on July 13th 2024 on a hot summer evening at pierc Park in hobin a man alerted police to another man waving what he believed was a knife police approached the one-armed man and found him to be carrying a box cutter here are the events that transpired uh a knife I have the victim here it's gonna it looks like it's going to be uh Patrick mahom we just dou with him he had you actually saw the
