from Walter, who planted a tracking device on his ex-girlfriend's car after she ended things with him. She >> sent text messages, too, while we were out with him. >> One of which was, "Stay out of Cocoa Beach." >> We found an additional tracking device on the passenger side of her car. >> Okay. Thank you. >> In the same case. >> All right. >> And then I have Victo and >> Oh, cool. >> in my car. >> Tracking. >> Hold on. Take a picture of it here in my hand with that phone I just handed you. to 29-year-old Nate Ar who confessed to developing strong attractions easily after he was caught stalking multiple women at a public grocery store. >> He's following a woman over there. >> I just get attracted easily. But >> so what happened? You were aroused? >> Yeah, I was just aroused and I was walking around and I think people were complaining. I was touching myself too, but I don't think I was. >> Here are five moments when cops catch a stalker in the act. Meet Mario, who claimed to be pranking his victims after he was caught stalking two young women with [music] an Air Tag. >> I put that one. >> Why? >> For jokes. >> It was duct taped where I wouldn't be able to find it and I had to fall under on my hands and knees and get it. Now I'm a little freaked out because they now know where I live. They know where I work. On November the 8th, 2025, Key West officers received a call from a woman named Taylor reporting a suspected stalking situation. >> I went to body gym this morning to the gym I always go. Um, and I get home and I have a notification pop up on my phone that there's an Apple Air Tag >> and that just popped up today. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And I'm I was just like I don't have an Apple Air Tag. I've never bought an Apple Air Tag. And I'm sitting in my car and I like play the sound, but I can't hear anything. There's >> a little button that says play sound on it. >> And then I step outside and I'm at my apartment at this point and I like play it again and it was like a really faint. So I go my right here. >> Are you the [singing] one? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. I go to the back end of the driver's side because that's where I thought I could hear that's where I could that's where I first could hear it super loud >> and couldn't find it. >> I couldn't find it. So I was like, "Okay, maybe I just bumped up near something." And so I go about my morning. I get ready for work. I go from my house on. I go to the tax collector. And then I go I go park for work at And then I leave work and I'm going to the southernmost mansion to meet with my friends. And >> it when I turn from Caroline onto Duvall, it says that there is an air tag moving with you. >> Okay. >> So I pul when I get to my location, I parked. I went in, I grabbed my friend, and I was like, "Hey, like I can hear this thing, but I can't find it." So then we pinpointed it on the back end of the passenger side, >> which side? the driver's side or the >> We it it got super loud on our passenger side. >> Yeah, she literally went under there and found it. >> I was like, "Okay, I can hear it super loud." So, I pull over into the parking lot by the butterfly museum and I crawl in under the car and it's literally right up in under my um >> like under the wheel, >> but it's it's right here. [laughter] >> Yeah. I don't know. I haven't I haven't taken the tag out, but that's It was literally where I wouldn't find it. It was >> Was it already duct taped? >> Yeah, it was duct taped where I wouldn't be able to find it. And I did fall under on my hands and knees and get it. And >> sure, that's what it is. And now I'm a little freaked out because they now know where I live. They know where I work. >> And she and she >> and I live by myself. She's saying she doesn't have any idea who would would do that. >> As the officers worked to piece together who could have planted the device and [music] why, Taylor revealed that her friend Stephanie had also discovered signs that someone had placed a tracking device on her vehicle. That revelation immediately raised the stakes, alerting the officers that it was no longer an isolated incident involving a single victim. Whoever was behind the operation appeared to be monitoring multiple women, suggesting that a sinister plan was just around the corner. We're thinking it's on the passenger side underneath the car. >> Keep in mind, somebody might want to preserve, you know, fingerprints or whatever. >> Yeah. Can you play the sound? >> It's like way under there. You literally have to, you know, get on your back and get under there. And they looked, but they couldn't find exactly where it was. You got to keep pushing the button every now and then. >> It's really loud here. >> Yeah, >> I've got it. >> Is it under the tire? >> It's right here. Don't touch it. >> Right there. Nope. That's where it is. Are you >> It's right here. Did you see it, too? >> No, but it's right under the tires where it's coming from. Yeah. >> Play it again just to >> Yeah. In just a second once I get these on. >> Trying to put gloves on and heat kind of sucks sometimes. Mind if I take that crazy? >> Uh-huh. >> Sorry to make it. >> Oh, no worries. >> See, you had to probably has that black tape on it, right? >> Yep. >> It's the exact same. If >> I just blinded you, I am >> Oh, no worries. Where is it? Oh my god. Yeah, it's really weird. It's most likely magnetized as well. Yeah, it's insane. >> Two of them in one night. >> Oh, yeah. >> I appreciate it. After finding both tracking devices, the officers started talking to both friends, hoping they could find a clue that would lead them to identifying the suspect. >> Do you think this gentleman would do anything like that? >> No, >> I don't think so. >> No, he like he literally like looks out for us every time. Like he's just like >> really nice. Super nice. Has never given any creepy vibe. No, nothing. Has always been like, >> "Please be safe. Please be careful." Yeah, >> like nothing out of >> but >> but other than that, nobody that you guys can think of that >> targeting girls at the gym. >> Okay. >> Do you think it would be somebody from the gym? >> I hope not. I can't think of anybody. >> I don't think so. But that's the that's the only place that we would have in common at being at the exact same time. >> Did you notice any other cars or anything? There's no other cars around us >> and there was nobody around. There was nobody hanging out in the parking lot around our cars that >> because I know it's got like all those open like view windows and stuff. So, >> there's there's no like there was no one [music] around there was no one around our cars when we all walked in when we walked in together [music] >> and there was nobody around our cars when all three of us left the gym at the same time. >> Okay. And we were all three parked [music] within spaces of each other. Okay. >> Does this the other gym friend that Well, how well do y'all know him? >> Besides just seeing him later, >> do you have his like information or anything that maybe he may have received an Apple Air Tag, too? >> He hasn't. >> We don't normally talk to him. I think I might have his number, but we don't. It's a you know how like you you go and you have like your your gym friends. >> That's literally it. >> Okay. >> How much later did he come in today? >> Oh, like 10 5 10 minutes. Mhm. We're normally all there together 5:30, 5:45. >> He literally came in 5 [music] 10 minutes after us and he was just like my friend's dog. And like he was like he like he literally caught up with us for like five six minutes and then he goes and does his workout and then we all meet back up at the end of our [music] workouts and walked out together. >> Okay. >> Nothing shady. He didn't hang around. He was just like same thing. We all go bye. Have a great weekend. >> We we sat and talked in the parking lot for like 2 minutes and then have a great day. See you see you next week. That's it. >> All right. But other than that, no idea who would possibly do that to you all. >> No. No. We don't talk to anybody else at this. >> After talking to both women, the officers returned to the station where detectives swung into action using the