything that yeah so I saw I saw her uh pull out of row 15 uh towards the entrance driving out towards the entrance she was carelessly driving in and out of cars then she took uh I think I'm not too sure what row was it was directly in front of the Sam Club entrance took that row shot all the way to the back made a quick right out to Park Plaza Drive okay then you know made the left on to Plaza Park Plaza and then this first speed bump that she hit she went over it so fast that Sparks Sparks were flying underneath the car then the second one here same thing with the Sparks okay pulled into here she got out and she walked towards the mailbox to make it look like she was grabbing mail okay um when she came back to the car I guess the car was locked she tried to get into it I confirmed the description you know a red red jump shuit red SWAT P black female then at that point I told her she was being detained for a chop lifting investigation uh she walked around the car tried to get in on the other side I then told her Hey listen don't don't don't walk away from me and she began we got to the back of the car here she started jogging to the front and then she opened the door and as she's opening the door she sat down and started reaching her waistband at that point I told her Hey listen you know I gave her commands don't reach stop reaching and I took her out pH okay all right so um she's walking away from you as you're giving these commands obstructions so she's overtly acting in that would be uhing uh and obstructing so that's fine um start thinking about all your 39s your actual motor vehicle summons that apply let's get the plate off the car proper uh what did it what did it come back comes back to sort out let's make sure that the uh Vin is not stolen the and let's get her some the car yes sir one no four alend the plate that's a different plate is [Music] it 19 the pl field sorry is there any way we can move this back a little bit so I can get in there or no I don't want to do this you have to cut the branches right oh you got a couple I'll hold on to them CU I hold on to them there all right so obviously you know you just had that one uh civil matter thing right was that you or your brother with the the license plates with the like 19 Street or whatever Bobby Bobby yeah right okay um so it's illegal to have somebody else utilize your license plates so it's technically improper on the first person to be able to give away those plates um so from here uh let's get her into headquarters as soon as possible and we'll go from there all right I'll have somebody come sit on the car1 yeah of course you can hear I obstruction or something like that I'm going lose my job I'mma lose my job I understand you have to work now 22 saidil 22 I be transport one adult female in custody from this location SE police headqu is starting mileage 8384 7.2 38 is folling yes your my buing yeah if if the Humane uh Law Enforcement Officers if they can't come out and then how do I get my back Miss where where are the key where are the keys to the vehicle it's no key it's a key is it in the car and it's running no it was on the ground he said he picked up everything and put it in my pocket it's one them push button look whereever my pocket book is right see look in it it's a um like you're being detained on a lawful purpose uh okay but the thing is how am I be entertain for shop and I never even walked out the door well I saw you driving away in in the Nissan the car that that you were just driving yeah I observed you driving the vehicle recklessly and carelessly no I drove over the bumper because blue kept jumping on the front seat back from the front I kept telling him to then I started speeding okay so you speed so you can put the dog's life in danger is that so I can pull over and make him G down but I I have to give him treat you have to like treat keep all right problem very I hear you so if I don't go to I can't hear you too well I have the window open for you cuz you said you were having a hard time before so I let you get some fresh air summ yeah that's if uh if we we'll explain all that when we get to headquarters that's if uh that's if you're so you get a score when you're fingerprinted and depending on that score that'll determine whether or not you're going to be going to county or uh or you going to be released I okay have you had any previous uh interaction with law enforcement in terms of like shoplifting have you been arrested before uh yeah but they let me go Riverdale with um one of the another coworker James with him but I gave them all my inform all right everything I had no problem and then they had like I didn't even know I had like you know like warrants and stuff do you have any warrants now not one not one that's good not one cuz they all cuz like they were all on like 202 22 ining mileage 83 84 8.5 18 17 don't sit on them take your body off of your arms and it won't be as tight yeah that's why I pull it works better like that right listen I'm just letting you know my body camera is activated okay I didn't get the chance to tell you before I'm telling you now come on out face the car for me mhm step over here mhm hold clear Gra during the stop police arrested a 54-year-old female for one outstanding ncic warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff's Office with no bail one outstanding ncic warrant issued out of the Atlantic County Sheriff's Office with no bail and one outstanding warrant issued out of Patterson NJ she was additionally charged with shoplifting obstructing the administration of law resisting arrest possession of CDs believed to be possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of stolen credit cards both the Atlantic County Sheriff's Office and the Hudson County Sheriff's Office cleared their respective NCC warrants Patterson did release her on her own recognizance in relation to the outstanding warrant pending a future court date she was issued her complaint summons along with four motor vehicle summonses and she was released from police custody
