and I see the damn doors open and this kid comes rolling out of it how did he you tell me that was he buckled in I'm sleeping parenting is tough and not everyone is ready for the challenge but what happens when it's the kids who end up suffering for their parents' poor decisions and actions they call their cops on their dad oh stop stop no no don't let them change the you're a woman no no no no I'm sorry and you [Applause] too here are several reasons why some parents shouldn't have had kids at all starting with this woman who passed down on the bathroom floor and made her kids hand her over to the police oh you okay it is ridiculous you're kids unattended while you're over here getting your little high fit can you not yell at me I'm just asking so don't don't give me attitude are you serious 100% serious this is not okay on the 17th of March 2023 officers received a call from a kid reporting that his mother was not responding to the door for several hours the police rushed over to the house thinking something might have happened to the mom but little did they know that the case was the total opposite to what they had in mind you okay ma'aming she's responsive after I kick the door in h Police Department fire can you need to move drawers in the way you got better tools than I do madad that I was yeah some contest let's break the door huh is that her right there yeah yeah that's her yeah she's getting smashed cut her leg or something anybody uh anything smash real quick nothing here that's heavy enough to do that hey You' been drinking or you been doing you have pin foil there Brown all over your nose and wrist hey how about we be some honest here since we got kiddos that called us and you're over here passed [Music] out it is ridiculous you're leaving kids unattended while you're over here getting your little high fix that that is ridiculous so let's work with them and try to help some things out you got any ID man' what identification that's why I do okay this is ridiculous it is sure is nothing to do with me and my actually does they're the one that called 911 who called 911 the kids that were here they're outside right now crying cuz they the police the actual policeman he apparently did and the lady that is over these apartments which is my best friend's mother-in-law um it's a judge and we explained all this to her like she was here they had all this done okay but let's let's focus let's focus please again can you shut that door I the neighbors has been nothing besides crazy since because and that was because the people that owned here apparently it was a big old house where I got here and I was not aware of that I'm just trying to figure out why there's aluminum foil in the bathroom and I was just in the bathroom and apparently that's where he done that right up in that shelf so or not the Shelf the ceiling like I literally just took my medicine and was getting ready to take a shower and get my kids how did he do it in there and how were you not able to leave the bathroom sir I just got here we was starting to clean everything to get out the next thing I know I was I took my medicine next thing I know EXA do you not hear what I'm telling how how did he just leave you pass down in the bathroom sir he was not here the cops just picked him up the cops just got him within him not function or not functioning with them or anything I literally opened the door took it's a j name on there so when was he taken away today uh around one 2:00 we we got here like maybe 20 minutes ago and whenever we got here you were are you not hearing what I said I I just took my medicine went to the bathroom to pee my it was got take it three times a day apparently that's where he had his medicine boiled up in that with a foil a uh bag or whatever I was literally on the pot sitting there within the time and then the next thing I know I was in the floor and this has happen so I mean I I can't tell you exactly um I was not willingly taking no medicine she kept making up stories and giving answers to questions that weren't even asked also convinc the cops she had been against her will she was fooling them and her story became even more ridiculous I got back uh the door was locked I was getting ready to take a shower the next thing I know I woke up to this so what like someone called my kids called what like we was getting ready to take a shower I was getting them ready we doing homework and we was going to just grab something from the Mexican restaurant at the mall right through here in b or whatever well according to the notes that I saw when we got this batch here and from what I've gathered from us being here you weren't able to let yourself out of the bathroom in fact you were slumped up in the bathroom and you weren't able to open the door and then the kids got upset and called 911 cuz they were concerned about you even Clos my suspicious activity is it that strong whatever he had in that bottle like them all CED up in mine for it to just be on my medicine and me take it and be whatever it happened is it that strong to do like I I don't know exactly what was in the bottle besides of what I heard y say shouldn't make a pass out not my medicine I'm saying the stuff is powder stuff that was on my medicine in the bottle what the powder was they said it was that's what he was on both you want to be breathing right now this will be a whole different situation that's what he did so it was