extracted serial numbers on both Air Tags to track the suspect and what they found left them quite disappointed. >> Nice to meet you. >> Do you uh your family seems pretty concerned, but uh did they tell you why we're here to talk? >> Yeah, my son tell me about any air or something. Yeah. >> Yeah. I think this is probably a conversation you'd rather have in private. Do you want to talk somewhere else away from them or or it's up to you? >> Yeah, here. >> You're okay talking to maybe? >> We we could talk here if that's okay. >> Um, so do you know what an air tag is? >> Yeah, my friend. I told him it's like stay here. It's like the tracks >> the tracks. >> Okay. >> Wallet. Yeah. >> Look, I'm I'm completely comfortable talking to you in front of your your wife and your son. >> Okay. >> But I for your sake, I think we should probably have a conversation alone and then you decide if you want them here or not. If you're tracking it just some problem. >> Okay. If you want talk to me only if you do you want to sit in the front, maybe you should sit in back and we'll just talk in the car real quick. >> At this moment, Mario knew that there was a good chance that he had been caught. [music] If he was going to talk his way out of this situation, he would have to think on his feet and fast. >> So, as we stand right now, >> I'm I'm going to be honest with you, and I want you to be honest with me, of course. >> All right. But before you say anything else, I I just want you to know something. >> All right. >> Right now, I have enough to arrest you without you saying one word to me. Okay? I don't I don't need you to. >> Mhm. I I you could say nothing and I have enough to arrest you. But you may be able to answer some [music] questions and the questions that I have, you may be able to explain the reasons why I have the probable cause that I do. Right. >> Okay. >> What I'm trying to say is I have what's called Are you familiar with probable cause? >> Okay. I have enough information based on my investigation with these Air Tags to arrest you >> without you saying one word, >> but you may be able to tell me something that makes sense and I don't have to arrest you, right? >> Okay. >> So, here's the deal. Do you know her? >> Yes, it's uh Stephanie. Yeah. >> Does your wife know about her? >> No. >> Do you know her? >> Yeah, it's Oh my god. or something. >> Taylor. >> Taylor. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> We was in the gym with my friends. >> You see that? How it's magnetic? >> Mhm. >> That was underneath both of their cars. >> Okay. I not playing with I tell you truth. >> Okay. >> I put that one. >> Why? >> For joke. >> What do you mean? I want to the I always joking. You can ask my friend. I joking with this girl in the gym. >> Yeah. >> And I know it's any sound I send for my phone and confuse her. You know it's joke. >> What do you mean >> is any beeping after you send the um like they try to find something? >> Mhm. >> This air tag is beeping. >> Yeah. And I want to confuse this girl for the you know put that one and just for the >> funny look at look at I'm relieved. You understand? I'm relieved. This is why because they're younger and you're older, right? So I don't know you. >> Yeah. I don't know how >> Hold on. Hear me up. >> I come here I I know nothing about you. I come here. I see you have a wife. You have two kids. >> You know I didn't expect that. That's why I asked you to speak in the car and away from them to respect your privacy, you know, in case there something's going on. I didn't want them to know. But, you know, everybody everybody uh you know has their own sense of humor, you know, but myself and these girls included >> were worried that this was like trafficking or something like that, you know, or or like you wanted to find out where they where they were and and they they were they were scared, right? They didn't know who put it. Uh, Apple gave me the return on the devices and that's how I came up with with your name. >> You talk to the girls. >> Um, I I I do talk to them. >> We we have a really very good relation. I know that she tell me both tell me where she work, where she live. I know her have a sense for the tracking these girls. >> Mhm. >> Because I know everything about both. >> Yeah. >> And same she knows everything. Did you did you put the air tag on both of both cars? >> Yeah, for for joke for the I send the I sent from my phone this uh beeping. >> Uh-huh. >> For the you know she go outside and Oh, something beeping under my car. What is it? >> It's just my my ID. >> Oh my god. Back to house. I >> How long did you keep it on on there? >> Just one day, you know. just I try make like that and that's it. The next day I my plan was the laughing with both you know. >> Yeah. >> But I'm not tracking [music] because there's no sense. Why? Why I need trafficing this guy? I know about exactly everything. >> Somehow Mario believed that he had played his cards perfectly with a well-rehearsed story and an answer for every question. He was certain the officers had no reason to take him into custody. The software that we use, right, can crack the password without you giving it to me. But it goes to FD, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. They plug it in. If they don't know the password and it'll sit in their laboratory in Fort Meyers while the phone goes through every single fourdigit combination that it can until it cracks it. And that could take months and months and months and months. So, I'm taking the phone. I'm seizing it, okay? And I'm gonna get a warrant. If the judge approves it, we're gonna send it to FDLE. We could do it the easy way and you give me the password >> or we could do it the hard way and your phone could be up there for however long it takes to crack the fourdigit code. You see what I'm saying? So, it's a lot easier if I just have the passcode. And if the judge doesn't think my digital >> All right. What is it? >> How many? Six or >> h I don't know. Some are four, some are six. >> All right, let's see. Let's Let's see if it works. No one's in that one in the other. >> And what I'm going to do is I'm going to right in front of you until the judge signs off on the warrant. I'm going to body cam. >> Yep. >> All right. So, I am going to put this in airplane mode. >> Right there. >> Yep. Airplane mode. >> Mhm. >> All right. And it's going to stay like this in this condition. Mario was charged with installing and using a tracking device without [music] consent on two separate victims. Like most typical stalkers, 29-year-old Nadar was caught behaving inappropriately [music] in a public store while stalking multiple women. >> Followed us around the store >> and now he in his pants. You can see it. >> But they're saying I was touching myself too, but >> I don't think I was. like it >> and then she come back and eat soap. >> On May the 14th, 2025, police were dispatched to Burlington Coat Factory on Diamond Hill Road, Rhode Island, after reports of a male customer repeatedly following women and behaving inappropriately. Upon their arrival, store employees and victims immediately pointed officers to the suspect, who was still walking the aisles, completely unaware how quickly his shopping trip was about to take an entirely different turn. >> Okay. Well, what's going on? Can you talk to me then? >> I can't hear you. >> Yeah, you call. >> Yeah. So, what's going on? >> He's following a woman. He's over there in the green shirt right there. >> Miss, I can't hear you. >> In the green shirt. >> I see him. Can you tell me what's going on? He followed us around the store >> and now he in his pants and he can see it. >> Okay. >> Right here. >> Like I said, I just You mind hanging out here real quick for me? >> 03. I'm going to be making contact with the mail in the store. If you got [music] one more, uh, you can start my way. Code one. >> 315. >> Hey buddy, can I talk to you real quick? >> Yeah. Uh, sorry. Who is this? All right. Give me a call back. I'll give you a call back. >> Hey, what's going on? You got an ID? >> Uh, not on me. >> Not on you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what's up? What's going on? >> Nothing. >> Nothing? >> Yeah. >> All right. I got called