HE'S NOT GOING TO BACK OFF CUZ HE IS MY HELP. OKAY. HE'S NOT GOING TO BACK OFF. >> Back off. >> I want to right now. >> I WANT TO RIGHT NOW. Here are six moments when dumb Karen shoplifterss refuse to believe that they've been caught. Starting with William, a dumb kleptomaniac who tried to reach out for his firearm while engaging an officer in a face off after getting in his way after stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from a store. Help me find you back. >> What do I do? >> STOP FIGHTING. STOP. STOP. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. HELP ME. >> THEN STOP. >> What you got? >> Just a do. >> Just a >> on December the 23rd, 2024. In a cool evening in Utah. Officers from the Cottonwood Heights Police Department were on patrol when they got a 911 call from a store reporting a young man later identified as William had stuffed his bags with unpaid merchandise without minding that every move he made was being caught on camera. By the time officers arrived, William had already made his way out of the store, believing that he was home free and that he had gotten away with it. But just as the officers stepped in to confront him, what should have been an open andsh shut case quickly went off the rails. >> How you doing? Come with me. >> Yes. What for? >> Hey, sir. You're going to my truck for >> William. >> Yep. All right. >> Where are Yeah, you are. >> Drop your stuff right here. >> What did I do? >> Drop your stuff. Face the wall. >> Okay. All right. >> All right. Drop your stuff. Take this backpack off. You can't find your backpack. >> What did I do? STOP FIGHTING. STOP FIGHTING. YOU UNDERSTAND? Stop fighting. Stop. William knew that he had been caught and that jail time was now a real possibility. But in that tense moment, he wasn't ready to go down without a fight. He wanted to go home so badly and the officer was not GOING TO STOP HIM. >> STOP FIGHTING. >> I'M NOT I CAN'T BREATHE. >> EXPEDITE. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. >> STOP. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. HELP ME. >> THEN STOP FIGHTING. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. STOP. >> STOP FIGHTING. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. >> STOP FIGHTING. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. Stop fighting. >> I can't breathe. >> Stop fighting. You understand? >> Yes. >> Stop fighting. >> I can't breathe, man. >> Stop fighting. >> Grab his legs. You're fine. >> Oh, he's just bring my legs. >> Hey, listen. Guys, listen to me. You roll him to his right. Okay, >> dude. Stop choking me, man. >> You're not choke. I'm not choking your head. Give me your hand. >> Stop fighting. >> I'm not fighting you, dude. Give me your hands. Both of them. Both of them right now. >> We're taking him in so you can slow everybody else down. >> Watch. Get that in here. >> Can't get it through cuz his watch is here. Oh Jesus. >> We're going into custody. Everybody's going to slow down. >> All right. Okay. William, roll over on this side. >> Yeah. >> Catch your breath before we stand you up. Okay. >> Yeah. We're going to need to get you to stand up, but you didn't catch the airport. >> Yeah. All right. [snorts] >> I was here with my friends. >> Oh, >> happened to pull up. >> Well, that was dumb, wasn't it? >> You scraped your arm there. >> Okay. When you're ready to get up, let me How you feeling? >> Good. >> Got your breath still? >> Yeah. All right. >> You injured or hurt anyone? >> 50? >> No. Besides? >> No, I I'm okay. I'm good, brother. I just >> We just start fired to our location for a medical cuz we're going to go through and make sure. Right. >> Finally, William realized that the jig was up and there was no easy way out and he had complicated things far too much for himself. But this didn't mean that he had thrown in the towel. At least not yet. >> You got >> just a do. Just a >> That's why you reaching for your pants, dude. >> No, I wasn't reaching for my >> Yeah, you were. I'm not trying. >> Yes, you were. As soon as Yeah. As soon as I got you on the ground, you were reaching for your waist. I >> I'm trying to get you to stop choking me. I'm not trying to hurt you. >> You were trying to get away from me. Reaching down your pants. >> I'm not going to You're not going to lean up on me. I got to grab. >> All right. >> At this point, it was game over for William. And it was only a matter of seconds before his fate would be sealed. >> Why, dude? You know how easy this would have been? You'd have gone to jail for your warrants. That was it. But >> that was it. Instead, >> hey, >> we both get hurt. >> I'm I'm uh You should call uh >> I'm not calling anybody. I