all right um what y want to swipe out coers you got it want to go y want to go to [Applause] park no appreciate y sorry he tried in the end Tony's end was ruled due to the stress of being restrained and extreme physical exertion in 20121 Tia's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit which ended in 2023 with his son being awarded $1 million the negligence doesn't stop as Edward bronstein met a sad end at the hands of cold-blooded officers who were meant to protect Hime I can't I can't bre I can't breath stop yelling please I can't breath I in March 2020 38-year-old Edward bronstein was pulled provide it and still say you don't consent that's finec wrong what is going on you're bringing the fight to this not us I'm not fighting at all then have a seat and provide your arm this is your last opportunity otherwise you're going face down on the mat and we're going to keep on going okay pleas done okay you can't do it as officers detained brunstein on a mat they told him that they needed to draw his blood but brunstein was reluctant reports later suggested it was because of his extreme fear of needles the officers however showed no mercy do it willingly as told you please don't okay I'll do it willingly I'll do it willingly I'll do it willingly prise willingly I'll go willingly I'll go willingly I promise [Music] do it I'll do it I I I promise I promise do like don't do it like before her head head wake him up hey wake up hey up go you got a syringe sure you got a pulse on it [Music] Edward Edward hey bud Edward go word [Music] that Edward Ed Edward start Ed Yeah by when the in December 2020 Bronstein's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit leading to a $24 million settlement from the state of California in March 2023 seven officers and the nurses were charged with involuntary manslaughter facing up to 4 years in prison for their actions similar to bronstein of power on the officer's end caused irreversible damage to Mario Gonzalez considering him as a
