The first case takes us to Dunedin, Florida, where a daring couple, 60-year-old Robert Clark and 55-year-old Sara Zicares, decided to finally achieve their long-held dream on a beach. >> Get up and get your damn clothes on right now. >> I don't know where they are. >> Pick them >> 11:00 a.m. >> And what what does the time suppose to mean? >> It's supposed to mean the kids are in bed. >> A dream of yours. >> Yeah, and for two years. >> Sounds more like a nightmare. >> I yeah. >> On November the 10th, 2023 at around 9:00 p.m., deputies responded to 62 Causeway Boulevard after receiving multiple calls reporting a couple bringing their private affairs [music] into the public space. Initially, when the calls first came in, officers suspected that the situation might have been exaggerated. [music] However, upon arriving at the scene, they quickly started to realize that the reality was far more disturbing than they had originally imagined. >> What in the hell are you guys doing? >> I'm sorry. I just said where my clothes. I'm so sorry. >> I'm 19 >> I'm 19 I'm done talking. >> I'm so sorry. >> Get up and get your damn clothes on right now. >> I don't know where they are. >> Well, you better find them. Hurry up. 19 can you come back? Oh, yeah. Find your IDs. >> Okay. My purse is >> There's like five people at Gold's Gym. Literally, honestly, on top of everything else that's going on. Where's your driver's license? >> I can get it for you. >> Well, she's just having a good time. >> You understand you're on a beach? >> I know. >> In the middle of a roadway, pretty much, right? So, there's people walking by with their kids out here, and they're watching you guys do this. You know how many calls we've gotten over you, too? You guys are foolish. You're grown up adults. Get a hotel room. Go stand over there by that tree. >> One of the deputies ran their IDs. Another walked over to speak with a few of the eyewitnesses, who were still trying to shake off the disturbing scene that they had just witnessed. >> So, that was the ones that we walked past. >> Okay. >> And they were Yes, he had no pants on. >> Okay. >> Going to town. >> [laughter] >> Do you guys have uh your IDs on you? >> I know I need mine. I don't know. >> Okay, perfect. I'll just get your name and everything. All right. Did you say anything to them as you walked past? >> No, well, the first time we went by, he still had pants on, and they were just like rolling around, moaning, making noises. And yeah, okay, that's fine. But when we came back by, and his pants were off, I covered her eyes, >> Okay. >> and we walked by, but you could see his whole butt. His sack and everything from the backside. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> So. >> Do you mind if I get your guys's info as well? All right. Do you >> You can take mine. I don't You don't need hers, right? >> Well, she's a minor, so I want to make sure that there's not an additional [music] charge for her being a minor and her being out here, if that's okay with you. I could leave her out of it if you'd like me to. It's not a big deal. >> Yeah, I mean, he's a minor, too. >> Yeah, I've got his. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Do you have your ID on you? >> After hearing the eyewitnesses recount everything that they had seen, the deputies turned back to the couple, ready to bring the curtain down on their little spectacle. >> [snorts] >> So, we're going to put you in handcuffs for now, okay? >> Why not? >> Why? >> You're only doing it because I got a record. >> I'll get your [ __ ] >> You think it's completely acceptable >> I'm sitting here on the causeway in front of all these people like this. >> I don't I don't think that at all. >> Okay. >> It's 11:00 at night. >> And what what does the time supposed to mean? >> It's supposed to mean kids aren't dead. >> You're three Yeah, 3 ft from the sidewalk or roadway. You're 10 ft away from your car. Yeah, I know. >> Yeah, it wasn't even what? Are you on probation? >> I am. >> Look at that. So, this is a good idea for you? >> Yeah, it is already. I mean, >> I didn't even actually look up any of your I'll tell you the truth. >> I mean, I don't know. >> All right. Let's go. >> I'm just going to double check >> Mark right here. Is your truck unlocked? >> The trunk? >> No, I'm not >> talking to you. Shelton, is your truck unlocked? >> Uh >> Okay, thank you. >> [snorts] >> Shelton. There you go. Thank you. Jump in there for me. All right. >> Sarah, do me a favor and walk over here, okay? >> Sorry. >> No, you're good. You're good. Go ahead and put everything up here for me. All right. Go ahead and face the truck. >> I'm going to do a breathalyzer. >> You don't need to. >> Sarah, we're going to put you in handcuffs for now, okay? >> Why? I just want to get the money. >> I'll get you your shoes. All right. I'll get you your shoes. >> You're literally 3 ft from the sidewalk. >> You're 3 ft 3 ft from the sidewalk or roadway. >> I'm sorry. Can you wipe the tears from my eyes? >> The same side, okay? >> Your permission. [snorts] >> Is your name Sarah? Sarah, okay. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick you? You're not hiding a puppy? All right. Go ahead and turn around for me. I'm just going to double-check, okay? Uh no. It is should be now. Okay. All right. I don't have anything on me right now, okay? No, don't do that. I've got tissues in my car, okay? Let's walk this way. >> My mom said it's on top of your car. >> Yes, I will get it, okay? I'm coming. >> I need my shoes on. >> I'll grab your shoes, okay? I'll grab your shoes. >> [laughter] >> Cuz you guys were butt naked having sex out here on the hot sidewalk. No. I'm going to walk this way. It was a dream of yours? >> Yeah, a wet dream. >> Sounds more like a nightmare. >> Yeah, exactly. >> At this point. All right. >> Oh, my phone. >> Even after Sarah tried to explain the behavior between her and her husband, the officers weren't really buying it. For a couple their age, the cop expected them to be a bit more reasonable. But in truth, there was probably more to the night's incident than the couple were letting on. >> So, this is a transport man. He's going to take you to the jail. >> Well, it's only going to be for a couple of minutes. The process should only be a 1 2 3. >> I'll bring it over as soon as we get you inside, okay? Go ahead and stand up here. >> I've never been to jail before. >> It's okay. Everybody makes mistakes. It's It's fine. Let me just put this on, okay? And I'll put the handcuffs in front of you. >> Go ahead and face this way. >> Okay, she's going to. But I can't have you guys in the same location. You can put your arms down. So, um So, you guys will just be in separate compartments. That's all. Yep, let me just give Give me a quick second. Okay, go ahead. I think I've got some paper towels here. >> Great. That'd be great. >> [laughter] >> Well, we we I have to do this. It's policy, but you know, we're in a nice secluded area, so no one can see you. Well, like I said, that's what the sheriff wants us to do. So, like I said, it's not because you're extra bad or anything like that. That's just policy, okay? Yeah. No, hold on. I I got to lock these in so that way they don't Yeah, you don't have to get any tighter right now. So. Now, I I've got to stay warm in there. So, just let me know. Well, Okay. So, I'll get you some some tissues. Just uh watch your watch your step here and watch your head when you get in, okay? I I got the belt behind you so you won't fall. So, is that Is that fine? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Thanks, sir. >> After placing Sarah into the police van, they turn to [music] her husband. >> All right, man. Go ahead and swing your feet over. You can go in the back. >> Just uh sit up here. Put your feet underneath here for me. Perfect. All good. Does that help? >> Um >> further. >> I don't know, man. I uh I'm just uh I just transport. >> Okay. >> But um like the handcuffs and and the belt and stuff, that's um that's policy by the sheriff's department. So. Now, um you can put your arms down. You don't uh >> I have them down. >> Oh, okay. Okay, cuz a lot of people will put them up and then they just leave them up. Um you don't have any um any hidden weapons or contraband or anything like that, right? >> No. >> Okay. I I try to give everybody You can uh Put your fingers apart there. I try to give everybody a heads-up because, you know, you're going to go through a body scanner when you get to the jail. And um so you don't want to get >> I don't have any extra charges. >> Okay. Extra charges. Well, that's good. It's like an electric >> I I I I have good >> [laughter] >> I mean, I wish I didn't have them, but >> Well, I mean, I I I try to tell everybody because you don't want to, you know, to get hit with two felonies just for, you know, trying to bring something in uh But there are people that do it. So. So I tried to Now I got enough money to bring the car to where I'm going to be which is 21. Yeah, I don't know if they'll probably try to sign up. So um watch your watch your step down here. And then watch you hit it to get back here, okay? And I got some dog treats. >> All right. I'm going to grab the property. >> In the end Sarah was charged with indecent exposure and possession of a controlled substance while Robert was charged with lewd exhibition. Up next is an unhinged individual, Erica Danielle Love, who went berserk on cops after she was apprehended for getting a little daring at a busy parking lot. >> People called and said you were having back here and the business doesn't want you here, so >> What to do? >> That's what they said. >> On March 22nd, 2023, officers received a call about a couple getting frisky in broad daylight at a parking lot. They raced to the scene hoping to nip the situation in the bud before it spiraled completely out of control. What they found when they arrived would leave them [music] questioning just how far things had gone with the couple mentally. >> Hello, police department. >> Hello. >> What are we doing? >> I'm doing all right. How are you? >> I'm good. What do we got going on? Someone called and said that you're having back here. >> get here? >> Okay. >> Yeah. [clears throat] >> Do you have an ID on you? >> I don't. >> What's your name? People called and said you were having here and the business doesn't want you here, so. >> with who? >> That's what they said. But they don't want you here regardless, so I'm going to trespass you and then we'll be on our way. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Erica. Having sex is weird. >> Well, it's human nature, but >> I get that, but like I'm by myself. >> Okay. Can you spell your first name? >> E R I C A O G A. >> Can you look at me, please? >> Or it's not not 2020, it's 2002. I'm so sorry, it's not I smoked some weed. >> Okay. You're detained, Erica. >> I don't know what you're doing. >> Erica. >> You have more? >> Erica, stop. Erica. >> 25. >> Erica, let's go. Stop. You're good. I got you. Erica, stop. >> Erica, you have more? >> Erica. Erica. Erica, stop. >> It's mine. >> Erica. >> Stop. >> Erica, come >> See my hands? Stop. I can't. Oh, man. >> Erica, everything's being audio and video recorded. >> Yeah, at least let me smoke my fatty. Come on. >> Erica, I just let you everything's being audio and video recorded, okay? >> I got that. And I was having sex in the bush, right? You knew you'd get me, huh? >> You don't need to uh >> What? >> [music] >> fight. >> Get a grip. >> Where you been, girl? I haven't seen you in a while. >> Hi. >> Last time you got clean, you're walking downtown. >> Yeah. >> That was like 2 years ago. >> 5 days [music] after Don Misdale me they wanted me to turn myself in because they want me to do a year in county. You mean you got me [ __ ] bent. I just got out of I just got [music] bailed out. You want me You want me to turn myself in. No, I'm good. >> Nice. Looks like you're going to county jail. >> I know. Fine, huh? You've been looking for me hella, huh? >> No. We got We got called about this. >> Remember up at Copper Trail? You were posted up at Copper Trail. >> Maybe. >> And I was walking I walked past you. >> You were not on our radar, Erica. Erica, do you need any medical attention? >> Yeah. >> Well, you didn't show me any >> No, but I did do a You see the foil? It's right there. Oh, wait. It's in my pocket. It had a fetty foil. It had a fetty foil and foil. >> you need any aid for being in the bushes? Want to make sure you're not hurt from the >> No, but I saw you coming from afar, so I took that pill, so I VIO'd it. >> see us. >> No, I did too. Obviously, that's why I hid my foil. The Next time, act like you [ __ ] know me. >> Well, we did know you. >> Give me some medical attention cuz I will OD. >> Okay. All right, we'll start BLS here first. I sent you a note and fake. Hey, we're going to give you some Narcan, okay? Need some Narcan? We're going to put you on your side, okay? You okay? Okay, so you're overdosing. >> Okay, do you see here right now that I'm overdosing? >> Are you overdosing? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, let me let me let me put this in your nostril then, okay? >> Hey. That's the way to withdraw. I'm not overdosing, but it's the quickest way to withdraw. In 3 hours, I'll be off fetty. So, can you come get me in a car, please? >> Yep. >> I'd rather go through 3 hours of severe pain than than 14 in jail, withdrawal. >> Yeah. >> Because in 3 hours I'll wake up like I haven't even done anything. I mean you just gave me Narcan so >> Up to you, Erica. >> Can you put me in the car? >> Okay. >> Thank you. Yummy? >> Yep. >> I'm good. I love you all. >> No. >> Will you please not leave my stuff like you did last time? >> That wasn't me. >> That was you. >> No. >> You and Coats are the ones that arrested me. >> No. Deputies. >> Oh, either way. You think I'll have bail? >> As Erica's erratic behavior grew more pronounced, the officers couldn't tell whether she was acting with clear [music] intent or under the influence. >> You'll see a judge probably. I don't know. Is this Is this like your final one where you'd have to go to jail? >> This This was um This was uh what do you call that? You get a sentencing. They wanted me to turn myself in and then have a next day uh in custody court hearing and then 5 days later have a sentencing. I'm nothing on the No, yeah. No, no, no. I know my bond. Yeah, but I'm about to get in really ugly with the withdrawal so like Can we hurry up and give me the Narcan joke? >> We will get there. >> It gets ugly as And I'm >> Will you be able to stop it to sleep or what are you going to try to do to get this done? >> Uh I'll start doing this as such and then like it'll be uncomfortable, but >> I want to get dressed so I can >> And then when I wake up I won't be in withdrawal at all. >> It's good. >> It's the Narcan. That's what I was trying to get you guys to do last time I got arrested because It's 3 hours of withdrawal. I'd rather do the 14 days of [ __ ] withdrawal. Like >> It's that bad, [music] huh? >> It's 14 days of intense 14 days of withdrawal, yeah. But Narcan every time when I got out of jail I was in jail for 56 days. when I got out. I OD'd four times. And uh yeah. >> There's a pretty good chance you wouldn't go to jail if you just listen to us. >> Oh, no, no, no, no. I'm going to jail. >> Oh, is that why you lied? >> What do you mean? You don't even >> Well, you you always give that name. You always give that name. >> to say I was going to say Destiny Effinger but >> Did you know it was us? >> Oh, yeah. I knew it was you. >> So, you just >> Oh, I knew I was [ __ ] >> Isn't Effinger the girl's name you gave me when you that guy ran up behind you and smash your thing? >> Yeah, down my hash. >> Oh, wow. You remember that? Yeah, that was a >> We just know it when you give the name out of Michigan. You're the only one who gives a name out of Michigan. >> Yeah. It's an actual name. It's my sister-in-law. >> Well, she doesn't she wasn't born in 2002 this time. >> No, I [ __ ] up. >> All right. >> [ __ ] up. >> Maybe the big sigh of relief, too. Sigh wouldn't he ask you? Your birthday. Well, our sergeant's going to stop by and ask you a couple questions to you, okay? >> Like for what? >> I don't know. He's just going to [music] make sure you're okay. >> I was having a witch hunt. This shit's going to suck. So >> Okay. >> No, dude. I don't know why they said I was having Yeah, I was having with the tree. >> Okay, she just saw your shorts. >> Saw my shorts? >> That's what she thought. >> Man, some lame ass >> No. Just going to have to see the next car and then then my sergeant's going to talk to you. >> Yeah. Yo. >> You know that person? >> I do. I'm trying to go >> Just take your stuff. Oh, just >> No. No, I'm not taking my stuff. I'm taking it with me. >> What's happening, Erica? >> You know you wouldn't not have let me go. >> We don't know. >> I just want to make sure you're okay. Can I take some vitals? Can you make this a little easier on me so I can help give you the best care possible? We really want to help you, Erica. Take your vitals. >> Yep. >> No, I don't want to. >> Radio 2, have you got 10-35? We'll take [music] another unit for putting one in the wrap. >> I really just want to go to sleep, man. I know I'm going to jail, so >> Here, let me talk to her real quick. >> There's too many people to run anyways. >> Hey Eric, that's it's Sergeant Levin with the Olympia Police Department. So, I'm here to talk to you about the use of force that happened. Are you willing to talk to me about that? >> Yes, sure. What up? >> Okay, so just understand that you are being audio and video recorded right now, okay? So, um I'm responding because it sounds like the officers had to take you down to the ground to get you into custody. Can you tell me kind of what happened? Did you recognize that the police were contacting you and that they were official officers? >> No, I did not. >> You didn't? You didn't >> No, I stood I stood up and they took me to the ground. >> Did Did you hear them identify themselves at all? >> No, I didn't hear anything. >> they were wearing uniforms? >> I had headphones on and I had my hood on. I didn't see anything at all. >> Did you notice they were driving police cars? >> No, I didn't see them come up. >> Nothing at all? Did they tell you that you were detained or anything like that? >> Not until they had their hands on me. >> Okay. And when they had their hands on you and you resisted, was that for any particular reason other than >> I didn't know who they were. >> But you said you noticed who they were once they had their hands on you. >> No, after they had me subdued, then I they had my headphones ripped from my ears and I heard them say, "We're police officers." >> Okay. >> Deep down the young woman knew that going to jail was inevitable. So, she resolved that with every carefully crafted answer, she would try to take the officers down with her. >> Were you injured in any way? >> Yeah, I hurt my knees. >> Your knees injured? >> Yeah, my >> What happened to your knee? >> Dude, when they put me down on the ground, they they stepped on me. >> Okay, are you willing to sit up so that I can look at your knees? I need to document the injury. >> I'm going to try. I just want to go to jail. >> Okay. So, are you willing to let the fire guys check you out real quick? >> Nope. >> You're not willing to let them check you out? >> Nope. >> And you're not willing to sit up [music] so I can see the the injury to your knee? >> No. >> Okay. All that stuff will get it get captured on body camera when you go when you go to the jail. You know that, right? >> I know. I know. I don't care. >> Okay. Doesn't want you guys' help. I just want to keep an eye on her. I'll see you in the next position. You're going to run? >> Yeah. >> Why are you going to run? You're not going to try to slip your cuffs and run, are you? >> Yeah, definitely. >> You are? Just understand that if you do that, that force will be used on you and you will