On July 21st, 2023, officers responded after a woman acted aggressively toward a young family member at a medical office. I'm the one that called 911. Okay, give me a second. Who called? Just pull the door. Hey little man. How you doing? How you doing? I'm watching you. I'm Sticky, office manager. But I was on the phone and not involved, so Okay. Come on, we're going to go go over it again. So, the girl that's out there on the phone, I don't know if she's sitting in this car or not. But, grandma was told that she has her kids of her own that was sitting out in the lobby. Mhm. Grandma told her to go get her mom cuz she's on the phone and tell her to get y'all, which was the three little ones. Okay. The girl, she's 10 or 11. I can't I don't know exactly how old she is. She went to go tell her mama. Her mama said no and turned around and walked back this away. So, I went into the room and told the grandma. I said, "Hey, she said no that she wasn't coming to get them." So, then when the daughter found out that something was said something was said to grandma, Mhm. she come over and she slapped her in the face and then punched her in the ribs. The The little girl? Yes, the little girl. >> Anybody else besides you see this? Yes, all five of us that works up front saw it. We also have cameras. And there's also two patients that was sitting in the waiting room that also saw and heard everything. What about any of the children up front? I don't think so. You don't think so? I don't think so. Okay. But, the two the little guy that's with them, there's a little boy that's with them, too. He saw it cuz he was standing right out there. Okay. She turned around and walked away or she put them in the car, all three of the kids, in the car, turned it on, and then turned around and walked away here. I came and told Dr. Sensei what happened. Said call 911. And so, I went in there and I told grandma, I said, "Look, I had to call 911 because she slapped the child and punched child in the ribs." Okay. And so, she went out there and told the daughter. She said, "I They called 911 on you." And she said, "I didn't punch her." But, she punched her. I heard it sitting at my desk. >> You heard it? Go up front, make contact with mom, get her side of it, whatever, and then clear it all up. >> Who is mom cuz there's a lot of females up there? I can show you. Yeah, she is. I'll show you what she looks like. I will. Said she was on the phone arguing with the husband. She said daughter came out, told her that grandma wanted her to get the kids. Mhm. So, she told the daughter, "Hey, come outside, you know, get in the car, whatever." Daughter ran back in, told the grandma. Grandma came out saying, "Why you said she can't come out?" Blah, blah, blah. She went and tried to pop her on the hand. Yeah. Said she tried to pop her. Yeah. We We will see you in a second. You said grandma is still here? She was. I don't know if they both left yet. No. No, I haven't seen them because you haven't been here, so Okay. And then the child that was here in the room or She's outside in the car with a green shirt on. Was she still sitting out there? I didn't see nobody in a green shirt. I seen a pink shirt. You didn't see the little girl in the green shirt? I might have, but It's a It's a little gray car out there that she just got out of. I know. I really hope that they didn't change that little girl's shirt like that. Okay, what's going on here? Well, me and my husband was frustrated and I don't know why. She said I punched her and I and I can't deny it. I don't know if I did or not. Like I said, I pushed her and I was on the phone fussing at my damn husband and then my mama come out here. Well, my baby told me what happened. My baby told me my mama said they need to come outside with me. She had to go in the back with the kids with Ashley. And I'm on the phone fussing, so I'm like, "Hey, you know, just come on outside. You ain't got to ask me that." You know what I'm saying? So, she goes back in and all I know is my mama come back out fussing like, "Why you saying I'm lying?" I'm like, "What are you talking about? I did not tell her no. I said I didn't tell her no, mama. I said I told her to come out here." So, my mama fussing at me and I'm on the phone fuss getting fussed at and fussing with my husband. And I'm like, "Come out here and watch." And I and I'm not lying, I was frustrated with her, so I kind of grabbed her arm. And I'm like, "Why would you even lie like that? Like, why would you lie to my mama like that?" You know what I'm saying? And I'm I probably did punch, you know, do that and I shouldn't I didn't know You know, I'm just being honest. I didn't mean it or anything. I just really was frustrated and I took my anger out on her for lying. That's just That's That's That's the truth. I I ain't going to lie. I ain't going to lie on it. She comes back in and that's when I was told that grandma said I was told by grandma that mama said she wasn't and then she turned and walked away. Cuz I can see it through the blinds. Now she's going to tell her. Babe. Sir. You know you got caught on camera hitting that child in real. Yeah? Yeah? You know I can't I can't I can't do nothing about that part right there, babe. This is what's going to happen. I am not going to do all this in front of your children right now. We all going to have to take care of this right now, but where your grandma Where your grandma at? Stand by with her, okay? Yeah, go ahead and call her. Tell her to step outside. Where you going? Right here by your car. Come on. I'm not going to run anywhere. I know you ain't. We going to stand right here, but then yeah. Get baby girl and put her in the back seat with you. She don't need to be up front near the near the steering wheel. Get in the back seat, babe. You got to sit there for a while. I ain't going to hit you. No, you ain't, but now she done hurt you and we done We done We got on camera. I'm sorry. She hit in the ribs. So, what what I got to do? Right now, you going to You going to take responsibility for the kids? Oh, I'm I'm going to drop her off at her other grandma's and have her take those other kids. >> yeah, I need to get all their names, okay? Okay. I need to get all their names. What I saw I didn't see I saw the oldest daughter was standing kind of like right outside the door. The grandmother had hollered at the mom cuz she needed to go back in the back with the son. Mhm. Or grandson, I guess. And the mom and the kids were just kind of running around and the mom walked off. So, the grandma hollered for her to come back. And I guess she got mad at the the oldest daughter thought she told on her or something. We're not exactly sure. And so, when she came back around, she like kind of hit her in the face and then she the the oldest daughter put her arms up and that's when she clocked her in the ribs. And I mean, we a couple of us were talking about we heard the the the impact in [snorts] here. >> Yeah. Okay. I appreciate that. Um when the grandma was taking the little boy back, she told the little girl to go out there and tell the mama to come in. And the mama just was like, "No, I'm not coming in." So, the little girl told her to come back in to tell the grandma. And the mama got mad and came up. And she went to go And then when she punched her she punched her in the side. I heard it.
