could be heard screaming with a man and a woman arguing police officers responded and immediately rushed down to the scene they were greeted by the husband and father who looked very upset the wife however didn't waste any time in spilling the beans Hur hello hey you guys ain't arguing are you no we're all right are you okay what are we arguing about he's drunk he hurt me and the kids I want him the out of here okay we'll get inside here before we can go heat the inside or outside up he tore the kids's door off I'm tired of warning him I'm tired of threatening him he's not getting it I can't to a call from a neighborhood citing domestic dispute Witnesses stated that a young male aggressively a female breaking her vehicle windows and slashing her tires when police approached him his response was not expected who did this baby back hey 11 19 got one running get on the ground I'm the current location going northbound running towards paddle running Northbound he's laying on the ground in a y now sorry you're an idiot I my mom how old are you 2 I just had him almost 15 me would' you cut yourself on I tell you them I only hit him with one pro another stomach I ain't grabbing been able to drive my car he's been taking over since you left Wilderness Landing okay where is the that located do you do you know the street uh it's right off of uh Norman Riley out in Lake Baker okay if you look up Wilderness Landing Park it's a free camping okay she famous okay um so I I noticed that you have injuries on your face you have you know a black eye your cheek is swollen um how did you get those injuries the black eye was a couple days ago my bust flip was last night and my cheek was today okay was that while you guys were in the vehicle no it was at my my cheek was right then and there at the corner when one of the neighbors literally ripped him out of the car because he was hitting me inside the vehicle I locked myself in the car he got out and he started stabbing my tires and he started destroying my windshields and trying to get in trying to unlock the door he finally unlocks the door and he hops in and starts punching me he pulls the E bra on I can't put it down um so you said he did that to your windshield did you have um air here he destroyed that last night and my tail light he did your tail light last night or today last night okay um so your lip it looks like it's bleeding is that from when he was punching you in the vehicle that was last night before before they called C okay um so your swollen cheek is from today okay okay um the victim also exposed the manipulation tactics that the suspect was using while inflicting pain on her oh then that might he could cut himself when he was uh he was threatening to stab himself in the chest the whole way okay and that was from the fight he's extremely he kept telling me over and over we've been on and off for almost 3 years okay um he his biggest threat is he's going to kill himself if I leave and we've broken up before and we got back together after a month okay I was really just trying to go back home I kept telling him let me just take take my thing and just leave where's home okay um and when were you guys sto down there is that how the he pulled the E bra and probably almost popped the back tires because every every tire is pretty much bald because he just dogs my car he wouldn't let me driving wouldn't let me do anything I couldn't leave did you see what he was stabbing the tires with kitchen knife a kitchen knife okay was that already in the vehicle does he normally carry a knife on him yeah okay um and you saw him stabbing the tires okay um and then how did you get to here so we were I got it yeah I got it we were over by Cas High School um and we had gotten cops called at the Wilderness Landing okay we were trying to figure out where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do and I said well why why don't you let me drive you haven't slept you know why don't you close your eyes for a little bit I've slept a couple hours cuz we've literally been driving around all night he just had court he already had a cave with you okay um what happened last night when the deputies were calls uh we drove off I never spoke to them okay so you left before they got there um yesterday was a court case for for us the victim yeah in uh chrisv okay are you guys um living together at the tent site we were but not anymore we packed everything okay the officers also talked to the neighbor who called them to verify what he actually saw this is the gentleman that seen it first kind of intervene he car the car pulled up right at the corner right there and I saw him kind of get he was using his elbows and hands to kind of beat on the windshield I think he shattered it with his elbow okay and then she let him in the car and then at that point I was already kind of getting out and I saw her or saw him hit her and her head kind of went into the to the driver side window and that's night okay so she was in the driver's seat at the time that she was hit um do you remember was it like a close fist like a punch or slap it had to be a close fist her head recoil but I didn't see it okay so you saw the motion of him like swinging at her several times several time I just saw the one hit