powder for he done it got it right down here from the people about down below with their s so why the guy that was here this morning went to jail because he has been doing um Dent or boxes whatever it is from the neighbors downstairs um so it was not willingly me taking this medicine it was in my medicine bottle and his was a powder form that was on my medicine I guess so no longer than me coming in taking my medicine and going to the bathroom getting ready to take a shower um apparently I was passed out all righty we got to do one more step since you w through to the hospital talk to our medical director can you talk to him real quick yes that perfect all right thank you plus her next talk with the cops made it crystal clear that she was more concerned about covering her tracks than facing the reality of her field her kids's welfare didn't even seem to cross her mind so how long have you lived here again what did you say a couple months no I just moved we got here in August in August yes and everything was fine um with the with the path of that um my now exboyfriend was working at this liquor store up here um and so it was the big old deal of the neighbors or the people that owns here is my they lived here in the past and she went to DRP she's been to prison all that my dad passed away I went out the 13e marriage so anyways I work night 24hour shift and apparently in the process of being me working and him working these hours up here he was messing with these people down here that literally still um and the girls pregnant too and anyways all this was happening when I was at work come to find out I found out everything that happened and started kicking him out with the clocks when he was turned in um they knocked in the door this morning I let him so he's in jail now right as of today yes and it's not for something he did I guess they have a hold on him he has um 10 business days to let Oklahoma City or not Oklahoma City SEO County come and get him from Oklahoma City he had it all like in this bottle in uh aluminum pool he had it all like in my medicine to apparently I guess to hide white is I'm literally clueless when it comes to Medicine I don't know until I started the people that did live here they said if we find any or whatever um it is from them and they said they had it h in that walk right there is that that's where you had it no they said that's where they always their drugs right there you see that thing that comes up yeah so anyways um it was all and all that happened and I guess that's where he was on it to so when I figured out all this stuff I I would not allow this around my children and um was in the process of kicking him out and then he kind of flipped and was like almost to the process of like um I wouldn't say uh hold it like he would let me go as long as he was with thing but that makes any sense at all like I would rather I'd be able to go through my day as long as he was there yeah so anyways after I get the kids Lally went to get something he took the $10 in gas and came back here take my medicine and I was still playle um he had Liv full the hot and used that drawer right there the far drawer over here yes his drawer is what he used what's his name again Michael M like he's never been in trouble up here anything until this happened and the people downstairs Daniel and Lacy I don't know Daniel's last name but I do know he hates me because he offered him F on more than once more and cuz we had a dog which is my mom's now but every time we go walk the dog he was out there on working on his uh I don't even know it's a silver SUV type thing I can't tell you but he would be up there till like 3:00 in the morning and um every time that he would be in contact with Mikey it was over it was over the F Mall until finally I C them and that's why he's out but he was using my medicine bottles to put his stuff in gone completely which is not a big deal to me like I don't take them every day it was literally as needed and it was usually like if I needed it was the time to be like when I came home to go to sleep and it wasn't everyday Ed this all happened like I came home took my medicine was getting ready to take a shower and packing you see the boxes packing his stuff and then I guess just happened in that process time scary it is scary that I literally walked in there and then I woke up and yall was here so that's how that I guess that's how strong is it was obvious she was trying to lie her way out of the mess that she created and it didn't seem like she was going to quit you feel faint again please please please I cannot stretch this up hold us back because if you pass out in there again and for whatever reason I'm not interested in okay I'm solely here for your health and wellbeing okay if anything changes you start to feel faint or feel more sick or you're going to pass out I need you to call 91 right away okay yes sorry that F and that is me I don't know what should I not take throw my medicine away I'm supposed to take it three times a day no I would only take only take your medicine as is recommended by your doctor don't take any less or don't take any more that's fine if you're taking the medicine that's recommended by your doctor I'm saying it's that powder St was in there like I don't know how much got out of what he had whatever so like that's what I'm saying I don't know like as soon as I took that apparently always in there um I don't know