get more injured, okay? >> Yeah, don't care. >> We don't want you to get more injured. >> Just Why are you guys [ __ ] slow on taking me to the jail? >> Uh because you refused to sit up. We were going to wrap you up in this cute little burrito here in just a minute soon as we get some more people over here. >> Oh my god, you just take me to the [ __ ] jail. >> If you want to go to the jail, then you need to sit up so I can put your seat belt on you and then we'll take you there. That That's your options. You either sit up so I >> Oh my god, dude. >> or I'm going to put We're going to put you in this little burrito, wrap you up real nice so that you [music] can't slip your handcuffs, you can't run, and then we'll take you to the jail that way. Those are kind of your options right now. >> Yeah, this is the burrito wrap. That sounds comfy. >> Okay. Yeah, that's what we're going to do as soon as one more officer gets here, okay? >> Yeah, perfect. >> Yeah, well we'll [music] get her in this and then that'll be solved, so. Yeah, I'm okay. >> [groaning] >> Yeah, I'll let Paul out that side. >> [singing] >> Nick. Nick. >> He's on the other side. If you can get out, talk to him. >> Why the [music] [ __ ] do I go back to drugs? >> All right, we're going that way. I don't know what's going on. All right, Erica. You got to strip out for us. >> Why the [ __ ] do I go back to drugs? >> I don't know. It's sad. It really is. >> Holy [ __ ] I can't move. >> Okay. Uh how are we going to get you out of here? >> Hold on. >> All right. >> Okay, hold on. I can get up. Guys, yeah. >> All right, lay on your belly. All right, belly board, Sarica? >> Lay on my side? On flat of my side? >> Yep, flat on your stomach. >> Okay. All right. >> Ah. Ow, my mama mama. Ow, you got your pieces of >> His little ACCOMPLICE OVER THERE. >> OW! [screaming] I'LL COOPERATE. Oh, [ __ ] That's pretty dope, though. >> Next time you get back, okay? >> So, how did you guys think of this? And you guys are the one and one crazy [ __ ] that made you guys think of this. Am I right or am I right? A crazy [ __ ] that didn't make you guys to think of this. Hey, Nick. I'll see you again. I'll be out of here in 5 days. >> Hey, all your stuff is going to be booked into property at the PD, okay? Um I'll give you a piece of paper that way you can come claim it once you get out, all right? >> I'm also with her saying that she didn't know. She didn't take any money. >> [screaming] >> I didn't recover any FROM HER. >> ERICA! >> SHE was eventually charged with assault on an LEO, resisting arrest, and making false misleading testimony to a public servant. Just when you thought that these unhinged people couldn't do anything more freaky in the full glare of the public, then comes 29-year-old Ryan and 27-year-old Kimberly. He thought that a public restaurant was the perfect place for her daring activity. >> He had his hands up in in her skirt, and it was put his fingers in his mouth. >> Oh, yeah, you could you could see he was. Yes. >> Oh my gosh. Am I getting arrested? For what? >> [music] >> Well, I just ordered a combo right now, all right? >> On May the 4th, 2025, officers responded to a restaurant following several reports of a rather disturbing incident. [music] A man was giving his partner what could only be described as a very enthusiastic demonstration of affection in full view of everyone. >> What happened? >> So, I got stopped as I was walking over there. What I saw when I walked over there >> And I was just, you know, he had his fingers up inside her. >> Were they on the bench? >> They were sitting on the picnic table. >> Where we >> He was sitting on the table with his feet on the on the >> seat where where the Okay. >> And she was between him, and she had his hands up in in her cucaracha. >> Was he She facing him? >> Yeah. >> So, she was sitting on the bench like you >> No, she was standing. >> Oh, so she her feet were on the seated portion. >> Yeah. >> He was sitting where like food and stuff goes. >> Right. >> And she was Okay. >> And she was facing him, so he was sitting, and she was facing him. >> facing him. >> And he had his hands up in in her skirt, and it was put his fingers in his mouth. >> Oh, yeah, you could you could see he was. Yes. >> Oh my gosh. Okay. So, he was digitally in her. >> And then took his fingers out, and then smelled them, and tasted them. >> for a minute, and I'm like, "What the hell's going on?" He said, "Tracy, that's not even He goes, >> Wonderful. >> He had her full >> his whole face in her crotch. >> At one point, but you did not see that. >> did not see that. >> Okay. All right. And your first >> else stopped me down the thing. He goes, "Uh did you see that couple on the bench?" And I said, "Yeah." He goes, "Well, is there anybody I can call?" I'm like, "Well, here's the number. You can call." And then coming back, somebody else stopped me. I was like, "Well, let me call." >> Okay. >> She just taking the bottle right after that happened. She just take the bottle out of her bag and opens the bottle. >> The Captain Morgan ones? Okay. >> And then they did that and they did that and then she was chasing it with the Coke. >> Perfect. And then after you saw the digital going on, did they stop? >> Yeah, they stopped. >> Okay, they stopped and then you called us and then obviously we then showed up, I'm assuming. >> every time it was. So, I kept on doing my tickets. >> Okay. >> After listening to the woman's [snorts] ear-splitting account of events, the officers [music] decided that they had heard more than enough and moved to take the couple into custody without further questioning. Yet, [music] in a twist none of the officers expected, instead of showing even a hint of embarrassment over their behavior, the couple responded in a way that could catch everyone completely off guard. >> Just stand over here for a second. I just hold that bottle there. All right, ma'am. Stand up for me. >> Are we getting arrested? >> Yeah. >> For what? >> [music] >> For uh disorderly conduct right now, all right? >> What's disorderly conduct? >> Do you have anything illegal on you? >> I don't. I think it's going to help. >> Will stick me. >> Can I get um Can I get the address before we leave? >> The address? >> Yeah. >> The address here? >> No, to our house where we're staying at. >> All right, we'll we'll talk about that in a second. Give me one second. I know you know that you can't have an open container. The one I when I when I showed up, that's when you uh started to hide it in the bag. Sorry if I give you a lot to do. >> What's disorderly conduct? >> Huh? >> What's disorderly conduct? >> Like if you're doing if you're doing things that are