here [music] cuz there's quite, you know, multiple people >> that they said you're following them around >> doing inappropriate things. >> No. No. >> All right. Well, listen. That's what I'm being told. I'm not here. >> Okay. >> I didn't see it happen. Okay. >> That's why I'm talking to you about it. All right. >> Yep. >> You don't have anything with the ID? Do you have a wallet or anything like that? >> No, no, not at all. >> How you going to pay for this stuff? >> Oh, it's going to It's in my car. >> You can't pay for it from your car, right? >> Yeah. I can I can go grab it. >> All right. Well, just give me a minute. All right. Hang. Let's hang out over here. Get out of the way real quick. >> What's your name? >> Nia. >> Spell your first name. >> N A D E. There's unfortunate circumstances for you. >> All right. What's a good address for you? N >> where free 1029. >> Perfect. >> Check out your ID. >> Okay. I came from the >> Okay. Well, I'm not here about that. >> I'll be back in in a minute. Okay. >> I need to get my kids to school. >> I mean, I'm sorry. I mean, I'm I can't force you to stay, but I'm trying to facilitate this for you. So, where you parked at? Like, >> right here. >> What car is yours? I don't want you going in it. >> Yeah, it says it. I don't When we get to it, don't go in it. Are we clear on that? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. No, I wasn't doing nothing. >> Like I said, that's not what Well, I mean, >> I promise you, I didn't do nothing. I didn't take >> Well, you don't got to promise me. I'm not the one that's, you know, feeling some sort of way. There's multiple people in there that is failing, you know, some sort of way. And, you know, kind of what they're telling me somewhat adds up. >> You know what I mean? Where's your car? >> Right here. >> Hold up, buddy. Hold up. Where's your wallet at? >> Uh, it's in the >> All right, just hang out here. I got somebody else coming. So, when my partner gets here Hey, [music] just have a seat. >> Seriously, I swear to God. >> Listen, that doesn't mean anything to me right now. Okay. I got to do what I got to do. All right. >> You want my idea? >> I'll get it. We're going to We're going to take this one step at a time. All right. So, like I already said, what we're waiting for, so let's just hang out real quick for me. >> At this point, Adar found himself backed into a corner. He could continue playing the role of the uninformed bystander or come clean and hope his honesty might work in his favor. >> So, what did they say? They say I was following. >> Yeah, that's what I told you. I also said you were touching yourself underneath your pants and you which it kind of looks like you did. >> But that's just from like Jim. I I didn't I swear like >> Listen, save it. Save it. Save it cuz I'm not buying me. >> Okay. >> Okay. Do you want to just hang out with Nadia here real quick and I'll talk to the callers? >> Thank you. Just hang out with my partner real quick. All right. >> I do. >> Really? >> So, what's going on in there? I was just I came from the gym and just went in there and I was a little excited, I guess. But I didn't say nothing. I didn't touch nobody or >> but I guess they're complaining and I don't I swear to God, officer, I didn't say anything. I didn't touch anybody. >> Okay, good. Good. All right. You just got to talk to some people and >> Okay. >> Hopefully, we're on our way. >> All right. >> All right. Where'd you go to the gym? >> Right up here. >> Play fitness. Yeah. You work around here? Yeah, I'm local. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Where you living? >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm local. I I I don't like I don't goon or anything. So, I get like like I I don't do anything. So, I get excited easily. But I was my in >> When you say get excited, what do you mean? >> Like I don't like that. So, I I just get attracted easy. >> Oh, I see. >> I'm not like I'm not, you know, my intentions. >> So, what happened? You were aroused. [music] >> Yeah, I was just aroused and I was walking around and I think people were complaining. >> Oh, okay. >> But they were saying I was touching myself to >> I don't think I was. >> You don't think you were? >> No, I wasn't. Like this is weird for me. [music] >> Yeah. How old are you? >> 29. >> 29. >> Yeah. >> Are you married? >> Uh, divorced. >> Divorced? [music] >> Yeah. >> Any girlfriends now? >> Uh, we got two. >> Two? >> Yeah. >> They don't know each other. They don't know each other. So >> that's good. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like I wasn't >> handle >> two girlfriends. >> Yeah. >> Inside the store, the primary investigating officer continued his investigation. But little did he know that he was about to hear one hell of a disturbing from one of the eyewitnesses. >> Did you see him touching himself or anything like that? But so the first time when I seen him doing it, I'm like, "Okay, maybe like his [music] >> I try to mind my business, but >> then he did it again and I'm like then again >> and then he come back and he's so >> Thank you." >> Um, >> thank you. >> All right. So, would you be willing to give me a written statement saying what you saw? Okay. [music] Um, I think that will be enough. I know you said you have to leave. I got your info. I'm going to add you to report. >> Um [music] right now I'm going to go out there and uh place you under arrest for at minimum disorderly conduct. I'll talk to my supervisor and we'll >> possibly adjust from there. Um I'm just going to get a statement from you real quick after that and then um that'll be that. Okay. >> Even if you want me to go to the station and I need to say >> if you want to come down to the station and fill out a written statement yourself once you're done, that'd be perfect. I'm here till 4. If you can't get there before 4, um, anybody can take it. But if you get there before 4, I'll be able to take it. Okay. >> Thank you. >> The officer had little reason to doubt the eyewitness's account based on the evidence that he had seen. And as the truth closed in from every direction, Nadar was about to learn that some mistakes have consequences that are impossible [music] to avoid. >> All right, Nadia, >> do me a favor. Stand up. Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> It's in your car. I'll grab it for you. All right. Did I just get a sip of water? So, am I being detained or >> No, right now you're being placed under arrest for disability conduct. >> All right. Where's your wallet? We can grab it for >> Yeah, it's in the middle. >> I have a seat. >> I have other stuff, too. If I keep >> Well, you you don't want to take What's that? >> It's my phone vape and phone. >> You're not You don't want to take it with you? >> Yeah, I don't want to take my vape. >> I'll leave you a vape. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I'll bring my phone here. >> Sit. I don't need you taking off. >> No, no, >> I know. It's not that I don't trust you. It's just that I don't trust you. I mean, I can put them in my car and wait for her to finish the statement and leave it running. >> I don't mind sticking. No big deal. >> We're going to walk out this way. >> Lock your car. >> My partner's going to lock your car up there. >> My intention was off this. >> My intention was never to It >> is what it is at this point, man. This doesn't mean you're guilty or anything. It just means there's probable cause to charge you with it. >> Okay. >> I'm going to go to this side of the cruiser. Face the car for me. Anything else I on I need to know about my phone. >> I'll start the car for you. I get the AC rolling. >> I mean, >> I hear you. I had multiple multiple different women who don't know each other, don't know you, have no reason to lie, come up to me and tell me all the same thing, which is not good. That's why we're here. >> What do you mean? And I already told you we're going to go to the station. You're going to be processed photos and prints. You're going to sit in a cell um until you can see a bail commissioner if you can get $50. If you can't get $50, you'll go to court in the morning. >> No, I have. >> So there you go. You'll see the bail commissioner tonight then. >> They'll