On October 11th, 2025, police officers responded to an intersection regarding a vehicle that had remained parked in the roadway for an unusual amount of time. Upon approaching, officers discovered an impaired driver who accidentally activated her windshield wipers while attempting to open her window alongside an extremely intoxicated passenger.