like causing a disturbance to others in the area or anything like that. >> I wasn't. >> Huh? >> I wasn't. >> Well, someone called us here, so. >> We were arguing. >> Okay. >> Uh she's got to search you. >> No, ma'am. Nothing tucked. >> No, ma'am. >> All right, I'm going to lift. >> Except for my um on my necklace. >> I see your necklace. It's fine. You have no bra or anything on, right? >> No, ma'am. >> Do you have underwear on? >> Yes. >> Just turn this way. I'm trying to avoid a crowd seeing anything. You have a What is that? Pad? >> Yeah, it's a toilet paper cuz I'm I'm spotting. >> Okay. >> You have nothing in your shoes or anything like that? No? >> All right, let's just have a seat. >> Sit. >> There's nothing tucked up under there if if I pulled that toilet paper out. >> Yeah, no. >> There's no There's nothing in that toilet paper cuz I'm going to be real mad if you get to jail and they find something. >> No. No. >> Cuz you need to tell me now. >> No, I'm not. I don't have nothing. I'll just go to the bathroom with you and show you. >> Okay. I trust you. I'm just saying I'm going to be mad if they get you to jail and then ends up being something else. >> Can I Can I get the address to where we're staying so when I get out, I know where to go? Because I don't live in St. >> Get the address from him. >> Yeah, because I don't live in St. Pete. >> Does he know the address? >> Yes. >> Okay, I'll get it from him. >> And um the our the phone number to Brian Williams, which is our roommate. >> Okay, I'll get it. Hang tight, all right? >> get that bag? >> Yeah, it's going to your property. >> Okay. >> Yeah, it's mine. I promise. >> Am I seeing the arresting? >> I guess they're taking you, but I got a couple of other things I got to do, so just hang tight. Do you need more AC or you good? >> More AC. >> A little bit more AC? Okay. >> At the end of the day, Ryan and Kimberly were charged with disorderly conduct, violation of local ordinance, [music] possession of alcohol in a prohibited area, and lewd behavior in public. While Ryan and Kimberly went all out at a public restaurant, this couple decided to take their lewd escapades to an amusement park, where they were exposed by four underage teenagers. >> Were you guys doing on that ride? >> They were filming. >> No, honey, I have Listen, so my secret I have short blonde hair. Like when your 15-year-old comes here and she sees two grown-ups having sex. >> I mean, it's a public ride. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> On August the 16th, 2022, dispatch responded to an amusement park after receiving a report that a crazy couple had taken a public display of affection a little [music] too far. >> I can't believe we got interrupted. How much have you had to drink today, sir? You smell like booze. That doesn't answer my question. How much have you had to drink today? >> Four beers. >> Four? Four or five beers? Okay, and are you staying at one of our resorts? >> Yeah. >> Okay, which one? >> The Sandal. >> Sandal. >> Sandal, thank you. >> Okay, we'll just >> All right, you can just hang right here. >> So Did the girls all have their bathroom clothes on? >> Yeah, and they're at least 18. >> ENGAGING IN >> THEY'RE >> YEAH. >> UH RIGHT AROUND THERE. >> YEAH. >> RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER OVER THERE. THEY'RE ALL four of them are sitting over there. >> How young are they? >> Two of them are 18, one's 17, and the other one's 16, I think. >> Okay. >> Saying that had his pants down and >> Did they >> Yeah. >> Did they see it? >> They witnessed it. They were all They were >> What did they say when you talked to them, these people? >> They said nothing happened. >> What'd the ride operator say? >> They just said that they they got a report of that and they got a call and they called us. >> Did they see anything? >> They didn't. By my knowledge, nobody saw anything. >> Were you guys on that ride? No. Honey, I have Listen, so my cigarettes [music] I have shorts on beneath my dress first off, right? So there's no easy access that's happening here. And I have them in my pocket in the shorts. They fell out. I bent over to retrieve them on the ride. >> Why was he behind you then? >> He was trying to help me because they were clear across the ride. >> Can I answer that? >> No, probably not, I guess, cuz you're going to answer like >> So, I'm going to go I'm going to go talk to the young girls who saw it and see what they thought they saw. See what they say. Um and then we'll go from there. >> The officers approached the girls and although they had already heard their account of events, they wanted to hear it again, hoping to get something more convincing than mere words. >> So What did you guys say? Like, okay. And what was your So, what >> naked? >> You saw her butt? >> Yes. >> You saw his >> And like her >> Did you see his >> I touched on it and it was in it, but I looked at >> You saw his >> in her. >> Yeah. >> Oh my god, absolutely not. Absolutely not. >> And the second time we saw them, they were dressed. >> They were dressed. >> They like got dressed, so they like went to go down and then when they got back up, they like started to >> Yeah, and like and then they were walking when they saw us. >> I got like laughed at. >> And they also um when we were in line >> Tell me what they said when you were in line. >> I was in line like they kept like going this close to me and like walking into me and I was like, "Jesus Christ, can you like get off of me?" And they started laughing and then they started calling me this little this little [ __ ] Like they called me a They were like, "This little is like being so rude to me." And I didn't I just said, "Can you please get off of me?" >> Right. >> Like they were being on top of >> Like we we saw them naked. >> And you have like two minors and two adults in this group? >> Barely adults. 