On June 27th, 2024, Beachwood police responded to Dillards after loss prevention agents and an off-duty detective observed a suspect concealing merchandise on security cameras. Um, whenever you steal here, they ban you from the entire property. Okay. So, if you got anything to tell her, you want to >> um Yeah. I don't know if you're going to get your ban today. It might be sent out there later this evening um through your processing or whatever and you'll probably be banned. How much merchandise you, TH000 or more, you get banned for 3 years. If it's a thousand, you'll be only after one year. >> Understand? So that mean can't be on the property at no time in your van arrest. >> Yeah. You'll be immediately arrested prosecuted. All right. Prosecutor. I don't want you to get upset. How many stores? >> Oh, no. >> They get us a total of how much all that merchandise comes in. Hopefully, it be under,000 for you. >> Yeah. You been diagnosed with something. Yeah. >> You got the names, >> huh? >> You wander around. >> Yeah. You take out your dietary issues. You have no suicide. >> Correct. So, you have um at least one additional warrant with somebody, >> huh? >> You have a warrant with somebody? I don't know who that's with. Uh we have no control over that as far as the charges with us. I'm going to go type out the papers. You're going to get charged for theft and then four pieces of paper for receiving stolen property for the other stores. Okay. All be the same court date. You're not going to have to post a bond. >> A charge of what? >> Theft and receiving stolen property. theft for dealer cuz I have you on camera selecting and concealing the item and leaving the store with it. Receiving stolen property for the other items that you had on you from the other stores. Um, you're not going to have a bond with us as long as you don't cause any problems for these guys. It's going to take me an hour, hour and a half. Once we're all done with the paperwork, you'll get a court date from us and you'll be done with us. At that point, we have to contact whoever you have the warrant with. Um, and it's up to them whether they come to get you. computer. >> It might be. Um, it's a Friday during rush hour, so chances are probably in your favor that they're not. >> We'll get to that when we get there. >> Okay. Probably nothing to worry about then. Okay. >> Sometimes she does that. >> Answer their questions. Don't cause them any problems in your battery a little bit.
