The two brothers, both drunk after a night out, had been fighting in the van when Ozell punched Tyvon and Tyvon stabbed him in the neck. 28-year-old Ozell from the wound. Tyvon later admitted he had his own brother. He pleaded guilty to second-degree and was sentenced to eight years in prison.