what it was powdered for so I don't know what's on the bottle and what's not or you know the fs or she thrown way I mean I don't know but I'm so my medic if it's if it's a prescribed medicine and it hasn't been tampered with I would throw it way I would continue taking it as your prescrib it was that's what he used to put like that's exactly what I took yeah if that's prescribed to you and you're taking it like you should continue with his powder in there though is what I'm saying well I don't know what that powder is so I would probably get away from the powder right i' probably put them into a different container but what I'm saying it was already all over the fills like and I don't know I would I would say follow up with your doctor I can't identify what that is I would give your do you you have a primary care doctor right you prescrib that to you I would give them a call as soon as possible explain what happened and follow their recommendations cuz I'm not a doctor they'll be able to recommend you more professional advice than I will okay please do follow up with your doctor as soon as possible okay as far as the having the powder on them I can't say for sure whether to continue or not taking them I can't give you advice on that because I don't know what the powder is at this point the cops got SE ious as they had had enough of her side explanation and made their final move we're standing up okay I mean what am I going to do what is going on like as far as can yall explain to me what I'm getting like am I going to jail or for what cuz I took my medicine and it a man was horrified as he witnessed a three-year-old child being tossed out of a moving car shockingly the car didn't stop or turn back the occupants just sped off without a second thought the man quickly picked up the child and called the 911 upon arrival the cops couldn't believe what they were seeing what happened coming so quick I've never seen anything like that there Sil car best I can buck in I was sleeping where was your son at I was sleeping he was on this side who was driving my brother he said he he he said he heard the door open but he didn't he didn't think like you want to come get him out of this man's car is he okay he's he got a little cut on his finger he's okay when did y'all realize he wasn't in the car right now like right now we got him to the expressway and my daughter was like where poy what you why you it's not don't don't yell at him he's I know you want to pick him up he's scared and his hand hurts okay everything was already a mess now was time to talk to the driver as I did even more problems came to line and it seemed like there was no end in sight do you have your your ID you don't have anything have you'all been smoking yeah I been smoking one kids I mean I just got this car I used to have a big van but so just saying if I if I just get this car I a 6 K back seat I'm going to make sure there's four seat belts I have six kids what do you I I know but I understand this what I was I didn't think that my son would ever do something like that I know but under state law every child needs to be in the seat Bel at least I know C lock on now belts how does everyone have a seat belt on I think that they did so my question is is if there's three seat bels and there's four kids how do you get three seat belts on four kids it it's impossible and obviously the kid that didn't have on is the one that flew out the car and hit the road right he said there was probably a joint left right there Nam the cops continued still new issues kept emerging and it felt like there was no resolution go back to the beginning of what happened so where were you guys coming from coming from Miami Florida I was coming to South Carolina for him to see his dad and I was sleeping in the car what woke me up was when my daughter said where is um Chris juice they thought that he got out of the gas station and went into the bathroom without us without my brother knowing him but that's not what happened he didn't even notice that my son fell out the car right here like I didn't even know like and then that's when I went crazy and I and we was like right there on the eway so we had to hurry up and turn around to get off and come back to the same gas station that he said he my brother said he was ass all right and the I found in the glove box the bars yeah those are my anxiety okay are those you have a prescription I don't have it in my um bottle no I don't have my prescription you have a prescription for in particular um they give me um some type of like that's for like that has that doctor prescribeds to you that's what we're asking um we we can check that we can go on the record we check to see so he hasn't prescribed you any they prescrib me with that are like in the family in family but he hasn't prescribed you those those books where' you get those anxiety feeling I mean anxiety problem where did you get those from my friend gave them to me your friend gave you those yeah like my anxieties that I have does your friend have a prescription for the is it his is it his prescription probably probably have a prescription of okay I've been trying to go to the doctor the the secondary concern that I have is when you guys left Miami okay you got four four children in the back seat um their ages are on the back seat right now is it 5 or 9 5 four and three that's that's our agents in the back seat that's that's the concern