called to a Walmart where two women had been detained for shoplifting security footage revealed one woman using a skip scanning tactic paying for some items but placing others in her bag without scanning them however she and another woman were caught before they could leave with the stolen goods when the officers arrived to take a look at the security footage the woman tried to strike up a casual convers with him in a bid to distract him and slip away we got a accident as soon as it started raining so we were out in the rain yeah I like the rain though and it hasn't been as hot so I like the rain I like the smell of it especially during summer oh yeah I'm from Texas so like it didn't really rain all that much grown up I wasn and raised DC or the state the state quite a few people
