THE DAUGHTER WAS ARRESTED AND charged with battery and was released the following day. However, deputies later discovered a video the daughter had posted to her Instagram account. The video clearly showed the mother actively participating in the fight. The following day officers pulled over the mother to execute her arrest. Why is you driving? Because I got my permit today. So with the new statute change from January of 2024, it says it's child have no bond until you see a judge. Once you see a judge, they're going to take accountability, everything with it. And you don't have a previous criminal history at all.
