help employees are expected to believe that the customer is always right and try to take their excesses but what happens when some of these customers turn out to be absolutely insane I can't go be my shoe from in there no you're trust I can show you I can't I don't so don't tell me I'm lying about here are several examples of when cops save employees from mentally insane customers starting off with the a crazy woman who lashed out at an employee who refused to give her a lighter and then went nuts at the police officers I'm trying to get my other shoe where is I only have one shoe on put hands my back you're under arrest stop resisting you understand me exactly that's exactly what I'm saying on April the 16th 2022 officers received a complaint about a customer who assaulted an employee after she was denied a lighter when the officers arrived at the scene and began to question the suspect she went off on a rant all I need is a lighter he what's going on do anybody have a lighter that's all you need is a lighter yes okay we'll get to figure it out all right somebody threw my lighter when I pulled up if that if that if it wasn't about the lighter I wouldn't even have no reason to speak to that woman okay that's why they told her okay oh yeah y you need to go yeah I don't have one I'm sorry I'll let you use it if I did why did you ask me I was just trying to figure out what's going on sorry I don't have one on me well if you trying to figure out what's going on don't try to figure out what's going on if you can't help what's going on well I don't have a lighter then that they began to realize how crazy and entitled she was that woman is like pretty much assaulted okay what what happened she was the confrontation between her and the customer she was still behind the counter and she came up to M up to me and she told me to swing at her and she like literally went into my face like her teeth left bumps on my head so like she made physical content okay so here's the most important question of the night are you wanting to go to trial for this or do you just want her out of here and I I I just don't I don't want her back here okay so she basically just want to trespass her and get her out yeah okay all right that's fine um I will have her do that so you can go home and relax and we'll get her out of here I stopped res I came back I turned around and sat down here with you okay what's your first name I'm went I get a lighter you're not getting a lighter what's your first name or you're catching another charge okay the woman refused to give her identity to the officers and started to argue with them in making things difficult she was making it obvious to the cops why they were called in the first place you don't want to do it I can try to provide my information I got to I got to figure out what's going on you're being arrested for trespassing you're very fortunate I'm not charging with that I haven't trespassed anywhere okay and I know the law okay so what's your first name you're just making this harder on yourself I'm saying I know the law for myself so what's your first name I know I don't have to go to law if y'all would have told me my charges I could have told y'all my charges hold on but guess what if the police tell you your charges then you have a right to tell them back you can't if the police don't tell you nothing was failing to see it and was hellbent on having her way it was now only a matter of time before they decided to do what was necessary but when I'm asking a question oh oh oh she just asking a question oh she doesn't need a cigarette I done told y'all I needed a cigarette to calm my nerves so I could be calm with y'all so I didn't snap on y'all because I didn't have a reason to okay I'm sorry I'm not quite sure what you're asking me exactly calm down that's exactly what I'm saying calm down no cuz that's exactly what I'm saying that is the exact that I'm saying right now run the videos back see if I hit anybody if I didn't any of this I I get it just don't do that all right I don't give a my P are out what I did was lifted my leg up pushed and kicked them over and over again cuz he said well they will eventually they're going to look at the cameras okay they can look at all the cameras right now of the story but they hold on they tried to arrest me for some stuff they didn't even see tried to go back in seen can I get a camera from I mean I mean a lighter from inside the store not at this I need a lighter to calm down y'all want me to calm down so bad I'm trying to store when they were stay cheated when they asked me and I went right in front of that door I never even touched the door the officers decided that they had heard enough and they took action you can to me now no on July the 11th 2023 deputies in Florida got complaints from an echino Lodge Motel about a woman who assaulted a front desk clerk the woman seemed completely unhinged from the very first shut herself in the bathroom to evade the police after causing chaos at a restaurant we will come in and get you would you like to watch or on the 26th of February 2023 officers responded to a complaint of a woman who created Mayhem at a restaurant when they reached the location to question her the suspect locked herself inside a bathroom at a gas station and refused to get out did she go inside I know but that's her car it's been sitting there for about 15 minutes last time I saw her she was in that parking lot over there okay if it's a blonde that's who we're looking for a blond she said a blond she was blonde she's she's white blonde all black so that's prob I hit my siren and she just picked up the pace and came inside Troy police open the door L open the door or we will open suspension on your license for a previous OVI refusal and then you're getting charged with OVI refusal with prior conviction because you refuse to take the testing any questions concerns you have all right two was job with driving Under the Influence assault trespassing and driving under suspension next we have a woman who believed it was acceptable to assault a male tow truck driver in a bid to prevent her vehicle from getting towed he kiic me I hit him we kind of it was just all of the place footage of her assault to me okay hitting me and she's opening the truck she went in the truck that's a heavy charge I'm 43 years old on November the 12th 2023 in West Palm Beach Florida officers arrived at the scene following a disturbance call involving an altercation between a woman and a male tow truck driver the incident stemmed from an argument about not paying for parking which resulted in a boot being placed on the woman's car the entitled woman who was not pleased with this development thought it would be a good idea to assault him when the officers questioned her about it she tried to lie to them to get out of trouble but the truth would soon come out later on um basically I came it's my daughter's birthday came to bring it down to ride some bikes scam because uh AI pulled up so close to me like the door was hitting my door so I couldn't see what he was doing I was literally right across the street two seconds we walked four little kids we walked right across the street I'm like hey you just like he was like no you wasn't in par like sir I'm right here like you didn't give me I just need to check the bike policy so I can do what I need to do with these little kids it's my daughter's birthday oh no ma'am no ma'am no ma'am just um you whatever and so