that that got her pretty solid at that point okay do you remember um was the door open or closed at that point the the passenger door was like crack open okay um and then was he standing outside of the vehicle do you remember or was he inside like on top of her okay okay um and then did you already provide your information okay um let me grab a form real quick and do you mind just giving me a quick um okay perfect the officers moved the victim to an ambulance where they proceeded to ask more questions I'm just going to ask you a couple questions okay do you remember about how many times he hit you in the face he's hit me so much in the head I can't remember anything okay I feel like I concussion but I don't know okay do you remember if you lost Consciousness I did this morning um when he busted my lip when we left the campsite he was upset because I started yelling at him he was getting mad and frustrated because I wasn't helping him pack I was worried about the animals and trying to keep them in the car and he kept screaming at me and yelling at me and then he started destroying my car and he broke my driver side miror give me 1 minute please he broke my driver's side mirror um he broke my my mirror up top and side I saw it on the ground that was in at the campsite okay was when we were leaving we're finishing packing up um and he got so upset that he just started punching me and I just I was screaming about everything she like the cops don't want to interrupt but getting hit like that you need to go to the hospital your mom's coming she can get the dogs for the test she's not going to take my car she's not going to take my animals I mean if we explain the situation I don't want to go to the hospital I mean your your car's not going anywhere it's not going to it's not drivable so either you're going to go home with your mom you know it's going to have to stay here you can get it towed to your mom's house but right now I mean there's no reason to not go I mean especially with you getting hit they can document it oh thank you officers told the victim that she would be taken to the hospital but they were surprised by her response don't go and then you end up dying you know people like I said people you know you got the adrenaline going right now you got hit you know there's a lot more that could be going on so and like I said they they can document all this bruising all all this stuff and you can't see what's going on inside yeah I mean they need they probably need to scan your head and make sure okay you can have internal injuries that you can't see or feel can I wait until my mom gets here how where is she coming from okay should be too long that's up to them after getting the victim side of the story it was now time to get the suspect story but as expected never take blame for their actions it was always about how their victims agit Ed them so what happened between you and your girlfriend today um so we both fit on and she becomes very and was antagonizing okay and we just had an uh this happened before and um we uh gotten a verbal altercation and she started tackling me and hitting me and so th I threw something at her and then no no no I thought there styrofoam freaking plates at I took a roll the Styrofoam plates cuz she the crap by me like slammed be on my hip and I got back up and I hit her with a bag of Styrofoam plates that should be in the back of the car still okay and um sorry that's okay take your time I'm trying to think it was a really eventful night um so then after after that she started thrwing like she swung a I think it was a 2x4 and then a a broom pole at me and I dodged the broom pole and uh and that's how that damage to the mirror happened on the car I uh and this was all last night last night but I so what happened today no I've not done it okay and then she made me run from the cops last night she me turn off the lights and run okay why is this zapping me or is this I'm almost sit okay okay keep going and um so we we we got we got to like Alabama for some reason cuz I was driving in the dark and I can't see well cuz I have a bad eyesight and like halfway one eye and a stigmatism also okay I'm choking up sorry I got that's okay and um so we had to turn all the way from Alabama and on the way back from there is when we started arguing again and she bit me this really show anymore oh she bit me physical alter altercation and I'm afraid to even say this part because last time we talked about it the first battery charges that got dropped she attacks me first she's a very uh offensive uh woman okay I'm usually on the defense gotcha string bean I can't do much um um what was it so we we pulled over and we talked about it and we promised we never hit each other again and then we were on the way here and I just didn't want to go near people I wanted to spend all day with her today I grew up watching my stepdad my mom and I think of him as a monster and I can't live with myself like that and I told her I'd like to spend my day with you than by myself she was going to leave me here as soon as I did it I started realizing what I did cuz I black I black out whenever I get like that CU I didn't take my medicine day I have anxiety and I it's almost something depression medicine and I didn't