don't care who you're working for. >> You going >> You got anything on you? >> No, sir. >> You got any needles? >> Uh in my backpack, right? >> Okay. Nothing on you, though? >> No. >> I'll walk them over to the truck. >> Yeah. >> You just here shopping and having fun? Yeah, they literally walked up. I was like, he's about to come out the store. >> Oh my god. >> Hey, let's walk them over here so this Hey, Wolf Grab. >> You want to bring him back here? So, you said anything else up here? >> God, >> that wasn't going to hurt you, bro. >> You really thought you were going to get away from me, though? Like, I'm I'm actually >> off as [ __ ] Just I'm just trying to like hurt. >> That was dumb, bro. >> I'm just trying to >> We both get hurt, >> you know. >> He's He's big. I'm not doing I'm not I'm not being healthy. >> Needles in there? >> No, I don't have any needles on me in my backpack. >> In the end, he was charged with retail theft, interfering with a police officer and a on a police officer with a dangerous weapon. Unlike William, who chose to pull a firearm, this woman chose to play the victim card despite being caught in the act of hiding stolen items in her jacket. Don't >> move around or you're going to be charged. We're not doing that. We're not doing that. What the You touch me one more time. Now get me. >> You arrest this song >> and you can hear me later. >> On January the 17th, 2025, at around 2:00 p.m. in New Jersey, officers from the Hoboken Police Department responded to a store after reports that a woman had been moving through the aisles, stuffing her bag with merchandise after knocking some items onto the floor with no clear intention of paying for any of them. After a minute of struggling to track her down in the large store, the officers finally located her. But they would soon come to find out that stealing wasn't the only trick in her Karen shoplifting manual. >> It's okay. >> All right, ma'am. You ready to go? >> Hey, look. Ma'am, make a right. >> Ma'am, >> you need your stuff. He said >> no. >> All right. Well, that stuff is going to be checked if you need. If there's any proceeds, you're going to be arrested for shoplifting. You know what I'm saying? >> Are you intending on purchasing anything? >> Does it look like it? >> I don't know. That's why I'm asking you. >> Do I need >> I don't know, but we will search it to make sure that you have anything. Okay. >> You look like my stuff. >> Okay. >> Okay. Well, ma'am, you're not going to leave just yet. Okay. want to be your seat. >> Do you have any proceeds or anything on you? Because the establishment said that they witness you taking things and putting them in your pockets. >> Okay. >> Do you do you understand what she's saying? What she's asking you? >> She's asking you, "Do you have any items?" >> Speaking English. >> All right. >> What else do you have? >> My pocket. >> Well, you going to pay for that or no? >> I didn't get to the register yet. >> Okay. >> All right. What else? Do you have something in the bag as well or no? Too far. So, >> she didn't really disturb you. We don't even know. >> No, that's fine. Concealing is it by itself. >> All right. So, ma'am, is there anything? >> The woman appeared completely lost in her own world because she didn't seem to notice the cops. Sometimes Karen can try being confident to cast some doubts in officers minds as to whether they truly stole. >> Okay. Well, listen. We're going to be placed under arrest. Okay. For shopping. Huh? So, you're going to go here. You're going to put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Let me see. Let me see. >> Don't move around. Oh, you're charged. We're not doing that. We're not doing that. What the >> Hold on. Hold on. >> You got I have a sickness. I have a sickness. >> Like, what the doing? Why is the store set up like this? >> I have to pee. >> Yeah. >> Well, you know, >> listen up. [snorts] >> That you can get you arrested soon >> and you're going to hate your life. >> The woman knew that she had lost the show. Still, for someone as dumb as she was, she didn't know when to snap out of her fantasy and face reality. As for the officer, they assumed the scene was finally wrapping up. But unknown to them, they're about to witness another phase of absolute chaos. >> We're good to >> go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> Oh, I didn't even see that. >> All right, let's go. Nicholas, >> why are you doing all this? Great. >> You trying to embarrass me? >> Yes. Why? This is how you embarrass somebody. If you don't take this off, you're off. >> Put the seat belt on her. >> Sit down. I'm clearly sitting down. Put your legs on. How does the cop