that I have the secondary concern is um who is the male that was driving the car my little brother were you awake when your brother was smoking in the car no no you weren't awake when he was sleeping you were sleeping when he was smoking did you know that he had on him I'm not no I wasn't aware that he had one on so now he is driving under the influence of with four juveniles one of them obviously not in the seat I can't I can't say that they all weren't in seat belts I know that when we came up to the car they weren't in their seat bels but um two of them were supposed to be in car seats which one said I thought you said Oreo supposed to be in a car seat so anybody under the age of five needs to be in a car seat under five and under five and under has to be in the car seat so then that basically that means I can't drive my car at all because I have six kids yes this would not be a vehicle that would be suitable for you to drive I know that I just car for now to get around you would have to have a vehicle that with seat set St Mouse yeah I know I always used to have Vans and stuff like b car my I lost my car and this the only option that I had to have a car for now I understand so like I said there's other options that you as a mom have to take for the safety of your children a better option would be finding somebody to watch your juveniles so that you can fit up there that would be stuff that I would expect a parent to do younger brother does he have a license he never had a license for did you know we didn't have a license um I think yeah yeah we didn't I don't think yeah we didn't have a license you're putting your children on the back of the car who don't have seat belts on a non-licensed driver listen I love all of my kids I understand what you're saying this isn't the question if you love your kids or not okay I know what happened was a mistake I understand I don't know what you want me to do there's there's a lot I want you to do as a mom to for the safety I buyy I can I can go buy it the woman desperately kept trying to find excuses but it was not going to get her out of this situation at this time we're going to detain you all right over here no do do this walk with us walk to the back just walk walk walk to that car I don't want do in front of your kids can you go ahead and put your hands on your back and I was sleeping cuz there's many things going on here many things not just one many things that put these kids lives in danger today not just one thing between too many kids in without seat bels without this the car seat no one realized that kid fell out in the car there's a lot of things going on right now okay please we'll discuss that later with me we'll come talk about it in one second okay I said with these rights in mind are you willing to talk to me no you don't want to talk to us going to do um right now we're it's still an investigation so we're still doing an investigation into it okay all right if you were to go to jail today your charges would be driving with no driver's license okay um I don't know how many suspension you've had possibly driving under the influence and also child for having in the vehicle with the children on there and then also failure to for due cause to make sure those children since show the driver you're responsible to make sure that they're in car seats and they're in seat belts and you basically drove off and let one fall out of the car so you'd be you'd be charged with child I'm going to do like I said we we're still doing an investigation that's why we wanted to talk to you yeah so we just got to see if this tag comes back to this car you guys are doing okay in there got your puppy all right Des I have few more questions for you okay do you have like a NEX of kin so to speak for that you'd want contact for your kids someone that you'd want contacted for them what uh just for DCF because DCF has to be notified because your child F out of the car the father is the father local or is that the one that's in South South Carolina the one in South Carolina this point your brother's being placed under arrest for driving with spend driver's license and a child we're also being placed under arrest for child that okay the two of you had every reason or right to either one put those kids in a car seat or make sure they're properly buckled in with the two of you failed I mean you put your children's life in danger by letting him Lo I'm driving like that everybody got a seat belt on back there can you guys scoot over here and put your seat put your seat belt on no she's uh going to go try to find some car seats okay everybody has their seat belt on I ain't got no warrant in there um are you supposed to have a warrant no no I didn't see any warrant on you but we'll double check that when they do your fingerprints in the jail if you have anything active things a little bit differently when you're arest of her child that's why the department of the children families that I would neglected my children it's not it's not what we think it's the evidence that shows you were your children additionally you're also being charged of schedule for in the end the mother was charged with child and unprescribed while the driver got charged with neglect operating without a driver's license no motor vehicle registration attaching license plate not assigned to the vehicle and knowingly driving with a suspended license moving on to the case of