we basically got into a scuffle yeah we kind of he kicked me I hit him we kind of it was just all over the place and the kids were involved in everything and I'm do you need Medics do you think any other the kids need Medics I just I just want to um I just honestly want trying to just go home is that okay you have you have ID on you I don't I have it in my bag though hold on I'm talking to the police I don't have my purse okay I got it in my phone I don't have it physically on me I have it in my phone do okay I didn't I didn't bring anything cuz I thought I could do just Apple pay and take them on some bikes okay give me uh give me a second the officer then questioned the male driver to understand the situation better it'll take too long too soon all right problem how you know guys I'm going tell you how this all started um so I booted the vehicle yep she didn't pay for the parking um once the boots are on the vehicle we're authorized to take a $65 payment right um as I was writing the warning everything she didn't pay for Park as I was writing the warning she grabbed the marker from my hand she tossed it she became aggressive and I let her know I have to receive the p it and then after that uh she just started having commotion walking up on me she slapped me probably a couple times three four times we have camera footage on the truck I have a little bit of camera footage of her ass to me okay hitting me and she's opening the truck she went in the truck grabbed my personal phone and she took off and ran away with it in the lot I had a couple bystanders here I'm not too sure where they are um and then also when I was back right here she grabbed my company phone as well so she hads at the same time I was asking for it back she was demanding for me to take the boots off I told her no I need my property back still became aggressive walking upon on me trying to hit on me while I'm trying to come to the truck and theard it cuz I'm a dude and right here when she sliding right here she's claim they're claiming that I hit her but I just pushed her off because I'm not going to let nobody hit me I I just pushed right but I don't like how she put her hands on me and took both of my phones and I like fresh char okay and I can show you the videos okay do you have both the phones yes I have them now okay do you need Medics or anything like that now okay do you have your idea on you yeah some eyewitnesses then gave an account of what had happened cuz then the cops began to realize that things were more serious than they had thought what exactly happened so when I went over there uh she was hitting them in the face and everything else and um by the time I got my phone I was kind of too L I'll show you what I haded [Applause] patient got a hold of his phone she threw his [Applause] phone afraid she has the phone right now see he's afraid of that right now I said this is towards that you can see how he scared I mean whack a couple times in my face I don't know with hand or her phone I don't know what the hell it was but you can see scared scared but uh he got he finally got in the car and locked the doors that's when I called you guys that's about it like I said I I saw more than I could he first I was just like look can you can you s that Qui and this truck has 360 footage so okay so between you and her yeah okay and this was over what the boot yeah being on there yeah okay um um all give me uh give me one second I don't know if he said anything you here that he witnessed it to yeah he's the one that called me about he called me and says hey you better get a cop over here uh he's one of my bouncers he's off Dy but SE right behind the truck and the girls that that the girl I think she was a mom she was she started sling the guy she went inside the vehicle and took something from the vehicle okay just natur happen to get video from it Tony Tony probably has the video there yeah oh he himself took a video too did he show you you a long time [Music] good the cops continued questioning the woman who was present with her kids and looked over more evidence you say you don't have any injuries on you at all right I mean he was my ankle he kicked it a few times so it's not in it was have swollen right now actually so like I mean I don't know if the other gentleman called you but yeah he okay yeah so yeah I need the I guess I uh what's a good phone number for you you go you said you had footage yeah I have footage I was not going to press charges but she she hit me several times so this is footage of her getting in the slapping the phone out my hand stopping me from recording for having proof of her walking on me and hitting me okay and also have proof of her going in the company vehicle snatching the phones stopping me from entering it no you back up you back up she kept being the aggressive went in the company vehicle and that's when she grab my phone there's more footage obviously I don't have right now I have a super and I wish I had the bystanders that alerted you guys there was a guy recording when she was chasing me around the lot when I was trying to get away from her obviously she's a female I don't touch females um I was just trying to deescalate the system I mean the the situation yeah that's pretty much man I'm I don't know how does this process work um so it it's essentially getting a your story story the video you have we'll try to see if we can any bystanders that we get um and I mean as far as you say you you want to press charges I you want to go to court and you're willing to go to court through everything like that y um me up the property after going through the evidence the officers reached a conclusion for someone who had just assaulted a city employee her next reaction was an indication that she thought that she was getting away with her actions so a couple of things I don't know if has anyone spoken to you yet okay so you are going to place under arrest okay what for hitting him going into his truck taking the phones all that is that's not okay that's not um he hit me too that that doesn't give you the right to hit him multiple times cuz I have to leave the case number for it and if you end up getting another accident you need to call the police so even if it's like in like something minor even if it's something minor just a due diligence cuz if you would have left that would have been a hit and run uhhuh and that would have been charges on you okay okay so even if it is something like a little scratch they're not in your their car and you can't find them you still need to call the police it's just a due diligence thing okay M that way we can at least try to get in contact with the owner cuz we can pull up the registered owner for that car we can try to get in contact with them try to call them and let them know and see if they even want to report for it okay but if you would have left that would have been having to do a report for it charges on you warrant on you that kind of stuff it's not fun okay okay um is there anything I need to do on my part just wait for them for so for um that it's going to be your case number um if they decide to file with the insurance your insurance will get in touch with you but I would go ahead and just give that number to your insurance company uhhuh um the case number right there okay and they'll get a copy their report and they'll get in contact with the insurance company for this car and they'll figure out what needs to be done to take care of things okay
