coming up here to H up with them and then she just ran into him here fleeing from me from McDonald's and they have her on camera and everything there go ahead is there anybody that's hurt my neck I pulled it over to investigate it turned out that the driver identified as Lucas Chase was severely intoxicated and very non-compliant for a man like him who was expected to know better he was about to learn how crooked the politician was I'm stopping you cuz uh your brake lamp on this side doesn't light up when you step on your brakes and then your high mounted one is very very dim okay so I'm not sure if you were aware of that at all I wasn't aware of that so so you got your license there I'll take that okay and then do you have any proof of insurance at all I don't on me okay do you have here all right um so the car has to be impounded to the police impound until a valid registration can be made also in this case since she can exhibit the valid insurance card I don't even know if this car is insured I'm begging to say it isn't because insurance companies check to make sure cars are registered okay so when it lapses by about a month or so sometimes it doesn't get caught but for about 2 years I'd be hardress to believe an insurance company's insuring a car that was unregistered for 2 years okay I think we're trying we're proper try to like verify yeah so you would just need to bring basically to get this car back you would need to bring down the current insurance card and the current registration card for getting it reregistered that can you walk through the what the that so yeah D it down the no no no I I put it on a flatbed I put on a police flat bed and I they take it to the impound all right and they're going to be doing that now what Fe feet yeah you're going to have to ask the guy when he comes here it's somewhere around $100 and then it's about $20 per day that you leave it there so it kind of behooves you to take it out sooner than later if you get that
