regarding a drunk woman arguing with staff at a bar the officer tried to talk to her nicely but her attitude got in the way of everything I'm responding to in reference to an issue did you get into maybe a little issue with the bartender or an argument with somebody no I remember you sure you don't remember no we're very specific about it being you so something something transpired in there so if you can help me understand no one's in trouble at this point but I'd like to know what going on no absolutely not well uh are you planning on driving no oh okay that's you have keys in your hand next to a car so I was just wondering exactly okay that's not a crazy question I think it's fair to assume you got the keys in your hand you're standing next to the car are you planning on driving trespassing yes ma'am I am Oh no you're not she was outside the car right she's standing next to the driver door when I walked up um she has her keys in her hand the whole time and I asked her if she was going to drive um I would no I don't want to dve okay that's great you shouldn't because you're not in any conditions that's a wise choice we instead of pushing a bad uh right no absolutely I would like to talk to the management she's refusing to let me do that and she's um unfortunately the management about what they called her she's intoxicated the management didn't call yes they did I'll see if maybe she'll allow you to ask that but right now we're investigating the breach of peace and a trespassing okay seeing that the suspect was being difficult the officer went on to find out what actually had happened inside the bar while the officer who just arrived stayed and trying to get a statement from the suspect what happened I see you're taking a keen interest I'd like to know just little wasted and started going up on and I actually had a great evening with a friend that used to own this place okay that's good that's good here so I don't even understand I I I played a nothing wrong with that um you guys had four drinks total between the two bartenders inside you're the person that you were with went in and notified management St he listen she's been drinking my drinks and she's too intoxicated to drive so that Pro the manager to come to you and say hey we would like to make sure you get home safely this is what he's explaining to me they offered to call you an Uber they offered even have somebody drive you home CU you expressed them you Liv down the street and this is what he's telling me and that you are very belligerent with them and very rude with them what's going to happen is you're going to get a trespass notice they do not want you to come back because this Behavior can't be tolerated okay so I'm going to say this yes ma'am there was