give you a court date >> once you get released. >> Officer Cox, >> can you help? >> No. Officer Cox. The offic I literally came from the gym like I I do admit I wasn't I didn't >> I know but if you're touching your you know your pants in front of a bunch of women and that's going to make them feel uncomfortable and that's that's just common sense in my opinion. >> I'm not saying I didn't make any signs or anything like that. >> Okay. >> And there's video it's on video too, you know. >> Yeah. >> So, did you see the video? >> I did not. >> Did he? >> Really? >> I could see. >> You can do whatever you want, brother. All right. >> Because like I swear to God like I didn't like >> Okay. You can swear to whoever you got to swear to. doesn't change the situation you're in right now. >> So, what do they say? What did you do about that? >> You'll find all that out called discovery. >> In the end, Nadar was charged with disorderly conduct. Unlike Nadar, who attempted to talk his way out of trouble, 21-year-old Judy decided to try another approach, negotiating her way out after she was caught stalking her ex-girlfriend. >> She came on your property, aren't you? through your camera so she won't see you doing what? >> See her? She messed his old man up. It's all busted up. >> Just now she did on >> Yeah, he has it on camera. >> If I speak to her, I will cooperate. If I don't speak to her, I will not cooperate. >> Cooperate in what way? >> You will find out. On April the 23rd, 2023, officers with the San Francisco Police Department received a call from a woman named Jessica, who reported that her ex-girlfriend, later >> [music] >> identified as Judy, was outside her residence. The complaint was particularly concerning because Jessica had previously obtained a restraining order against Judy, alleging that she had been stalking her after their relationship ended. And to make matters even worse, Judy also had multiple outstanding arrest warrants. >> Savage Circle Police. >> Yeah. Kaylee, is that you? 14502. >> All right. Step out for me. >> For what? >> Step out. >> For what? >> You have a couple warrants. Step out. >> For what? >> Step out. >> For >> You have warrants. Step out. >> Warrants for what? >> They're with us. I don't have >> For what? For what? For what? >> 1970. Another card. >> For what? For what? For what? Yes. Step it up. >> For what? >> Said you have warrants with us. >> Or what? >> Would have told you in a second if you would have just complied. >> Well, if you wouldn't have done this, then maybe I would have. You're not cussing me until they're not loose. >> Stop. >> I said stop. No. Yes. No. >> I already know who the you are. I don't like you. >> Okay, that's [music] fine. What? Tightening them? >> Cuz you're sticking your hand in it trying to get your hand out. >> No, you're tightening them. >> Yeah, because you're trying to You're sticking your fingers in them. So, stop. >> What do I have a warrant for? >> You have warrants. We'll let you know in a second. Relax. >> For what? >> You have a filler appear out of us and then I didn't hear what the one Lurine County is for. >> Oh, Lorraine County one I'm working with to get my dealer. Thank you very much. I don't have a warrant with you. >> Well, when I told you to step out, you didn't step out >> because you were harassed. >> I was trying to detain you because I knew you had warrants. >> Because you were you were um >> is within my legal authority to detain you when I know you have warrants. >> Frank what? >> Coming in with us like >> with what? >> Because I was in the hospital. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me or anything? >> No. >> Yeah, they're in my bag. >> Yep. >> Jess, >> get the over here now. >> So, >> what' you say? >> Over here now. >> Do you have anything on your pockets? Anything that's going to poke me? >> Get the over. No. >> You hear what you said, >> Jessica? Cop. >> After placing Judy in the back of the patrol vehicle, the officers turned their attention to the victim. But as the victims started talking, they realized that what initially appeared to be a straightforward restraining order violation was about to take a much [music] darker turn. >> Did she steal these from you? >> She undid them so he wouldn't see her at his car. I guess he was watching in the house and videotaped it. >> And I think the camera still works regardless cuz uh >> she Okay, wait. I'm confused. >> I was sleeping. I just got home. Wait, >> he he was home. >> Yeah. Can >> we talk with him though, Bill? Is there a camera that was in the front of your [music] house, too? We >> got two cuz there's two. >> There's three, but she didn't see the third one. But yeah, there's one from the porch. >> So, [music] she came on your property. Don't screw your camera so she won't see you doing what? >> See her? She messed his old man up. It's all [ __ ] up. >> Just now she did. >> Yeah, he has it on camera. >> The mirror and everything. So the prosecutors, I talked to them at police station. They said I had to >> address >> to file down there because >> for a restraining order >> cuz you guys were building a case for a prot temporary protection order. >> Okay. Yeah. Cuz we had already trespassed. [music] >> She threatened to take my kids. >> You came broke the window. >> Yeah. I' I've been here a couple times. >> Yeah. >> So multiple times she [music] has threatened to call children protective services on us. >> Okay. She's threatened to like she just did again in front of you guys. He said that because there was no damaging of the property that um I couldn't do anything until she actually does something. >> Who said that? >> The [music] officer that was here because the the tire she just let the air out. She sat there for a half hour, >> let the air out. >> Did she do that to the mirror? >> She picked that white thing off the ground. Go in the house now. What happened? >> She was trying to break in the other side and then came over to this side and then started punching the the mirror. >> Over at the back of the police cruiser, Judy suddenly made the officers [music] an unexpected offer that left them wondering what she was up to. >> I need to speak to her. >> Okay. >> So, can I please speak to her? >> I don't know. Probably not. >> Why arrest >> are you? So, I can't talk to her >> right now. Why? >> You can't do anything you want while you're under arrest. >> You guys are such, >> you know, I wanted to be a cop [music] until I met you guys. >> Change your mind. >> Yeah, cuz you guys are You don't help people. All you do is everything up. I need to speak to Jess. If I speak to Jess, I will cooperate. >> Why is that going to help the situation? If I speak to her, I will cooperate. If I don't speak to her, I will not cooperate. >> Cooperate in what way? >> You will find out. >> I need to speak to her or I will not cooperate. >> Why do you want to speak with her? >> Because I need to talk. She's my girlfriend. I need to talk to her. >> I'm just trying to figure out. You said we don't help. I'm trying to figure out how to help you. >> Let me speak to her. >> Well, she's not here right now. >> Yes, she is. I just saw her. >> I don't know where she is. >> I literally just saw her walking down the thing. I yelled to her. She's at the house. >> Judy was later charged with theft, possession of a prohibited substance, resisting arrest, criminal trespass, and stalking. Stalking your ex-girlfriend is disturbing enough, but so is stalking your ex-husband. Meet Patricia Carvalo, a psycho wife who earned herself a pair of cuffs after she was caught tailing her husband. She thinks that I'm cheating. She was with my phone with her phone talking to my mother following me over here. Okay. When I'm just trying to just like step out, >> I just basically followed him because I wanted to deescalate and he wanted to call the cops on me. >> On May the 25th, 2024, Vegas officers responded to a scene following a report of an escalating domestic situation. >> Hello, I'm Deputy Johnson, Sheriff's Office. Show no antibody camera. What's going on? >> Sorry. I need my phone. >> Okay. What's your name? >> My name. >> He's already basically heard me. >> Okay. What's your name? >> It's Patricia. He