On November 17th, 2023, a CVS manager alerted officers that a man had just walked out with two packages of cup of noodles stir fry. Moments later, officers spotted a suspect matching the description at a nearby intersection. Here are the events that occurred. >> Just let you know it's recording. >> Where you coming?