this irresponsible father who endangered his young daughter's life by leaving her alone where she ended up eating his blunt didn't eat all of it but did a little bit of it how much of it was left probably about half out of like you know G or something a residue all over the countertop on top of dog feces everywhere environment for a child to be in at any at any point in time you're being placed under arrest of child in the on the 23rd of June 2023 police received a report about a one-year-old girl who had ingested her father's this caused her stomach to enlarge and led to an urgent admission to the hospital where she required a tube to support her breathing for several days once the results came out positive for the police immediately went to confront her father when they arrived at his residence they were faced with a father whose level of recklessness was nothing short of dangerous what what happen I in my living room we're watching TV I flat out with you I was about to rock uhhuh and and I stopped set it down went took a [ __ ] real quick okay and she ate it I know it comes in various strains what kind of string are we talking here like I don't know just like is it a medical type like kind you get from those doctors and stuff that are like professionally this [ __ ] [ __ ] half Brown how how big was this one probably about a gr what time was that so that was probably about 7:30 8 and I noticed about 8:30 real stiff so that's when I called her mom got her in truck all that why didn't you call us like an ambulance I thought i' get there faster I didn't Jacksonville no no I went to um Flagler and we were there till probably 111 12 and then we got transported to Jacksonville oh okay so about an hour after all that happened you what what were you thinking when like you went to the bathroom and it's gone when you come back has this ever happened before daughter right yes Ma you watch her often on the weekends is that what your custody is for like weaking custodies no we we don't have a custody it's just there there's no child support custody not married or nothing no no going to jail aren't I I mean I I don't make that decision but we're here to trying to figure out why a one-year-old is in the hospital so we had to figure out what's going on with all that how much more is here I threw it all the way to be honest with you after seeing that don't give a about smoking that [ __ ] anymore I I don't give a about it that no how come I I just don't get why you didn't call us at all even if you thought you'd get to the hospital first like even on the way like hey kid's going through something I don't know what it is like I I wasn't freaking out and it's 7:30 and what time did you get to hospital I noticed her doing this around 8:30 and that's when I I was probably at the hospital by 9: as soon as I noticed what something wasn't right I'll haul it out how many PE how many kids you got in here huh any other kids here no not right now they're with they I got two kids total so you have a baby Mom that's not in a relationship but you have a a kid in common yeah no other here no making sure you got food water all that stuff that you're supposed to have for children well I need to go grocery shopping right now well I mean we're not if you got a little bit of food that's the tension was already high and now it was time for the cops to investigate the living environment the man LED them inside his House's compound but later realized that he had made a huge mistake in doing so inside his house the police witnessed something Beyond anyone's imagination can you kind of just give me a rundown of what happened last night [Applause] honestly we're in there watching TV roll one up I didn't finish rolling it so wa in the bathroom not thinking I had to go I had to go I run in there and I come back and didn't eat all of it but be a little bit of it how much of it was left probably about half out of like you know a gram or something so about she injested about half a gram of yeah I gave her take and she's a month a year and a half old yeah rough how how heavy is she oh God she's not the big she's not a big kid okay that's a lot of for a little kid I kind of see she's just seems lost and pl upu M so I I called her mom and got her in the truck and hold out to the officeal up there why didn't you call us I freaked out and I I don't know by by the time yall get out here I'd be out there I don't know man you didn't even notify us at all I got to the hospital and told them what happened no I shouldn't have to come here looking for you want to talk to you about something that happened last night which still to this to this point from hospital you still haven't even tried to bother to call law enforcement any sort of way your uncle had to call us as a father you should be the one you're you're the caregiver for that child that is your responsibility and your sole responsibility if something happens to that child on your behalf and you think something is wrong we are the first people you should call I understand you may have thought it was faster but the problem is you still didn't even call I I thought don't know man I'm freaking out the whole night what's the deal with the what's the deal with the loose everywhere you got loose all around the house man don't clean up you got a baby crib inside of your bedroom you got a blunt half smok and blunt on the nightstand two of them you got loose grinder residue