take any of this today we ain't eating today so we were both probably hangry and she wouldn't let me in the car and I freaked out and as soon as I freaked out I was being ripped off by um sometime later the suspect's mother arrived on the scene so this is um just some resources in case you need it okay um instructions on how to take out an injunction if you need it however the judge could issue a no contact culation UM however if you need further protection um also some shelters as well some resources a counseling services um okay is um can we do we need to take um pictures so I already took pictures of her vehicle um and her injuries okay um so so technically speaking um are you comfortable with me talking in front of your mom okay I just want make sure before um I know there was an incident that happened in Okaloosa last night into this morning um technically speaking you can file charges there for what happened um so he would have the domestic in Okaloosa and then he would has domestic in Okaloosa okay having another another what I'm going to do this is going to mark it for him I'm literally yesterday was I'm sorry to interrupt um do you know the outcome of that yesterday the charges were dropped okay he told me he was going to change and I believed him okay so that was requested by you okay because he manipulated me okay and then we got into an argument last night that's why my graide uh mirrors broke he shattered it he shattered my back tail light um punched it that's why his hands bleeding um I did have one more question that just reminded me um during the incident that happened in the vehicle here did were you able to defend him off in any way did you um do any strikes any defensive anything that you can remember I tried shoving him off and my I can't I'm very tiny every I don't have any muscle in my bones the only thing I can do is bite um while he was on top of you um striking you do you remember biting him or trying to get him off you uh he reached over and was trying to get my foot off the brake to have me drive off instead of turning and my foot was staying on the brake he kept trying to hit the gas uh and turn the wheel and try to get me off he was trying to push me out of the car so I bit his shoulder and that's when he punched me in the face and that was after he already sliced your tire was smashing the windshield okay okay that was right when the neighbor came out and literally reached in and yanked the suspect was taken to the hospital and after he was cleared he was charged with resisting arrest and property damage his girlfriend also filed an injunction which he violated in just a few days this resulted in a warrant for his arrest and he was detained a month later moving on to a woman who was rescued from her crazy boyfriend who tried to hit her and then acted like he didn't know why he was getting arrested accusing me of I don't know what talking to someone else so he started putting his hand ball in my face like that because he was already telling me if you um call any of your family to come help you or anything it's like going to be bad or whatevers in my face and like shoving my face yelling could you do this [ __ ] we are just good on August the 20th 2022 officers answered a call signing a domestic disturbance when they arrived the victim said her boyfriend had argued with her and tried to hit her so her mother called the police by the cops already here by did you see a Escalade no cuz he just call me asking if I called the cops on on who on my boyfriend that was here were you here yeah so what happened he was uh accusing me of I don't know what talking to someone else so he started putting his hand ball in my face like that telling me admit it admit it and I he woke up both the babies I barely put them back to sleep how many babies do you guys have I have a seven-year-old he's on this side of the house but the other two are in the room with me okay but he just called me right now asking after I called the cop that's why I was like are you guys following him but I think I just saw him go back that way you go that way I didn't see an escalated saw a van I think parked on the side of the street so what happened he was just accusing you of you talking to somebody else yeah just because um whenever we broke up like 2 years ago oh this is from 2 years ago yeah so he left as soon as they called or you called no I called my mom to call because I didn't want him to cuz he was already telling me if you um call any of your family to come help you or anything he's like that it's like going to be bad or whatever so I told as soon as he I don't know where he went right now but he said uh he didn't tell me where he was going either I don't but I called my mom right away to call and then um just like a few minutes ago yeah like literally 5 minutes after a while the said boyfriend arrived on the scene and spoke to the officer but things took a turn for the worse yeah sir can I talk to you real quick yeah what's going on um so we got a call said you and your girl were having issues what's going on no no that's why I'm here arrest no no no no I'm just investigating a domes a possible domestic okay I I'd rather not talk to you sir okay well you're going to have to talk to me or you going to have
