on July 4th 2024 at approximately 1210 p.m. officers were on patrol when they saw a woman writing large letters on a metal fence at a local park the park is owned by the city of Hoboken and about 100 ft from the habat of Hoboken in Jersey City which is a potential Target for biased crimes and incidents there had been numerous previous calls for service regarding people writing potentially biased statements on that fence and chalk officers approached the woman later identified as 66-year-old Nancy along of Hoboken who at first gave them a false name and birth date here is what occurred what are we doing yep what are we doing yes what are we doing I'm riding um on that like everybody writes there all the PS right there it's a public place and and I got the freedom of Rights freedom of speech you do 100% is that your property no that's public property this is a public talk calm down I'm just I'm speak I'm able to do that you have freedom of speech 100% yes and I you have freedom of speech yes that is not your property however this is a public property it's everybody's propert not your property we're paying taxes and public for us when you arrest all the kids that right over
