the following is the body cam video of the DUI arrest of the man suspected of crashing into and killing Johnny and Matthew godo on the night of August 29th 2024 where were you before Taco Bell uh my okay the tip up here the top tip or bottom the top tip see it yep y you don't wear contacts no no uh no problems with your eyes yeah all right and you're not injured as a result of the accident I'm me know yeah all right uh the first test we're going to do is the walk and turn I'm going to put you in the starting position I want you to hold that starting position until I tell you to begin the test you understand yep starting position is going to be your right foot in front of your left foot touching Heel To Toe just like this hands down to your side all right do you want to take your flip-flops off or you want to leave them on okay all right so you can take that position right foot in front of your left foot hands down to your side all right when I tell you to begin you're going to take nine Heel To Toe steps forward counting each step out loud upon the completion of nine steps you're going to keep the front foot planted series of small steps with your other foot and turn around okay it's going to look like this one two three I'm doing three for demonstration you're going to do nine completion nine steps keeping that front foot planted series of small steps with your other foot and nine heel toe steps back one two three the entire time keeping your hands down at your side you're looking down at your foot and Counting out loud okay once you start the test do not stop until you've completed it got it you understand yes you may begin 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 n ow keep going like I explained nine steps forward series small steps nine back sorry one 2 three four good yeah all right next test you're going to do is the one leg stand all right again I'm going to put you in the starting position you're going to hold that starting position until I tell you to begin the test you understand yep starting position is both hands down to your side both feet together just like that touch both feet all right when I tell you to begin you're going to raise one leg of your choosing approximately 6 in off the ground keep the bottom of your foot parallel to the ground look down at your foot and count out loud 1,1 1,002 13 and so on so I tell you to stop remember you can relate you can raise either either leg um whatever's going to be best for you and your and your knee yeah all right right so I'm going to demonstrate 1001 1002 1003 and so on until I tell you to stop you