doesn't want to listen to me. I'm trying to deescalate just to talk to him. >> Give it a G. >> Okay. Right where you guys. >> I need my keys and I need the phone. >> 318. >> Hey, >> I need Don't try to hit it like that. Okay. Hey, just back. >> I want everything that is inside that. Do you want me to have the trunk? >> Okay. So, let's stop yelling. Okay, >> sir. I need my phone. >> Hey, stand back. >> I'm not doing anything. I just need my phone and I will walk away. >> Okay, >> stand right there. >> Your phone. >> You want your phone, right? >> Okay, give me one second. Hey, >> get your phone. >> Knock it the off. Okay, >> get your phone. >> And I just fine. >> Stand back by the car. >> No, stay right here. >> No, I'm sorry. >> You guys need to stop acting like children and listen. Okay. Okay. I just saw you throw her phone as well. >> Okay. >> Who paid for the phone? >> Who paid for the phone? >> It doesn't matter who the paid for the phone. Okay. >> Thanks a lot. I'm going to I'm about to lose my whole the one that paid for everything. >> Okay. Can you hang out with her? >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> So, what's going on? >> Thank you. >> What's going on? >> We have been fighting. We're going to therapist and everything. I went to the other room like Patricia stop like let me breathe like I I don't want to talk to you. No, she want to go over there and poke the bear. Poke the bear. I went to the other side. She keep going. I decided that I was going to [music] walk out of the walk. Not even driving. Walk. What she did? [music] Jump on the bed of the truck like I know you're you're not going anywhere. She even called my mom. She even called my [music] boss. After that call, I'm going to lose my whole job. >> Okay. So, what was the argument over? >> What was the argument over? >> Because she think that I'm cheating. >> Okay. >> That's the whole thing. >> Okay. And you guys are married or you guys are >> married. >> Okay. How long you guys been [music] married? >> We have been close to 6 years. >> 6 years. Okay. How long have you guys lived here in town? >> Here in town, I would say close to a year. >> Close to a year. Okay. >> We just moved to from Vegas here. >> From Vegas to here. Okay. Are you guys working anywhere [music] or? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, this you guys are going through therapy. You guys were arguing this this evening. Was it physical or just verbal or >> Okay. And And why did she do that? >> Because she want to snatch the phone away from me. >> So So who's following? >> Over here. We I start walking this way. She was with my phone with her phone talking to my mother following me over here. >> Okay. >> When I'm just trying to just like step out. >> Okay. So, [music] you guys were arguing in the house at at that point. Was it verbal or was it physical? >> Verbal. >> Okay. You guys are just arguing and she thought you were cheating. [music] >> Verbal. >> Okay. And that phone that you threw on the ground, is that yours or >> mine? Because the one that paid for the bill is me. Me. >> Okay. But who who normally uses the phone? >> That's my the one that I slam on the ground. Mine. That's my phone. >> Okay. Where's her phone at? >> She had it with her. >> So, she has both phones now. >> I mean, the one that is my hers. >> Okay. But the the one you throw on the ground? >> Mine. >> That's your dayto-day phone that you use. >> Mine. Mine. Like my own. >> Okay. >> But I don't even know. Like this is ridiculous. Show for all this. >> I get it. So, you guys are arguing cuz you thought you were cheating. Okay. That's neither here nor there. I don't care about. You left the house because you're upset. >> Yeah. You tried leaving >> to like walk away. >> But you tried leaving in a truck and she jumped in the bed of the truck. >> No, I wasn't even going to start driving in the truck. >> Well, didn't you say she got in the bed of the truck? >> Yeah. >> So, you were just going to hang out in the truck? >> Yeah. No, I was just going to walk out >> the same way that I was walking from there here. >> Okay. You were just trying to eat like remove yourself from the situation. >> Yeah. >> Okay. like I have always been doing, okay, >> since we start having all these problems and we start going that we went to the first therapy and everything. >> Okay. >> Always staying away. >> Okay. And at what point did she grab you on your wrist? >> When I was like uh on this street over here. >> Okay. >> The officers knew how delicate handling domestic situations could be, especially when one partner was being accused of infidelity. >> Did you hit her at all? >> Check her. Okay. But when I walked up to you, you had your hand raised when I was standing right between you guys. >> So, what would you do if I wasn't here? >> I was taking the phone away from her because she >> The phone was in your hand, though. >> Why? I have my hands over here. You saw the phone? >> No. >> Check there. >> You I understand, but when I was standing between you guys, did you not raise your hand? >> Okay. >> It may have been to defend yourself. I I just want to get your >> Never to work. Okay. >> Thank you, J. I prefer >> these are just questions and >> these are just questions I have to ask. Okay. >> I know. I know it's your job and everything, but >> and so you were just trying to walk away and she just kept on following you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And one like I gave you the the phone uh phone number of my mom. You can call her and she was on the phone all the time. >> Okay. What did >> Were you guys drinking last night? >> Yeah, I have Yeah, I have a couple beers. >> Okay. That's it. Beer in the house. >> Yeah. No, that's not I just got to ask cuz I got to make note of it. >> I know. >> Okay. How many beards do you think you have? >> I think I have between both of us close to a 10 pack or a 12-pack. >> 12-pack together. So, you guys are both We have a couple shots of pink uh pink reason why I didn't I wasn't going to take my truck. I >> I get it. I appreciate that. Um you guys have any kids together? >> Yep. >> Are they at the house right now? Yep. >> But Zone is five and she's he's over there and she have her daughter that is 15. She's over there on the house as well spending the weekend on her time that she's supposed to be spending with her. >> Okay. Did I hear or say anything last night or you guys left before it happened? >> They they hear the whole thing. >> Okay. >> Even when I'm saying like go away. So when when she grabbed you, was that when you guys were walking or was that when you guys were at the house to cause those scratches? >> No, that was like uh coming out of the door because she would try to block me like and then her nail, you can see her nail is like ripped. It's because of this. >> That that's [snorts] the only physical. >> Yeah. And I bet you that anything that she said that I did that >> What's How do you spell your last name? What's your date of birth? Actually, I think she even have my wallet and everything if I didn't drop it over there like trying to run away from her. Believe it or not, I have been >> one time with all the rides I walk from all the way here. >> Ran tool. That's an even farther walk. >> All the way here just to avoid problem. >> Why don't you scoot back like a foot and uh hang out for me real quick? I'll be right back. Okay. >> All this time, another officer had been questioning Patricia. The officers knew that domestic disputes were rarely straightforward and experience had taught them that both parties often claim to be [music] the victim while minimizing their own role. >> Hey, I'm Deputy Floyd. Just I've got a body camera on so recorded. Okay. >> Oh, yeah. >> What's going on? >> We basically just started fighting at home. I'm sorry. We're a little bit under the influence. >> Thank god we walked. >> But I just basically followed him because I wanted to deescalate and he wanted to call the cops on me. >> Okay. Why did he want to call the cops? to be honest. I don't know. He thinks I'm fighting him or anything. >> He I don't know. He has treated me like garbage. >> I have tried so much to make this work. Meaning our relationship. >> So if I up Okay, my bad. And I'm trying to deescalate this. >> And I'm sorry I'm cussing, but >> it's all right. >> Yeah. >> So you guys have been arguing. >> Yeah. >> And he walked out of the house to kind of get away from you. You followed him >> and maybe it was my bad to do that >> and you said that. >> So what we what we heard what we heard on the phone was what we heard on the phone was somebody saying that you know people were hitting each other. >> You got blood on your finger there. >> It was an accident though because >> what happened? >> He was going upstairs. I guess I was like trying to grab his arm and it just cuz it was long so I just I guess I hit his arm but it wasn't like intentional. >> Okay. And he just got cut a little bit by >> He got cut a little bit. Okay. Any do you have any injuries? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. I get some information from you, man. >> I need to find my glasses. >> Okay. We'll take a look. Stay here for me. >> What's your last name? >> First name. >> Are you currently employed? Yes. >> Where's that at? Okay. What do you do for >> sales and service? Okay. >> You work from home? >> No. >> Where do you work out of? >> No, it's not. >> Okay. >> All right. So, had somebody taken somebody's phone? >> That's what That's what our dispatch was hearing over the >> It's my phone. The phones are under my name. >> Okay. Which phone was it? >> Both of them. >> Well, which phone was >> Oh, I was trying to take the one that was his, but they're mine. >> Okay. Well, I'll tell you this. Even if you pay for the phones, you you can't take his phone from him. That's his property. Okay? I understand that you make the payments on it. But if it's his phone, you can't take it from him. Okay. >> It's mine. So, >> well, in the eyes of the law, you just told me that it's not. Even though you may pay for it, it's phone commonly used by him. You just refer to it as his phone. So, if you take that phone >> Oh, so you're saying I should give it back? >> Yeah. >> After I pay everything? >> Is that phone in your pocket? His >> It is. Yeah. You want me to give it back after he even broke it? to it >> like he broke it. >> Okay. >> And he has finished breaking mine. >> Where's your phone at? >> Broken. Officer, >> ma'am, stay here. Stop. Stop walking in the road. >> I'm just trying I'm not trying to walk on the road. I'm trying to just get my glasses. >> I told you to stay here. I told you to stay here numerous times. Just stay here. >> That's all I'm trying to do. >> Where are your glasses? >> I don't know. I'm trying to find them, officer. >> Well, we can look for them here in a minute, but just through the road. >> So, that's all I'm trying to do. >> Okay. Where could they be? Can you walk with me so at least >> Where could they be at? Just somewhere in the road. >> On the road. Maybe by your car. Maybe they're smashed at this point. I don't know. >> Okay. Deputy Frost will take a look for them. Okay. >> Um they have like um brown maybe like dark brown and light brown, but I don't know. Like I said, maybe they're already broken. I don't know. Officer, do you see >> stuff on me? >> The only thing I saw was just that little bit of blood on your fingernail. That's it. Should you have injuries? >> Did he hit you at all today? >> No. >> He just pushed. >> He pushed you. When did that happen? At the house or out out in the street or what? >> Just here. >> I guess maybe to evade the situation. >> Maybe me too being like stubborn, I guess. To try to >> like >> Was he trying to push you away from him? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, he wasn't trying to push you to knock you down. Well, it was a little bit of both cuz I mean he said it out loud. He's like, "If you don't come, I'm going to knock her out." So, I don't know. >> Okay. >> What's your plan for the rest of the day? >> You know what? My plan for the rest of the day was to spend the day with my children and have a good weekend. >> The officer continued probing Patricia [music] as if he could sense that she was hiding something that would be important to their investigation. Are the kids at home right now? >> Yes, they're sleeping. >> How old are they? >> 15 and five. Okay. >> Have you guys been up all night? >> You know what? To be honest, pretty much. Yeah. >> Okay. What time did you go to bed? >> We had a late start to put it like that. >> And then my airs are >> What's that? >> My AirPods. Do me a favor. Just stay right here. Okay. >> I'm here. >> Can you go and put your hands behind your back? >> You're under arrest for domestic battery. >> What? >> You're under arrest for domestic battery. >> What do you mean? >> I'll explain it to you. >> Why am I under arrest for domestic battery? >> I'll explain to you in a second. Okay. >> He's like, he's been asking mom. His mom was there on speaker. His mom is there. Wait, I tell you. >> What? >> Yeah. >> All right, let's die for you. Okay, we're going to walk back my spot, though. Okay. When we get back, when we get back here, deputy pro. Okay. Is there any in your pocket that can't go to the jail? Is there any drugs? Is there any knives, sliders? My keys. >> Your keys. >> Do you have anything else in your pocket that's going to stick me? Poke me, hurt me. >> No, I don't think so. >> I like the keys and my AirPods. You go ahead and face car and separate people. >> Those are okay. >> Can I open this? >> Yep. When you get there, you can. >> Not my dad, but my daughter. My dad. What is this? I'm going to pull forward at the front. Okay, >> go ahead. Just pull him. I just want my daughter out of there, please. And both keep Kleenex. >> Yeah. Go. You guys swing it. Bucky. Okay. If you go ahead and look that way for me. >> Just please just let me make my own phone call to get my daughter. I'll I'll explain to you. Okay. Give me one second. >> Right there. >> Yep. I'll explain to you. >> Okay. That's not fair >> because he says I'm getting domestic battery and he's not. >> Patricia Cavalo was booked into jail for domestic battery. Speaking of catching stalkers in the act, meet Walter, who was caught hounding a woman he met on a dating app after she [music] broke things off with him. >> I don't want to talk to you. I blocked him from everywhere and the guy keeps like calling me, sending me messages, stalking me every >> That number is still blocked, right? >> Yes. So, how are you contacting her now? >> Well, another >> on February the 11th, 2024 in Kakoa, Florida, police responded to a stalking complaint that at first glance seemed [music] routine. But moments after arriving on scene, they were confronted with a story that was anything but ordinary. >> Somewhere something around them. >> How do you So, how do you know him or how do you >> I was dating him for like two months. We went on like five, six dates and uh not dating like boyfriend and girlfriend. We went out on a few dates and uh and I told him since June 26, I told him, "Stop. I don't want to talk to you. I blocked him from everywhere." And the guy keeps like calling me, sending me messages, stalking me everywhere. He just at some point he just like turn around and say, "Hey, like how are you and like oh she goes on a bunch of dates. Oh, she this and that." And then he told him like he was going to like give him his hand like oh like good luck or something like that. I don't even remember what he told him. >> And then this is you said you filed police report with um >> a few months ago. Yeah. Not with not with Coco. a pilot with Melbourne. >> Melbourne cuz he followed you out there. >> So, he's been calling me and like nonstop like it's been like nonstop and sending me like the birthday present and sending me a bunch of things and I'm like I just don't do just now. Did I tell you like he he drove this way, he drove that way and then when we were like I was literally like washing my feet to get like the sound of the the beach that we were and then he just you know what he did? He parked right next to us. >> He parked right next to us and he started [music] to >> Hey, um >> I'm trying to think. Do you ever check the underneath your car for any tracking devices? >> While Danielle was still talking to them, some of the officers decided to conduct a search on her car. They figured that there was only one way [music] that her stalker could be aware of her location. >> Uh it's going to end up not being our jurisdiction. It's going to be a Melbourne stalking case that she's already filed with. But I guess the guy saw her at fourth street phone station and came her. She thinks there's a tracking device. So she consented to me looking at a couple common places real quick to see if there is a tracking device on here. So she had since her relationship with him. >> Okay. >> She's trained changed vehicles. He shouldn't know that this is her car. Um >> but he's still finding her, >> right? And like they so they sat down, they were eating. He shows up. He sees her. Um, they get uncomfortable and they leave. They go out to the beach. She comes like an hour and a half later and she's standing there rinsing her feet off in the parking lot. I guess there's a water hose at Four Street for people to do that. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> And he comes up right next to him and waves and like just like creepy stuff. Could he be tracking your phone? >> He did send me some pictures a few months ago on a zip file and I never opened it. >> Okay. He He could uh he could be remotely tracking your phone >> that he sent to me. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I got it already. No, no, I got it. >> Oh, I'll help you out. >> I got to go down again. >> Can't help you out. We can use leverage. [laughter] >> You got the one on that? >> Yeah, I did. Yep. >> I'll be good. >> Hold on. Take a picture of it here in my hand with that phone I just handed you. [laughter] Got it. Got it. >> The officers were still searching the young woman's car when a suspicious vehicle driving by caught their eye. The officers pulled the vehicle over and that seemingly simple vehicle would contain more surprises than they expected. >> Walter, get out of the car. Walter. >> Yeah. Okay. >> You're being investigated for stalking, so you are not free to leave at this moment. Do you understand that? Yeah, that's fine. >> So, I have somebody who approaches me on a traffic stop crying her eyes out that you have followed her and her at a restaurant and now here you are driving by us twice. >> And then you sent text messages too while we were out with you. >> One of which was stay out of Cocoa Beach. Who are you? Who do you think you are? What gives you the right to tell someone that? Are you the president of Cocoa Beach? >> No, I'm not. >> What is your issue? >> I'm not. Let me put a shirt on. You put a shirt on. You have any idea in there? You got your Massachusetts ID with you? >> I do. >> Do you realize this is not look good at all? I just don't understand what would compel you. She's sitting down at dinner with another guy, right? Your relationship with her was very clearly ended by her, right? Why would you even try and talk to her? And then 2 hours later after she's been out on the beach again, try and make contact with her in the in the parking lot of Fourth Street Filling Station. >> I didn't do that. >> Can you take your hand out of your pocket for me? >> Yeah. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Oh, of course. >> So, you're telling me that 2 hours ago you didn't go to dinner at Four Street Filling Station or did you? >> Well, no. I stopped at Fourth Street to meet with friends. >> Okay. Which is You're right. It's a public place and it's near your home. >> And then I bumped into her. >> Okay. >> And then I did have some words with her. >> Okay. And then she says she went to the beach for like an hour and a half. And when she came back and she was rinsing her feet off, you come up next to her and you start waving at her. >> Where was it? Where was she breathing? like rinsing her feet almost >> at four street >> where her vehicle was still parked >> there. I was at Cat 5. >> Yeah, Cat 5. >> Yeah. >> Show that at Cat 5 that you never left. >> What the video? I left like three times. >> Okay. So, where did you go when you left? >> I stayed at Cat 5. I went home. I came back to Cat 5. I >> Why did you go home and come back to Cat 5? >> Yeah. I said why? Why? >> I was the number four. >> Tired. I wanted to go home for a little bit and then my friend texted me. So, I decided to come back. >> Okay. Do you have anything to drink at Cat 5? >> Uh, two beers. >> Two beers. And what kind of period of time? >> Over about a 4hour period. >> Okay, that's that's reasonable. Pretty steady on your feet. I don't see you swaying. You got a little bit of bloodshot, but it's not anything that would lead me to believe that you're intoxicated while driving. But at the same time, you know what alcohol's biggest symptom is in human beings? >> It affects our judgment. >> You think that maybe our judgment tonight has been a little halfbrained? >> I agree. So, I stopped at Fourth Street to meet a friend. I saw her with a date. I made a bad move by walking up to them and that was a bad move. You know, I hadn't seen her in about four or five months, maybe three. >> And I made a bad move. I I told her, you know, another Bumble day. You're another Bumble Day. You're going to come to Cocoa Beach. You know, it would I would appreciate it if you didn't come to Cocoa Beach. And that was a mistake. Now, Walter was trying to make the officers believe that he wasn't stalking Danielle and that he had always met her by a stroke of luck. >> Well, there's a bunch of other text messages from the other number that she had saved from your primary. >> Yeah, I asked her to not come to Copa Beach. >> No, the other phone. Not Not the text tonight. All the other text messages you've been sent her over the past week. >> The past week? >> Yeah. >> I have not >> past few weeks, I should say. >> I have not contacted her in at least like months. >> No. And I asked her like >> I don't know how to respect myself. I mean she >> So when I sub when I subpoena your phone records, >> it's going to show you the subpoena phone number that contacted her. >> Yes. >> It's going to come back to you and show you haven't contacted her in weeks from the other phone number >> weeks. Yes. >> You just said months, didn't you? >> Now now it's weeks >> cuz I said >> So let's let's lay it out. Let me break it down. >> Let me break it down. I just want the truth. So, the two of you dated for I think she said four or five total dates over a couple week period, right? >> We did for about 3 months. >> 3 months. Okay. >> I mean I mean it. >> And then she goes home to Colombia to visit her family. >> At this point, it doesn't matter. >> And she tells you that she no longer wants to continue dating you and to leave her alone. Is that is that fairly accurate? >> That's not exactly what she said, but yeah. >> Was she up her sister updated her Bumble profile and you said you texted her and said, "Hey, you're updating your Bumble profile. I thought we were dating. Is that is that not how that went? >> Wow. She's giving you the whole deal. >> Yeah. >> Um, no. It's not exactly what happened, but yeah. >> But it's pretty close, right? So, I'm on the right path here. >> Whatever she want. >> So, she told you, "Hey, it's not working out. Whatever's going on, Told you, leave me alone." >> She did not say that, but but whatever she told. >> At any point, did she tell you she didn't want you to text her anymore? >> No. >> At any point, did your number stop calling her and suddenly get blocked? I mean it did get blocked. >> Okay, that number is still blocked, right? Yes. >> So, how are you contacting her now? >> Well, it was another number. >> So, why if your number gets blocked, why would you create another number to contact the number of the person who blocked you? They obviously >> it's reasonable to believe that they don't want you talking to them, right? >> I made a bad decision >> and they told you to stop several times. >> I I bumped into her down fourth street. I used a like alternate number app to ask her like, "Can you please not come to Coco Beach?" I mean, you can check her text messages. You can tell like >> Oh, she showed them to us. >> Yeah. >> And my lieutenant's over there still looking at them. >> And I asked her not to come to Coco Beach. I said, "Please don't bring." Next question is, "Why were you in the parking lot right here?" >> Here. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Why'd you drive through our the parking lot here? I I seemed like I don't know. >> Another bad decision, right? >> Another bad decision. >> You realize how this looks totally totality of the circumstances. It looks like you're stalking her. >> You're driving on a license that you should have a Florida license by now. Your tag is Something's wrong with your tag. Something about insurance. So, >> Massachusetts has suspended your tag. Not legal to drive this vehicle. >> I just got my insurance reinstated. Well, Mass >> Massachusetts has said that >> says they don't want you to have a tag anymore, >> right? >> Can I ask you a question? >> I will answer your question with complete honesty. What's your question? >> Am I getting arrested tonight? >> There's a good chance, man. >> There's a decent chance. Now, if you start being completely and totally honest with me and stop saying, "Oh, couple weeks, couple months when you literally texted her tonight, know that anytime we ask a question, yes, >> we already know the answer." No, I'm completely compliant. >> Armed with enough evidence to corroborate the victim's account, the officers placed Walter in handcuffs. For most cases, that would have been the end of the story. But for these officers, the biggest surprise was still waiting. [music] >> Hands behind your back for me. >> You have anything illegal on you? Is there anything from there? >> And then you take back off. So I hopped in my car and then he hopped in his car, came that way, and I came this way. Well, I was confused when I pulled up. >> They're both facing the correct way. And that car's facing the wrong way behind. >> Is that it? >> It's a spy device. It's literally called Spy Techch GPS. He's got a receipt in here for Speedo Vanquisher 2.0. >> He has a GPS. >> I bet he does. >> Right. >> Yes, I do. I don't have any on my hands. >> I have a pro feeling his security clearance is probably going to have issues. >> Yeah, I think so. >> [music] >> Um, >> yeah, we need to look at our car again. >> Is that the same symbol that was on that spy thing? >> Yeah. >> Yep. That's how you keep it on someone's vehicle. >> Wonder if he took it off at the beach. >> Very well could have. >> I'm confused by this date. Date 11 1 2024. >> He bought it today. I'm not sure when I look up. >> So, he was trying to put it on tonight. >> While the search was ongoing, one of the officers was interrogating [music] Danielle again, hoping to get to the bottom of the situation. >> What was the What was the date of of uh the most recent incident? >> Before today? >> Yeah. >> I don't know. >> So, it would have been tonight, correct? >> The the the most recent incident today. >> Uh-huh. >> Yeah. Like today. >> Okay. And has there been anything else before today? >> Yes. >> Anything suspicious going on? >> Yeah. Yeah, he has contacted me. >> About how long has it been going on? >> Since June 20 26, I think I asked him to stop contacting me. >> Okay. And then he just kept um I blocked him on June July 2nd, but I asked him to stop contacting me on June 26th. >> Okay. So June 26 and then July what? You blocked him >> from my phone. I blocked him on July 2nd. >> July 2nd. Okay. And this was all this year, right? This past year. >> Yes. 2024. >> Okay. Yeah. Okay, thank you. Thank you. Um, let me see here. Uh, do you do you know the suspect personally? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you would be able to point him out in court? >> Yes. >> If you were to uh and are you willing to point him out in court? >> Yes. >> Okay. And um just go ahead and explain the circumstances leading up to tonight. you know, kind of give me a brief overview if you'd like. So, >> or or be as exhausted as you want. If you want to go all the way back to the 26, that's fine as well. >> Okay. So, we before the 26, we went we met on Bumble. Uh we went to a few dates. Um I realized that he was a little bit aggressive uh or that he had tendencies of being aggressive. Um so, I didn't like that. I [music] just tried to like distance myself from him, telling him like that I wasn't ready for a for a relationship, that I just didn't know how to tell him, [snorts] >> right? >> And like stay away [music] from him. I that I wanted to keep like being friends, that he could go out on dates with other people, that I wasn't ready for anything, but he could like never it seems like he never understood the things [music] I was short. I was uh not so sure with my answers and everything and I was just friendly, but he just kept being like kept going. Anyway, so while I was there in Colombia visiting my family, [music] this is June. He texts me while I'm at the gym in Colombia and he tells me that he has seen my bombo profile and that I have updated my bombo profile a couple of times since I got there. Now, this is uh I didn't have him on Bumble. I still to this day have no idea how he figured out that I had changed my Bumble profile over because >> I I didn't have him on Bumble at that point. And uh my my area like the area where I was [music] um like picking people was like um very narrow cuz I didn't want to find anybody in Colombia. I had like my [music] my profile said >> I'm looking for somebody in the space cuz I wasn't looking for like to date anybody in Colombia. >> Okay. Um, my sister works in advertisement, so she was the one who updated my profile over there because she knows how to pick things and to make things more engaging. Anyway, so he did say that, which I thought it was very creepy. And I asked him to like just stop. Maybe I I have not been clear enough and maybe I have misled you in some way, but I'm just going to be clear enough. I'm not interested and just let's just leave things as they are. >> And when did you say that? >> June 26th. >> June 26th. Okay, fantastic. >> She continued her narration of events until one of the officers came to break the news that would change everything. >> Okay, continue. >> And then he just became a little bit aggressive on his text messages. He started saying um uh didn't you think that I would like like to know? Uh no that was after um he he started asking me like why and uh then [snorts] I said like I like I really don't don't know you. I don't know like if I had seen you in like your family setting if I had seen your family or your friends or something like [music] that I could have tell how you like were with other people. I don't know you. Mhm. >> I I I was fearing that he was aggressive, but I didn't know if it was just me, the one who was feeling that. So, I I I like I felt like and then and then I said like I saw a few things that I didn't like about you and I just don't I don't feel like I want to go out with you. Didn't you think that that would be something that you should have told me? Like why didn't you tell me what is it and like why can't you just explain? But he was just like escalating a little bit on his text messages and being more pushy. So I told him, "Just stop. Like I don't want to go back and forth. Please stop. Let's [music] just stop." >> And he just kept going and going and going. >> Okay. >> Bring you up to speed. We found an additional tracking device on the passenger side of her car. >> Okay. Thank you. >> In the same case. >> All right. >> And then I have no >> in my car >> tracking. >> Yep. But we took it out. We took it out. Plus, he's in jail, so you'll be fine tonight. Okay. >> You got a tracking >> there? There is There appears to be a tracking device on your car. We don't know. We can What's the word I want to use? We have reasonable suspicion that that was put there by him. Um, and that's But but listen to me. Listen to me. Look at me. The reason you and I are talking right now is because we're taking this serious and he has now stalked you in Cocoa Beach. Regardless of what Melbourne PD may have charges as well, we're going to have charges tonight. Okay. >> So, he's going to go to jail. He's going to be given a zero bond tonight. >> In the end, Walter was booked into jail for one count of cyber stalking and one count of simple stalking.