work? Don't turn for a second. >> Where's the station at? Look. Look over there. >> Where's the station at? Where's the station at? >> Put your legs on. What's your badge number? >> Put your legs. Stop. >> Put your >> Getting to the station, things took a turn for the worse as her behavior escalated, making the situation even more difficult than it had been. >> Come. So embarrassing. Like serious. >> In the end, she was charged with retail theft and a disorderly person's offense. Speaking of dumb Karen shoplifterss who refuse to believe that they've been caught, here's a delusional woman who claimed to have immunity clause from the president to exempt her from jail time no matter how many times she shoplifts. >> I president of the United States said that I wouldn't have to go to jail for the rest of my life or what? Because of what I did. On March the 16th, 2023, late in the evening in Washington, an officer from the Olympia Police Department was alerted to a store after a woman was caught on camera consuming items without pain. Within minutes, the officers arrived at the store only to discover that the woman had gone into hiding in the restroom. While she was inside, she believed that she had found a safe haven, unaware that outside the situation was quickly closing in on her and her world was gradually tearing apart. >> She's already taking products into the restroom. >> Into the restroom. Okay. You want to >> Yep. Greg's back here, too. >> All right. >> And she's been trespassed before. >> Oh, several times. >> Do you have any paperwork? >> Um, we Do you still have that picture? >> We don't have any paperwork from you guys. >> I'm sorry. Stealing. >> You said what? You have >> We do not have paperwork from you guys. She always bails back. >> Have you guys told her not to come back? Okay, I'll just need I'll need a statement in reference to that. So, >> I'll take this back. Um, I'm probably going to wait for my partner to get here unless she comes out of the bathroom. >> Oh, no. She'll be in there for a while. She took >> Okay. How's it going? >> Hello. >> Yeah. So, we have this lady. She just walked in. We trespassed her twice verbally. >> Okay. >> Um, >> within how long? >> It was probably 2 months ago. >> This is older than that, but I recognized her. I've verbally trespassed. She's not happy about it. >> Okay. So, you you were the one who verbally trespassed her previously. >> Yeah. Most recently about I would say two months ago. Okay, I'm going to wait for my partner to get here unless she comes out. So, I'll hang out with you. >> Um, she's coming from the west side. My partner got >> what? Maybe. Yeah, she was she was actually I car wash and just so you know, I'm I'm on my uh body cameras on so >> Okay, good. >> Um, so I'll hang out in case she comes out. >> They said that she took food in there, too. >> Yeah, she took some bakery items. She had stuff in her hands. I wanted She walked into the bathroom. >> Okay. So, ultimately, I'll get a statement from you since you're the one who verbally trespassed her. and if it turns out that the items are gone or whatnot, I'll do it for burglary if you're okay. >> While the officer was waiting for backup, knowing it would be risky to confront her in the restroom, the woman misread the situation and stepped out, believing that the coast was clear. A move that would turn out to be quite miscalculated. >> Hi there, Randy Wilson Police Department. You're being detained right now. You're not free to leave. >> Can you come here, please? >> No. >> Don't go out that door. You're >> an emergency. >> You're under arrest for trespass. >> No, >> you're under arrest for I'm not >> I'M NOT UNDER ARREST. I'M NOT RESIST. >> DO not resist me. >> I'm [screaming] fighting one down. >> On the ground. I'm not going to use on you. You're under arrest for resistance right now. Stay here. >> Stay here. Stay on the ground. Stay on the ground. Stay on the ground. >> Do [screaming] not do not fight me. DO NOT FIGHT ME. STAY ON THE GROUND. >> UNDER ARREST. >> YES, YOU ARE. >> I'M NOT. >> STAY ON THE GROUND. >> ROYALTIES. I SAID I COULD HAVE you stay free. YOU SAID I COULD. >> Stay on the ground. >> I'M NOT UNDER ARREST. >> STAY ON THE GROUND. >> I'M NOT UNDER [screaming] ARREST. >> STAY ON THE GROUND. >> I AM NOT UNDER ARREST. >> DOWN. Stay on the ground. >> I'm not under arrest. I'm not under arrest. It gave me the moon and the universe. I'm not under arrest. >> Okay. Stay here on the ground. >> I'm not I'm not stay on the ground. My own demon. >> Stay on the ground. I'm not. >> Do not resist. Do not fight. >> Do not resist. Do not fight. >> I got to [screaming] do. >> Okay, we'll talk about that. Calm