on Sunday March 10th 2024 officers were dispatched to JC Penney for a retail theft in progress while on Route officers were advised a black male in black sweatpants and a black hoodie later identified as chis Tolbert exited JC Penny and was seen by the malls food court where he ran from JC Penney loss prevention and was last seen running into sushi bar restaurant here's how it unfolded hands right stand up follow my orders right now call saying they're they're getting calls from employees un saying someone is in the restaurant understand okay I'm asking where being detained don't have nothing so we find further information just give us a just hang time shter Lincoln 6 where's our original complainant can you come out here to R all right listen man so what's going on is there's an into our station right you'll have a booking questions you'll get fingerprint photographed and then he'll type up the charges which should take no more than like 10 minutes to present it to you you will be on your way during that time you can make your phone calls if you sound Square yeah that's cool just one thing uh you can't text and you have to use the phone on the wall but if there's a
