Adam and his friends who turned a boat party into a drinking spree so if this boat started sinking what are you going to do you're the one operating The Vessel I wasn't though cuz you're under 18 he's already explained all that to you we're not explaining it to you again on the 7th of October 2023 an officer was on water Patrol when he observed a 20ft vessel with 12 teen aers backing away from a large white cabin motorboat the officer then approached the boat to conduct a safety inspection however as soon as the officer arrived in the boat he realized that there was something more dangerous at play can you get the registration for me having a party out here aren't we not really how you doing officer good how are y'all mind wrapping this through the the center console thing for me I just in this case was the operator of the vessel Adam the situation was about to go Topsy Turvy for him when the cops observed through his slurred work words and unsettled mannerisms that he might be drunk you're you're giving some signs of possible impairment uh I don't want to risk I can't make you drive or ask you to drive until I I know for sure that you're not not impaired so with that uh and you during the test Adam couldn't keep his eyes focused or follow the officers instructions making it evident that Adam was clearly intoxicated this made the officers take this next step for the rich kid his world was about to come crashing down handcuffs were thrown on Adam immediately which came as a shock to him he had thought since he and his friends were wealthy that there was no way the cops are going to arrest him however seeing the handcuffs being placed on him pushed him to do something expected and bizarre look at everybody else over there man why you why why dude it's it's my job can you and now it was time to pay for him all right I've issued you two citations the first citation I've issued you is for your speed on Nar Parkway um this citation is for 68 mph and a post of 45 that citation is $281 I've CED you two options option one you pay the citation online by phone or in person option um five is is a driver improvement I'm sorry is a traffic court you'll be there I'll be there and hearing off will decide what happen with the citation I would contact the clerk of the court since you live in Alabama and see if you can take a driver improvement course I'm not sure since not fair let me let me in the very early hours of the 1st of January 2024 officers received a report about disorderly conduct in a nightclub the nightclub security had called the police to report a woman named Alina who spit in the face of a bouncer upon arrival the officers immediately learned that the suspect was not in her right form what the what did I do what's the problem what is the problem I stepped on the security guard's foot on accident in the club and he went like this to me and I said I'm sorry I stepped in her foot he goes yeah is there a problem and I said I'm sorry I accidentally stepped on your foot and then they pulled me outside my friends are in there by themselves they pulled me outside saying we just want to talk to you blah blah blah and I'm like what's happening and they said that I'm being aggressive because I left my friends inside and I accidentally stopped in the security guard's foot that's literally all that happened and they said I'm sorry the officers then walked up to the bouncer in question to hear his side of the story his details of the lady these actions were almost unbelievable she was in the venue she stepped on somebody's foot one of the holes he addressed it right wa what what he told me was that she goes I stepped on your footb accient like that so he he advised us she's acting disorderly we bring her out to talk to her
