on May 12th 2024 little silver police in New Jersey responded to a shoplifting call at a CVS upon arriving an officer saw a male fitting the shoplifter description walking down the street and made contact with him here is what occurred so you were accused of uh shoplifting by CVS and they caught you apparently I put everything your ID please oh right here I put everything back what'd you take um cognitive uh pills for okay anything else no okay that's the only thing just that one item yeah and they they gave that back I gave it back they gave that back to them rather you have nothing else in your person no okay TR do you just want to go see what they uh what they want to do yeah can I have that back in a moment and what's that there what's that ID for the county ID I worked for the county okay all right you can stay right here sir all right Mr [Music] wood oh you know hello how are you fiberg just what's going on just you're uh the manager no he actually he just walked Brian he then he's like I'm leaving I'm running okay so I don't know what else but that's what he yeah cuz we have him right now um he says that he doesn't have anything and like you know we checked right um but that's everything yeah so it's two yeah the cognitive I know he was saying something about cognitive and then all of this but it's all back right he was just opening it looking at it this is what he put in his pocket cuz I saw him put in his pocket okay cuz he threw this behind yeah and I'm watching and then he opens this looks at and puts in his pocket okay but I didn't see him I didn't see him serve a dad I got you cuz that's what he was throwing and I'm here I'm like what is going on yeah all right so this goes with this that's with that I don't know what that goes witha there that's the one that he put in his pocket okay is there um did you check your cameras if you uh if you caught that or no did you check your cameras or is there a camera that out it would be in the let me see you want to check what time is it about yeah you ask what time it is now it's 5:39 you guys called it in like 2 minutes ago so like probably 5 I got it I got it just make sure um just put those actually I'll just write it down yeah so this this was stuff in his pocket yeah then that's what he threw okay do you want the price um sure yeah just because like I mean he didn't take anything yeah so uh doing first no that's what I heard what the ramble the no no no no this is a two pack cuz normally it'll have a barcode but if it doesn't they're usually in a two okay [Music] [Music] see thetive all around just have a history of to see him do it okay but you can see when Lance goes over and grabs probably he sees him like out the corner of his eye so that's probably why he threw the okay and that's cuz he saw me coming now do you guys want to file complaints again against him or what do you guys and trespass saying no he is not to come back I already said that like I am not play I said you are not ever allowed to come back okay this is what he does a two pack all right cuz I don't see the barcode oh wait no no they're boxes he ripped he took them out the boxes you think are they in the bathroom I don't know if he made it to the bathroom you know the manager just showed me a bunch of items that he was attempting to take and I was he was putting in his pocket they're all return they just want to make sure that he doesn't enter this facility [Music] again no complaints can be filed as well that's what the manager advised me one was six function brain health there's that I'm you said you wanted the prices uh yeah sure let me uh I'm just writing these down though it was brain health six function brain health yeah I just he knew what he was doing this was 4179 which one okay this was $39.99 the brain health [Music] mhm this was 4129 I think this is charger I mean like come on BR I don't know what you're on next there's two of them oh so what was this again cuz I have 4129 4129 this was 37 .99 he says I'm scared obviously not if you want to get that [Music] stimulated how much is that one 1349 and then this one this was 1949 1949 yes he's probably the one that's coming and T cuz we've been missing all these things [Music] all right so he's getting a notification for trespassing so he'll be obviously notified that if he comes back here again there's obviously going to be issues um we're also letting him know that he can't like we're making sure that he cannot come back you know what I mean cuz if he comes back then obviously he's trespassing and then he'll it'll lead to an arrest and everything like that clearly he's um he tried to heed take something yeah at least like he gave it back doesn't mean that it makes it a good thing that's why I'm like trespassing right now because I we really can't do anything I should have let him walk out the door but he when I scared him about him throwing that I'm like I was like um do you have the box for this because I want to know where it is right yeah and that's I'm like and you have nothing else on you right now and then that's it and then finally it was like no I don't have anything and then it was like he was pulling the product out of his pocket but you just lied to me and told me you had nothing right yeah all right um so that's all I already took down everything here prices and everything if I do need anything else for I know where you are yeah so I can't be anywhere else yeah so that happened around let's say it was like five like 515 maybe something like that 515 okay department will all right perfect Mr Woodruff we'll have you out of here in a second uh I'll tell you what CVS is being very kind they don't want to charge you I know you have a history of this stuff you're right you've got a problem I know I do um all right but they're going to issue trespass notice so give me a minute here and I'll get you a form and I'll give you written notice okay would you mind do me a favor and turning your pockets inside out just so I could be sure that you have nothing else on you that you that you shouldn't have that doesn't belong to you that one okay this pocket I have my um Che that's fine okay and then your rear pockets as well your your back pockets uh just my wallet which is would you mind turning those out as well for me they don't turn out May well go ahead well I'm not going to to go ahead but okay that's fine that that'll do that's fine sir all right just give me a minute I'll get you this back did I do my wall you just had it in your uh in your hand oh I have it all right all right okay so give me a minute we'll get you out of here just stay right here okay St stay right there thanks I should too oh they're in duplicate I didn't even realize be arrested okay you have a problem this is not the first time that you've been caught doing this we know that you know I know you've been arrested for it at least three times have a white copy okay okay all right that's and we're not pressing charges now excuse me CVS we're not signing complaints because CVS doesn't want to press charges but up until the statue limitations they can still change their mind so okay just so you're aware all right five like good sub didn't have any additional items on his person and CVS didn't one press charges he was issued trespass notice 10 since CVS at the
