on April 29th 2024 Key West Police were on patrol and recognized John Jacob Weaver from an earlier theft of ice cream at the local Walgreens this is what occurred next sit down sit down all the way just getting more charges at this point you hear me you don't want to get tased and all that get your hands behind your back no point getting more charges dude this is stupid stay down I'm staying ground by his head I'm holding him like stop resisting put your hands behind your back you're going to get tazed you don't need to get hurt he's pulling away trying not to give me a hand he even does this like stupid motion thing and drops the dope trying to yeah like reaching over just trying to get rid of he mentions where the dope is I go into the yards right exactly where he's at on top document or other item with the purpose to impair its Verity or availability in such proceeding or investigation one count of petty theft in the second degree first defense
