with my [ __ ] car3 okay and I told you to hold on for a second I know but he he was going to take off he was he wasn't going anywhere yes he was all right we're done talking all right man I'm not trying to give you a hard turn all right I'm not hold now yeah I got them hold on let me double lock [Applause] these I didn't do anything all right [Applause] 13 cash blow yeah that's my money I didn't do anything you know if you would have just St stood you're doing it just need to go talk to the truck driver still 4 iord at that I got I got give you all the [Applause] okay you approached me how many times not listening to what I said I tell you I really [Applause] didn't I didn't this guy's telling me [Applause] dad got all the jacket yeah how me you guys arresting me right now huh you're under arrest right now what you put your foot in all money is in the cup [Applause] holder [Applause] the probably good he got shocked cuz I fell like this say War for you always here you six all right so the guy who got in custody right now I didn't know who he was the girl so you have three people you have the girlfriend the tow driver and the arreste your friend of who the tow driver or the arreste the arreste so she's coming out of the car at first I thought he was the tow truck tow truck driver he comes up on me I'm like this we'll figure out I don't know who's who just stay right there he gets upset comes back at me he's talking about his girlfriend I didn't know it was his girlf I thought it was her car I thought he was the tow driver like you need to stay away from each other and then he gets upset comes back at me I put my hand out you need to stay back he's coming at me very aggressive so he gives me one of those he shoves you yeah and I'm like no we're not doing that you go over there and then he's trying he was not trying to fight me he trying to square up on me not stay in uh not listening to my direction not giving me my space so I told him he was under or I went to put him in cucks he fought with me we ended up going to the floor and that's when I requested the second unit she ended up coming off falling off the truck or jumping off the truck or something and there was a whole lot of chaos are you injured I'm not injured um is he injured I didn't ask him so where is he in the back of your carck he's in the back of the car so everything I don't think he did cuz he came out where there he came out after the TR like I said I thought dude I thought the arrest was a to Tru I didn't know who was [Applause] who yeah theill hey I'm going to I got to grab my work the did you get her info yeah I got it okay like I explained to your boyfriend I didn't know who was who okay he's coming over to talk to me I tell him to stay back right I told him to stay away from you right I put my hands out cuz he keep he's not listening see he was rash up yeah he thought it would be a good idea to give me a little push back back and we're not going to play that game if you're not listening and then you pushed me right there's there's going to be an issue there should be can okay and then and then you end up coming off the truck I said I thought he was a tow truck driver and I thought you were I thought this was your car which it is to some extent right and I was trying to keep you separated it's coming back and forth between hosle with me and what appeared to be hostile with you right and he wasn't listening right all right do you have idea on you no I don't you got I'm going see what [Applause] these are you still what he what did the tow driver say so he works for a Suburban obviously he was doing a call for Alro PD for a disabled vehicle over at Rowling and white Trail he uh picks up the vehicle this guy guy who came at you said uh he would pay like via credit didn't pay via credit he's like meet me in the back comes back here tries to give him cash gets upset because when your guy was coming out of the car he fell stumbled fell over and was blaming him and so when he walks over there he's he sticks the tow driver in the face he punched the tow driver okay yeah walks away all right so then you can get uh hit with the battery for that too yeah you good right all good he went down pretty easy as mentioned it wouldn't surprise me talking you good yeah camera didn't stand off oh yeah these the magnet ones are make sure you get some photo there I'm going to take a photo the he hit her he hit the tow driver he hit the tow driver no I just didn't know I just showed up like I said I thought he was the tow driver I'm like hold on my G right there where I all of my lining and all okay is that your camera in the corner oh yeah there's a camera that your camera in the corner of the [Applause] building I us in our Ware House Grand Mark yeah yeah and on Yell that I'm like right by the GL D I'm like I'll stop there he's just being an idiot he's being IR one surpris my what you I mean I heard instru battery uh it's me and him he gives me one of these oh okay okay you you've already not listened and now you're you're doing that yeah no so I go to grab him he goes to resist and you're off then we go down to the ground uh I wonder if he's G Jimmy around now too coming just yeah okay that's ni I didn't know at first though cuz I didn't even see the TR driver all he was doing was knocking on the door ask I don't think so driver what's that he wants me to talk to uh it sounds like he took a swing yeah I so I heard that he hit the to what happened when you got on oh um so I get here and he's like right up on the car I'm like chill out we'll we'll get to it hold on let's find out what's going on try to talk to cuz she is is in the pass or the drivers of the van okay so I thought he was a toad and she's the the owner sh we still Mo her will we need okay cuz I was going to put her in the back I'm trying to uh to keep them apart I'm you know just just give me space I told him I don't know four times like give me space yeah that's fine if she's if she want to get starting to advance I'm telling him to go over there cuz he's like aggressively walking over there I'm like [ __ ] just stay separated it's just me right now yeah and comes turns around comes back at me and again I don't know how many times I put the hands out I'm like no stop right there yeah then C those back oh God okay and now you're under this guy seems like he's tweaking yeah big so that's why I didn't want him Fu I didn't want him near me did you get a search on him uh no I will have to do a much more thorough job he's got all those Coates what's in place with uh arrest with what happened what do you mean get with him and a search on him it was just you originally and my camera popped off so it's anything more than uh strong no I just do you have everybody's information okay uh Dennis said he got her info yeah she so she jumped off the van so yeah she jumps off the back of the truck and when she was down on the ground that's when he started going after her and again I did oh why am I talking you want to find out no yeah I dude I didn't know what the hell was going on well I when I walked up I thought that's why I asked you he uh I was like her she the to tr driver and then I know I didn't know who was who and then the more I'm talking I'm like yes are we going to we get your guy out and search him jimy see you want us to bring him oh give him another thr one here yeah we with the driver yeah we got his info yeah take him take back okay [Applause] okay go six I got start a leg injy the [ __ ] he squ up with yeah yeah he squired on where you go sh you looking for your glasses [Applause] no I want to make sure I got the pH info B said he got it I just want to make sure yeah file phone number