18, so barely, but I'm not okay. >> Yeah, absolutely not. They said that that that she was getting cigarettes. >> Oh. >> No, but I had inside that it doesn't really seem like cigarettes. >> I don't think so. >> Oh, yeah, for sure. >> Maybe like half a blunt. >> Uh yeah, I didn't >> No, that's why you got to do it. >> Yeah, inside too, but like I didn't really see it. >> I don't know. >> But like we saw them naked. >> That's messed up. >> How old are you guys? >> I'm 15 and a half. >> Which who are you Which one? >> I'm 17. >> And you two are 18? I'm trying to see what what fits here. I'm She's like >> Well, I mean they were laughing and >> They said >> They were so mean. I think they had some really bad backgrounds and it was like really traumatizing for them. >> Yeah, absolutely. Even if you don't, even if you don't like I saw I saw him. I mean, you literally are telling me you saw his going in and out of her. I'll be right back with you guys. >> At this point, it was the couple's word against the girls, but for several reasons, the officers [music] believed the girls were telling the truth, especially given the level of detail in their account. The challenge, however, was how to apprehend an adult couple who, in this scenario, were almost never going to admit to any wrongdoing. >> How How long did you guys ride this ride? >> Something 4 minutes, maybe. >> How many times did you guys go around? >> How many times did you go around? >> Yeah. >> Maybe three. >> Okay. So, why can those girls, and two of them are juveniles, describe to me your guys' private parts? Yeah. So, listen, this is what I'm going to do for >> you, okay? You understand that there's cameras and I can watch those cameras and see. So, just tell me the truth. Cuz I know you're lying. So, just be honest. Cuz lying's not going to get you anywhere. >> Really? I just got to leave. >> Yeah. No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. >> No, it's not. You're lying, 100%. >> I'm not lying. >> I don't So, you So, four four juvenile girls are just going to make that up? >> I said like Two of them are second one juvenile girls. >> So, what are they? >> Two of them are 18. >> Two of them are 18 and two of them are juvenile. So, when I watch those cameras, I'm not going to see you guys? You're lying. She wants to tell the truth. Do you understand that you can be arrested for this? It's a It's a It's an M2. Um yeah, a misdemeanor of the second degree. And you guys can go to jail. Cuz you're not from here. And then you'll have to post bond. Or I can call the [music] judge and no bond since you guys are lying. And I know you're lying. It's up to you guys. I'll [music] let you guys talk about it. >> So, what? Yeah, I don't know what to talk about. >> Okay. So, you're sticking to your story of the cigarettes? >> Yes. And she may be taking a butter from me a little bit. >> Okay, so now the story's changing. >> Huh? >> Now your story's changing. >> changing. >> So, I mean, she's probably taking my purse. What? >> Can't like sugar ask her. >> She Well, yeah, but you guys have kids? >> No. >> Okay. So, you I want you to picture when you have kids and your 15-year-old comes here and she sees two grown-ups having sex. >> I mean, that's all right. >> And if she say they saw they saw what they said to me and what they saw, I would be embarrassed. >> There who hasn't seen it that they're eight? >> So, you think it's appropriate that they >> No, that's not appropriate. >> Or that they saw? So, you think it's appropriate that they saw you? >> Put it Put it to your wife on the Ferris wheel. >> Are you serious? >> Yes. >> Did I Did I say that? Did I say that? >> You said what? No, no. You're not going to do that to me. You said they see what They've seen all this stuff. >> No, I'm not trying to do nothing with you. >> You said, "Well, they know They know all these things." Okay. Well, They're calling there What? Okay. Well, like I told you, they're going to go to jail. So, What? Public indecency. You can't have sex on a ride. >> Sure. >> I gave you the opportunity to tell the truth. You didn't want to. So, all No, I don't have to show you video footage. So, all I have No, I don't have to show it to you. No, I don't. No, I don't. Don't tell me how to do my job. Don't even Yeah. Don't. Listen. I have four witnesses. Well, you're both going to jail. So, you had the opportunity to be honest. If they want to be. >> The couple stuck to their initial story, refusing to be [music] tricked into telling the truth. They seemed convinced that without video evidence, there would be nothing substantial to pin on them. >> Well, here's the deal. So, I can call the judge since you guys don't live here and um like I don't know. I don't know I I think that since you guys don't even have any remorse for what you did to those children and how upset they are, like that that's what bothers me. And now you're lying to me. You You don't even care what you did to those children. But either way, but they're upset and you guys are trying to deny that you did it. Like >> Well, I do apologize they were upset. >> Yeah, why wouldn't they be? Why wouldn't they be upset? Like And then you guys are sitting here lying. Like >> I understand their concern. >> Right. And like Why does the one say you called her >> Nobody called anybody a >> Well, you want me to Well, you lied to me this whole time. She's saying you called her >> Nobody called her We never spoke directly to this person at all. >> She said that you guys were touching her in the line and said that you called her >> I have two friends that were with us in line that they may have overheard the word "whore" being thrown around loosely, but it was not directed towards them. >> Do you see where I'm coming from though? >> I do. I understand. >> it would have probably been a different story if you guys would have been like, "Yeah, we messed up." You know, because really this is Cedar Point and it's up to me if charges are done or not. And I work for the city. So, had you been like, "We didn't mean for people to see us. Like we've been drinking." You know, but you sat here and blatantly lied to my face and I have these juveniles that are traumatized. >> Understood. >> So. >> Are you able to write us a ticket, like ban us from the park, or Okay, so we have friends that are here that came with us. So, if we have to stay, am I able to get a hold of these said friends and so they can at least get back to Solomon? >> Yeah, who drove? >> Both of us. >> Yeah. I'm going to This is what I'm going to do. I'm going to go ask them if they want to pursue charges. And if they say yes, you're going to go to jail. If they say no, then you're going to be banned from the park. >> Now the cops effectively placed their fate in the hands of the juveniles. The couple felt the ground shift beneath them, knowing that a single word from the teenagers could seal [music] their fate and bring their little park performance to a swift and bitter end. >> I'm going to call your mom back. >> So. Is this something you guys want to pursue? Like do you want them to go to jail or do you just want them to leave the park? >> What would that mean if we had them to go to jail? What would we have to do? >> Well, you guys will have to fill out a witness statement. Um this will probably go to court, so they might call you guys to testify on what you guys saw. Or we can just kick them out of the park and they go on their way. >> Now real quick, I just got to butt in here. Obviously, we're