on October 31st 2024 police officers responded to meet with the victim of an assault who reported he was walking down the street when another man began to yell at him followed him and hit him in the back of the head and neck for no apparent reason other officers were walking in the area where it happened and observed the suspect a short time later officers observed the suspect nearby where he was