down. LEAVE ME >> ALONE. >> CALM DOWN. >> NO. >> YES. Calm down. >> No. >> Leave me alone. [screaming] >> Calm down. >> Leave me alone. >> Calm down. Stay on the ground. >> YOU CAN'T ARREST ME. [screaming] >> WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> None of your business. Get off of me. >> Nope. >> How do you I'm not trust. You're a liar. You're going against your job. >> Stay on the ground. >> No. He's a liar. He's a liar. Mr. [screaming] President, he's a liar. >> Obviously, she was too dumb to realize that it was game over. She believed she could still make it out as she had done in times past. But what she didn't know was that all that she had seen so far was just the tip of the iceberg. YOU READY? >> GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET [screaming] OFF OF ME. GET >> Don't bite. You >> stop. >> I'm not supposed to be. >> I'm not supposed to be help. [screaming] HELP. [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] >> I'm not supposed to be in here. >> They gave me the Earth and the Moon in the solar system. They said I could go and get some, >> but all I have to do is go to the bathroom. >> I think my body came out. >> I just had to go to the bathroom. >> You want to go on your side? >> They gave me the >> I just Let's keep her. >> Let's keep her here. >> The president of the United States gave me permission. It's on the site. It's on the website. Ow. YOU'RE SITTING ON MY ANKLES. >> [clears throat] >> Just take a breath. >> No, he's hurting my ankle. >> And you don't even look. This is why you guys are a disgrace. And I am going to tell the president of the United States. So that is who I'm in contact with. >> You're being you're being audio and video recorded. [clears throat] >> They're liars. And I had permission from the president of the United States. And these people who are harassing me and have been stalking me are the reason that you're here. And the reason I've been getting kicked out of everywhere. I'm not lying. Stop hurting my foot. You are being rude. See, right now you're being hypnotized. There's red in the air. And I didn't do this to myself. I am not a liar. And I'm not. The officers couldn't understand why she was so determined to deny that she had messed up, knowing full well that actions like this come with consequences. However, they also knew that giving a rope to a fool was never a good idea. [screaming] >> You just did that. You don't do that to me. >> I'm not mean. I'm sorry. I'm Please be gentle. No. I wasn't supposed to go to jail at all. United States. I have white coal. I have white syn. and then be transported. Okay. >> No, I understand. Thank you. >> Yeah, no problem. >> Yeah, I'm I'm sorry. >> I'm not a liar. >> I'm not working against you, guys. Ow. My leg. My leg. My right leg. Get her away from me. Please get away from me. >> Please get away from me. >> No. >> That one's hurting. That one's on my side. Please don't. I had a vision. Please don't do this to me right now. Can you hurt my my hope my leg, please? I don't know how long it's going to happen. >> Why are you doing this to me? >> You okay? >> I am not doing nothing. >> The president said I didn't have to do that. I didn't have to go I want to go to jail anymore for the rest of my life. And it was lying because of what happened to me. Please. There's blood in the air. You can't do this to me cuz there's red in the air. That means you can stop. >> You guys don't even notice when you're being >> She was one hell of a case. What started as an officer confronting a dumb ice cream stealer had spiraled into something no one expected. and she was just too dumb to foresee the sad reality that was seated patiently to embrace her. >> I'm not supposed to go to jail. I'm not president, you know. And if they said that I wouldn't have to go to jail for the rest of my life or what because of what I did for this place, please. Once >> we get our feet in, I'll go around. >> Oh, [laughter] it's not a lie. They just said a couple things and then out and then it wouldn't get out my leg. Come on. >> In the end, she was charged with theft in the third degree and resisting arrest. If you thought that you've already seen the dumbest of Karens, meet this crazy student who went totally wild when arrested for ripping off a local store of hundreds of dollars worth of items. I'm >> sorry. I don't want to go to jail. Oh, >> you should have thought about that. Even your sister was telling me outside that she was telling you how much of a bad idea this was and we should probably just put stuff back and leave and you still did it. >> They said that they call me dead. >> On June the 23rd, 2025 in the city of Champagne, Illinois, officers arrived at a store following a report of a dumb student who had been caught and detained by loss prevention officers for stealing some merchandise. After the officers took a review of the footage to confirm the atrocity that she had committed, the officers approached her and that was when they realized how dumb she truly was. I'm going to turn your back. Okay. >> Wait, can I call my dad? >> Uh, we can have your sister do that and you can call when you get to the jail. Okay. >> Stop. Don't make it. Don't catch another charge. Don't catch another charge. >> That's not >> Don't Don't catch another charge. >> I didn't do anything. No, she bought me those. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> More. >> Yeah, this is all she doesn't matter. >> You got anything in the other pocket? It'll be so much easier if you say >> or you don't. >> We're going to check. I read it. You want to check that pocket? >> Wait. I'm sorry. I don't want to go to jail. >> Oh, you should have thought about that. Even your sister was telling me outside that she was telling you how much of a bad idea this was and we should probably just put stuff back and leave and you still did it. So, >> um, >> wait, >> if you if you can just >> send a link and I'll put it in my name so we don't do so. She can send a video. >> Can I call my dad? >> You're you're under their custody. >> Can I call my dad? You can when you get to the jail. Okay. And then your sister can also let him know what's going on. Uh grab that green bag. That's sister's bag. >> Thank you. She's outside. She left already. I told her, >> I don't want catch >> where' you tell your mom. >> Just when the officer thought that she wasn't as defiant as they had initially assumed, she revealed a darker side of herself. She could no longer hold back. Please, please. Please, please. >> No, >> they said that. They told me to get >> Hey, she sent their car. >> STOP. >> Put your hands behind your back right now. I'm not playing. Stop. >> I don't. >> You're not going to be there long. Just stop. >> Stop. Don't even help. I'm going to jail. I got arrested. >> No. or bad time anything on me. I think they arrest me and I want to jump for it. >> I'm panicking. >> Take a deep breath. Stand up. He's in your chest. >> He's not going to be there long. So just take a chill out. I'm going to put your hand right now until >> you will put your hands pants so it's not put in that way. It's not >> about to spend on a day or am I now? >> I I don't know. I would say you should be able to talk to a judge soon, but don't quote me. I don't work at a jail. Well, go find somewhere to charge it and then and then tell him that Do you know what I'm going to? >> Yeah. Champagne County. >> Champagne County. All right. I'll call you as soon as Call me as soon as you get home. Okay. I will. >> And I I tried to tell them it was my bag, but they kept blaming you. >> Doesn't matter. She was in possession of it. She was want to punch stuff inside of it. Can I get my shoes? >> Yeah, I'm grabbing them. I'm going to put them up front. >> In the end, she was charged with retail theft and a class A misdemeanor. The next case takes us to New Jersey where it took over seven police officers to bring this woman to book in the most embarrassing way. >> Did you pay for that stuff? >> Yes, of course. >> Yeah. Let me see the receipt. >> Sir, you cannot. >> Let me see the receipt. Yes. >> I'm not going to back. >> MA'AM, YOU NEED TO RELAX. HE'S NOT BACK CUZ HE IS MY HELP. OKAY. HE'S NOT GOING TO BACK OFF. >> BACK OFF. >> I want to right now. >> I WANT TO RIGHT NOW. I WANT >> ON January the 22nd, 2025, just minutes before midnight in New Jersey, officers received a call from a big box mega store reporting a woman who had allegedly stuffed her bag with merchandise without paying a single dime. When officers arrived, she was nowhere to be found inside the store. They quickly spread out and conducted a sweep. And within minutes, one officer spotted her and moved in to approach her. When she observed it was just her against a single officer, she decided to go headtohead. >> Did you pay for that, sir? >> Yes, of course. >> Yeah. Let me see the receipt. >> Sir, you cannot >> Let me see the receipt. Yes, I can. I can do anything. >> Let me see the receipt. You're on camera, by the way. >> Let me see the receipt. >> You're on camera, too. >> Let me see the receipt. >> You're on camera, too. Okay, sir. You're on camera right now. You're on camera. >> Turn around. I'm going to have one of custody. Let go. Let go. Drop the bags. Drop the bags. Drop the bags. Give me your hand. HEY, YOU BREAKING MY HAND. YOU BREAKING MY HAND.