going to have to recontact your guys' parents just because obviously you guys are under 18, so we got to make sure of that, okay? So, >> We wouldn't testify, though. >> What? >> We wouldn't testify, or they wouldn't us? >> You They might call you You might They might call you to testify since since we didn't see it. Um and I'm taking your guys' word for it. Um they could potentially call you to testify on what you guys saw. So, I I can [clears throat] pursue charges, you know, but I don't want to do that and put you guys through more if you know, if it's just something that like >> I don't know what are you thinking? >> I just didn't know what I don't know. I just don't want this to happen to someone else. Like I I didn't think that Like they didn't want So, there's nothing stopping them. >> Absolutely. >> But they ended up admitting to >> that. >> Yeah, because yeah. >> Okay. >> Well, if they didn't admit it, I wasn't going to give them a choice. Um and I was probably going to contact a judge and have them no bonded because um they're not very remorseful for their actions in my opinion. >> So, >> They didn't admit to it. >> Yeah, bye. >> They didn't admit to it. >> What? >> They didn't admit to it. >> They didn't admit to it. >> They didn't feel >> Well, now they do. Now they do. Well, the I'll be honest, the girl wanted to tell, the boy didn't, but and he's the one he's >> She was like looking at us first, but he was the one that spoke. >> Yeah. Okay. You guys are going to jail. So, >> Stand up when I need you to put your hands behind your the What are we doing about the friends that >> You can call them. I'll let you call them right now. >> All right. Hey, you got to come get these keys. Yep. >> They were both charged with misdemeanor public indecency. While other unhinged couples played it the conventional way, this psycho trio decided to step up the game by staging a three-man performance at the public parking lot. >> Could you tell me why the [ __ ] WE'RE DOING THIS [ __ ] IN A parking lot? No, you were doing the same thing. Don't act stupid. So, he's on top of her pulling her pants pants out going down her. He's got his out with his >> Turn around and stop moving so much. >> You're disgusting. >> On November the 30th, 2025 at 12:01 p.m., deputies with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office responded to a Florida Keys Winn-Dixie parking lot after receiving reports that three individuals, later identified as 59-year-old Michael McDonald Howard, 43-year-old Marshall Adam Lowry, and 45-year-old Sharon Helen Chaplinsky [music] had put on a brazen public performance in the fine art of ignoring every single rule of decency. >> Keep filming. Hi. Could you tell me why THE [ __ ] WE'RE DOING THIS [ __ ] in a parking lot? No, you were doing the same thing. Don't act stupid. Licenses, guys, everybody. Got your ID on you? Sit down. Sit >> I know you got a public service earlier. >> Good. Sit down. >> I I don't know. >> All right. Sit down. >> I shouldn't be doing what I'm doing. >> Sit down. >> I swear. >> Sit. >> I'm sorry. >> M A R S H A L L and L A R E >> What? >> I still ain't even supposed to know. >> Marshall, you got a middle initial? >> A for Adam. >> Can I have a cigarette before I go to jail if I >> And what was your date of birth? >> I got 2882. >> Huh? >> 2882. You bought two years ago. >> Yeah, where's your ID out of, Marshall? >> What? >> Where's your ID out of? >> You know most of us people don't got IDs. >> What? Florida? You You had that weird sh- You had two checks. You had the two I think you had uh checks. >> Yeah, I'm Sharon. >> Yeah. S H A R O N >> I got stuck here. I got stuck. >> All right. Spell your last name again. C Z >> Good luck with that. >> C Z >> A P You remember C Z A P. That's funny. >> C Z A P >> It was like a week ago, right? >> Like three days ago. He's got his out with his hand on her >> Well, we didn't expose my >> it? >> Yes. >> We didn't yet. >> Yes. Yeah. >> You like to do >> And where's your license? >> Oh, got to talk to straight. >> Where's your license? >> I don't need to go to jail right now. >> Huh? >> I do not. >> I got a suspended driver's license or what not. >> You said you had an ID on you. >> We didn't expose my >> All right, what's your name? >> Michael Howard. >> M I C H A E L? >> Yeah. >> We did expose my >> Yeah, my license. >> You can >> so much. >> We We keep getting calls for for you. >> Huh? >> We keep getting calls for you. >> But I didn't do that much wrong. I didn't have my pants down. >> Really? >> I wasn't naked, none of that. >> It's not what >> he said. >> Yeah. I want a cigarette. >> Well, you can be arrested, too. >> I'm sorry, guys. >> All right, we'll let you know what we're going to do. >> All right. I'm not going to talk I'm going to do that. >> I'll try to be reasonable. You know what I'm saying? >> I'm not stupid. I just don't want to go back to jail. I need to go to rehab. >> Well, you need to do something cuz we keep getting calls. Do you have anything sharp on you? >> do not. I'm a I have a lighter. >> Don't put your hands in your pockets. >> Okay, give me that cuz you can't take that anyway. >> I know that. Please don't take me to jail. >> Well, see. Turn around. You have nothing sharp on you? >> No, I do not. And I ain't >> Hold still. >> You didn't catch me with my pants down or anything. >> Come here. >> All right, I got you. >> As the cuffs [snorts] clicked around her wrists, Karen knew that at that moment the cops were serious about taking her to jail, and that her fate was completely sealed. Yet, like a true daredevil accustomed to pushing limits, she decided [music] to try her luck one last time. >> Turn around and stop moving so much. HEY, I SAID STOP. DO you hear me? I told you to stop. Wow. You know what you guys are stupid laws here? Really do. I'm from Pinellas County. And this Yeah. Pinellas. You know that you have to give me your information. You want to arrest me and arrest me? >> Hey. Danielle. >> your You got to Do you have to keep I >> I'm sorry. >> tell you to come down here. >> I guess my key you got No, you're stupid. >> Okay, well, I didn't tell you to come down. >> Well, she was arrested >> A POLICE OFFICER. >> WHAT DID you do before we were in the car? >> doing that. You going to go in my car. >> From my county. I'll sue you for this and I'll get away with it. You know that? I'll call Mark O'Mara. You know that, right? >> All right. Well, sounds like a plan. [music] >> Because I'm Pinellas. >> IN THE CAR. I SAID GO IN THE CAR. >> I'm from Tampa Bay. You can't get away with it. >> It's one It's the female. >> You know they can't bring me to jail. >> All right, listen. You going to