My mother dragged me out. I wanted to take my children with me. She didn't want to let me take my children. And I'm pregnant by the way and she was kicking me in my stomach. I don't like TAKING CARE OF HER CHILDREN. SHE'S PREGNANT. AND I AM TOO. On March 18th, 2025, officers responded to a hotel following a report of a pregnant woman claiming her mother became physical during an argument and tried to take her young family members. A lot of anger built up so I think that just it just exploded. We just started arguing and then just led up to the fight. And then she told me to leave. I told her I wasn't going to leave. And I told her I wasn't going to. I wanted to take my children with me. She didn't want to let me take my children. She dragged me out the room. How she could drag you out of the room? Like dragged me out the room. I had a shirt under this but it was for it. Oh, I had to take the shirt off. >> you by your arm? She grabbed you by your hair? She grabbed me by my shirt. The mom's pointing her finger yelling at her. And now she's just pacing back and Yeah, this is when she got my attention. >> got dragged out of the room. Okay. There's something going on. Oh look, here she is with the kid. That Here's kid two three. So, she tries to go back inside. They're probably saying you're not taking the kids. >> Yeah. If somebody dragged me down the hallway, I'd be screaming bloody murder. No one dragged her at part of it up to this point. So, when did the the dragging happen cuz I just watched the camera footage and none of that was on the camera. It was in the room. It was in the room? Okay. Cuz you told me that it was like when you guys were coming out when we were down there. You said it was like right where I was standing in like the doorway and the camera would have seen where it was. >> me to the door. But she didn't She still didn't give me none of my stuff. She didn't just leave me. Mhm. And I told her no, leave my kids with me and I'm trying to get my phone and stuff so we can just go. Okay. Did all the kids walk right out the door with them or did they walk out in the hallway at all or anything like that or Yeah, the kids and she were leaving out like me and her was tussling back and forth with one of my daughters cuz I was telling her no like don't take her. What was that daughter wearing? A pink jacket. Okay. And where did that daughter go when y'all were kind of going back and forth? She took her. She doesn't have the children. Never ever. I'm the one that take care of the children. So, this is my and this is for me and the children. I was like Nana, why is the room a complete mess? I'm like Nana, why is the room a complete mess? Did you feed the children? Oh, I said it's all noodles. They got noodles and stuff all everywhere. I'm like okay now, she's grown. She's about to be 21 years old. I said Nana, okay now, you got to go. I've been at work all day. You haven't been doing anything. Babies need diapers. Like what's going on? She ended up starting to pack her stuff. Then next thing you know, I don't know. I'm not going anywhere. I'm not going anywhere. And then it just blew up from there. She's yelling, screaming, going ham. So, my priority is to get the children out of the room, into the car, away from her. She painted a picture that you physically dragged her out of the room and that you basically took the kids without her permission. And >> on camera that I dragged her. No, it's not. So, she doesn't I don't I don't think she realized and I'm I'm going to talk to her in a minute. Does she know? There's cameras and that narrative Right. I'm the one that's taking CARE OF HER CHILDREN. YEAH, SHE CAN GO TO jail for that. I don't know if that's what I'm taking CARE OF HER CHILDREN. IF I HAVE TO MAKE A PHONE SHE'S TELLING THESE FOLKS I DRAGGED her out of the room. It's all her children. And I've been taking CARE OF THESE CHILDREN FOR YEARS. SHE DOESN'T NEED TO have the kids. SHE'S ALLEGING >> SHE'S PREGNANT? SHE'S a We don't know. We don't know. She's alleging that she's pregnant. We've no idea. her children. She has no reason to be pregnant. >> We have no idea. She might be lying about that, too. We don't know. She's alleging She told us she's She thinks she's 3 months, but she said she thinks. So who knows if that's even true. So just so you know, there is video that will likely corroborate your story. Okay? She's going to go to jail in a few minutes for false report of a crime. If and when This is This is all because she was asking her to leave cuz we Me and her been at work all day. She doesn't work. So she's watching her kids at the house as she should cuz they're her kids in the hotel. Right. So we come back. The place is a mess. All she wanted to do ask her is like, why is the place a mess? And when you say a mess like clothes Just Just say that it's not I don't She said she's been here all day. So why are you not awake tending to your kids? Why you just letting them run through the room and just have the room a mess? If we're providing the place for your kids to stay and for you, you're 20 years old. We don't have to be responsible for you. But kids, yes, that's mandatory. Was there food left for the kids? I just brought them some food. She just brought the food in. But So they didn't have any food before for the day? >> I had noodles and then we get breakfast here. Right. >> Okay. He's at work for money cuz I know there's money in the bed, too. No, that's fake money. Let's get to another story on that. You know where that fake money came from? Okay. So I'm already angry. The room is a mess. My fiance is bringing your children food. I left noodles and then they had the breakfast food. You're 20 years old. Find them something to eat. