on May 26th 2024 Colts Neck New Jersey police responded to a residence on a report of an assault between neighbors during the investigation police determined a neighbor assaulted her nextdoor neighbor with a branch during a dispute over trimmed branches here is what occurred what's going on I um was going to get on my boat and a tree branch hit me so I went and I cut it she came out crazy and it's un ement who she all the way in the bottom I have to get away from her where's she at by the tree she's right here right here going down okay um I wasn't aware I know that she's been hostile to Neighbors about trees it's my first time where where is she all the way down we got to go all the way down this road this way or this way come this way this is the save this route she started on look what I'm getting at is what I'm getting at is if he wants to get down to his boat and you've allowed him time and time again to take these steps you can all of a sudden now say you're not allowed to do these steps it does it doesn't work like that you know what I mean I understand if you're saying well then you know I want to survey for the property and everything but you can't just turn around and say that he shouldn't we can't take this kind of liability we don't then what you guys are going to have to do is you're going to have to get the survey from the town we have a survey we bought the house you're going well what I'm saying then get the survey and you're going to have to either take out the steps if you don't want them on your property and tell him to deem the steps over here