all over the the countertop on top of dog feces everywhere dog piss everywhere I ain't been home okay but if if you're going to have a child here you should you should clean up after yourself and I have not been home this is not that's this is not a liberable environment for a child to be in at any at any point in time the cops investigation revealed that the environment was hazardous for anyone let alone a one-year-old child the sheer level of carelessness was evident everywhere leading fo still the woman had the audacity to confront the officer rudely making it clear that she was by no means in her normal state in the end she was sentenced to driving under the influence of two band and child with no physical harm if you think this lady's child had it rough just wait until you hear what this next set of kiddos had to deal with gra me by my neck and pick me up in the air and I like I couldn't breathe and your shirt got ripped yeah he picked me up on my shirt and threw me no you you cannot go back inside the camper come to us now they call their cops on their dad on April the 2nd 2022 officers responded to a call about three children who were in the woods hiding from their dad once the cops arrived at the scene they lured the children out and began their investigation what they found out was bad back there in the woods with you who's in the house your dad's in this house or yeah tell your brother just come up you guys let come up here a little bit so all all you guys are brothers you're all Brothers okay and you live here with your dad in the camper yes does anybody else live in the camper no just just you guys all right um is is your mom in the picture at all at all I mean yeah she's a dispatcher i1 she's actually working right now so what what happened last night I guess was there something happened last night or tonight yeah last night um he was wanted to wash the top of the camper so we went there and we washed it and um I'm scared of heights and there was soap and everything on the floor so I was scared on my I'm still washing it and he got really angry and he was like and he came over and he like hit me on the chest like that and I like I moved over I'm like please like please don't hit me I'm scared to be up here like I was I was really scared I just wanted to go down but I was still trying to figure uh clean it before we went down and then he he's like no I'm trying to tell you good job and he hit me again I said please thank you but please don't hit me and he kept doing that and I and then I got really freaked out because I started like swaying back and forth and then I like yelled I was like please stop and he grabbed me by my neck and he picked me up in the air and I like I couldn't breathe and then he took me and he like SW sweep my feet out and like see me on the floor and then um I tried to get up and like leave and he like grabbed me and pushed me back on the floor and told me I wasn't going anywhere this morning uh he was rubbing my dad's back and he like grabbed him by his foot and tried to make him like tell a joke or something and he didn't want to say the joke and he would just kept squeezing his foot and he was like I don't care if I break it and he just kept squeezing his foot and he couldn't like he was crying so he couldn't really make out words and then he grabbed me picked him up by his like neck and him on the bed that's why his shirts messed up the father's Reckless actions left the kidss extremely shaken yet to their misery this was not the end and they had more to reveal yeah I don't think he would appreciate cops being in his in his property his space you know just stuff he doesn't really have a choice at this particular point in time all right so that came from your shirt got ripped yeah he picked me up on my shirt and are you able to tell him if he comes out here that it was like a complaint from the neighbors from the g i me we'll just tell him we we got a a call about you know supposedly a concern for the kids here he like grabbed me and turn me I was on the step and he like like why why why did he do that because he wouldn't tell a joke just because you wouldn't tell a joke yeah cuz this morning what was the joke if you don't mind me ask he jumped on my bed and he like he has a big p so he was rubing it on me he's like likes big fat girls big beard hairy beards I he flipped out and that's when he grabbed your foot he yeah he started squeezing it trying to get me to say it and then I didn't say it so he let go after like 5 minutes and then turn around and grab my shirt and what did he do after after he threw you to the ground he like started yelling like why don't you listen and then he threw a laundry out the door and then he started punching the walls and doors and he like closed slammed the door shut and then he started throwing stuff in his room he like broke a stool against the door okay did you see what happened last night yeah I think they all they all we all witnessed everything they all seen him pick me up by the neck and choke me floor and we all saw okay um does he have any firearms in the camper what kind okay um he's not small he's big okay and that's when you decided to let your mom I didn't call anybody because my dad doesn't really like like technology and stuff so he doesn't let us use our phones so when he grabbed you was with his hands like that okay grab you like that he's like did you lose Consciousness or