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> your sleep. So she was not watching the kids at all. No. Okay. I hate to say it, but she don't watch the kids. I have the kids. So but when she was left with the kids, the kids more than likely were left to their own devices. Yes. Probably going to also charge her with cruelty to children. However, what comes with that, just so y'all know, again, y'all have done nothing wrong and I hate that y'all are in this position. Y'all seem like good, hard-working folks, but she's made a series of bad choices in life, it seems like, which we're all entitled to. No judgment here, right? Uh y'all make bad choices, but she's turning on her family. She is mind-boggling and fascinating with her children. So what comes with that charge, just because kids were involved in the incident, where we have to just notify DFACS of the incident. They'll probably want to interview y'all and the kids will probably be on paper. I know you're already doing it, right? You're already looking after and raising them, but on paper it will probably be more official that y'all are the kids' guardians. That's what we're going to recommend in the report, that the kids that y'all be be solely in charge of the kids. You guys are the ones that actually are taking care of them. You You're already doing it. So you're already doing it. But she has three kids and So they might have We feel better with you guys taking care of them. That's an enormous responsibility. That's an enormous And we already got kids of our own. Y'all are doing the job already. I hate to add it to you, but what I don't want, and again, it's not my family, but what I wouldn't want is to break up siblings and things like that. You know what I mean? I don't want to do that. The only thing I was concerned about, if and what Not if, when we are arrested and taken into custody, how does that affect you financially, if at all? Are you going to have to bond her out or or WITH THE FAKE MONEY? Say what? No, I mean you don't have to bond her out. You do not She can sit there as long as she wants to. But what I didn't want to happen cuz what happens in these situations is we arrest folks, right? And then the family bears the burden of then having to >> having to pay to bond her out. And so I didn't want to incur that that cost y'all. If it's me, She's 20 She's about to be 21 years old. This is the last time. She's a grown adult. She can sit there. Y'all don't have There's nothing that says y'all need to. We already going through enough right now. You see the hotel. So as obviously we don't have a stable for sure. Y'all trying Y'all trying to make it work. So we We're not trying to make y'all's lives harder in any way at all. >> So I'm I'm very grateful that I reached y'all. So we we did a essentially a skip trace cuz the number on the paperwork was wrong for here. They had the wrong number. So I didn't have a contact number for y'all. We can't find her phone. We went in the room to find her phone. We can't find the phone to call you cuz she was alleging that you basically kidnapped the kids. She never She never had the kids. But her story wasn't jiving, so I asked some questions and it didn't seem, you know, she wasn't running around like my partner here said, like she wasn't running around like frantic like No. It didn't seem like kidnapped the kids. She was not. So when we did a research started investigating, right? And I saw the video. Thankfully there's video right above that room she said she got dragged out of and I'm like, well, that didn't happen. So what else did happen? So then we asked some more questions and our investigations led us to where we are, right? We figured out the truth, right? I'm really glad What unfortunately happened is, right? People don't want to talk She made it seem like y'all left to get away from us because y'all had this physical altercation. When I watched the video, it looked like y'all Remove the children. Yeah. That's understandable. She didn't want to leave. Oh. We wanted her to leave. We wasn't trying to avoid anything. Yeah. >> So I don't This is just a whole bunch of nothing. You can come stay with me in whatchamacallit at the hotel." I said, "Okay, that's fine." I didn't really want it to be with her to stay in the hotel.