listen, yes? >> I am. I really need to use the bathroom. >> Okay, you will not fight. >> I'm not. >> Let's go. >> All right, thank you so much. Cuz that Okay. Yeah, I'm about to go. I probably do go to the bathroom. >> Stay right here. >> It's absolutely disgusting. You know what I'm saying? I I warned you three times. I'm not stupid. >> Right here. >> I'm reasonable. >> Go right here. >> I'm not >> Go right. >> I'm not messing with guys right now. >> Well, you were, so >> begging you. >> Go right. To the right. >> Take me to rehab. >> To the right again. To the right, Sharon. >> Yes. I'm embarrassed right now. >> I know. That's why I have like it to the left. >> You're embarrassed because you didn't listen to me. >> And then to the right. Go to the right here. >> Oh my god, I'm sorry. >> Go to the right to the left. >> Listen to me every which way. >> Uh no, I see. All right. I don't want to touch her over there. >> All he does is lie to me. >> All right, we're right here for you. >> All right. >> All right, I'm here. That's it. Okay. Want to sit down? >> Uh I need your handcuffs in the front, so >> Okay. Your handcuffs in >> Uh in the front and then you're going to put your hand on your head. Do you hear me? >> Okay. I need to go to rehab. I need to get help. I need to go back home. So you don't see me out here. I don't need to [ __ ] me like this. Okay? I know what I need. I was about to go there and you're only helping me out like this. You put me in jail, I'll keep going up and I'm telling you right now. Cuz I already know that. I don't want this life. I really don't. I was just about to get my help. Please don't throw that away. >> All this? >> Yes, it's everything actually. >> set it here for you, all right? >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> You guys keep messing my life up more. Every time I get out of jail, Mary, the kids want me to drink more, and I don't want to live anymore. And nobody wants to listen to me. But do you all actually care? What can I do about that, actually? >> I understand. >> Let's go, cuz I am an alcoholic. >> I told you I'm not going to help you unless you help yourself. >> Why can't I get a program? I would help myself if you gave me a program. I would help myself if you quit putting me in jail. Honestly, I'm trying to tell you that. >> For some weird reason, she truly believed that she had what it took to talk her way out of jail, but sooner or later she would realize that not even a silver tongue could turn the tide. >> And nobody wants to listen to me. >> That's just messed up. I just I just want to get help. I don't want to be an alcoholic anymore. >> Stop tensing up. I'm telling you. >> I'm telling you this. I want to get help, but you all don't let me get help. Cuz you want to keep putting me I want a program so bad. >> Go. >> I want a program so bad. All right, you going to listen? >> I am. >> All right. >> Okay, I got you. >> Let's go. >> I didn't want to disrespect you, but you didn't want to listen to >> please. >> That was the issue. I tried to ask what I needed. >> How you doing? You doing all right? >> If we have to go an hour away, I really do need water. I'm very dehydrated. I'm an alcoholic. >> Uh-huh. >> And I drank earlier. >> I got you. >> And you know how that dehydrates you. >> Okay, you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to get you some water. >> Please do. Thank you. >> Just stand right there, okay? >> And I can't get up and walk away. >> Yep. No, she's going to search you, okay? I got it. >> No, I understand that. Like I'm not No needles. Don't worry. >> Do you have a bra on? >> No, I did not. No bra and no underwear. Homeless. >> What's in here? >> It might be a lighter. That's about it. That's all I can think of in here. >> the lighter out already. Okay. >> It's just change. It's change. >> You need to pull my pants down. >> Yep. Pull All right. Pull them up. Hands against the car? >> Okay. Can you all listen to this? >> I got you. >> It is way too much. It is way too much. If I wanted to run, I would have tried to run, but I did not, did I? >> No, you just tried to fight. >> All right, I'm going to take I'm going to get >> Cuz I was upset. I was upset. >> Are you cooling down? >> I was unreasonable. Do you understand that? >> Hey. >> Oh. Yes, I am. >> Oh my gosh, I'm sorry. >> I didn't realize what the hell I was doing. >> Okay, cool. Thank you. >> I was a female getting arrested when they didn't realize what they were doing and they got taken advantage of. Because I was drunk. Because I had no excuse. >> Huh? >> All right, it's not >> It's not an excuse. >> Still, not moving. >> But I don't control these gentlemen around here, do I? >> Hey, Sharon, you need to stop moving. >> I really not. I'm really not. I'm just standing here. >> It's funny. >> Come on, let's go. Come on. >> It's funny she wants to keep claiming these things. I want to be reasonable, but somebody wants to talk about reasonable kind of things. It's not right. I believe in fairness. This ain't fair. >> Is she on heroin? >> What upsets me is that you don't want to treat people with >> of the car. >> using alcohol like it's a real issue, but we need to go to rehab, not jail. You want to keep creating problems, you keep putting people in jail, you keep creating more problems. If you can think about it and actually put people on rehab, they'll create less problems. I don't know. Maybe I'm from a different county than here. You don't think like we do. But okay. >> While Sharon showed no sign of backing down in her attempt to weasel out of going to jail, the officers had more pressing issues that needed their urgent attention. >> You took those two? >> Uh, I don't know what happened with the note that was >> And what can they do to transfer to my old county? What can I do to transfer? >> up a little bit. >> I'm just asking. I want to know >> come this way. >> What kind of information [music] can I get to transfer >> Give me one second. >> to my county >> I got you. >> And get out of here cuz I don't want you to with it. stop here anymore. >> I know. Go ahead and sit in >> And if you say I can't do I will right now. And I want the information I can. >> I got you. >> And that's why I'm still here. I need to go back home. >> Okay. >> I can't be here anyway. I got stuck here. >> I got you. >> Hey, you took you took the charge report. >> Huh? >> You took the charge report. >> Yeah, I know. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. That's why I was calling you. On my phone. Is it signed? Okay. Okay. >> I I it was I had to have her sign it and then you came by and grabbed it. I didn't make a copy of it. >> Okay. Sorry. Sorry. Thank you. >> Yes.
