School bullies love to believe that they can mess around school and freely walk away with it but what happens when it becomes necessary to make them accountable for their irresponsibility from learning the hard way that they could not get away with carrying to school you know what I should have let you bring it to the jail so you get charged with another phone no no no I'm sorry I'm sorry put that right over there why are you bringing on school Qui campus W I left that in my backpack to believing that they could bully their way into campus after being suspended from school don't touch me don't touch me let me go to this bully who thought that she was too young to go to jail because y he trying to take me to jail I'm too young to go to jail get that three head I don't want to go here are several examples of when school bullies learned that they could not just get away with anything starting with the case of these two sisters who thought they could beat up another student without serious consequences of here on May the 8th 2024 what started as a typical day at a high school quickly spiraled into chaos when two sisters decided to take matters into their own hands the school officer was called To The Bus Loop expecting to deal with a routine altercation however it turned out that this was no ordinary School fight for no reason the two sister sisters Latrice and lenise lashed out at another student without provocation What followed was a harsh reality check that would leave them questioning their actions you I was about to saying I was about your sister yeah come on man come on let's go oh what happened no cuz all everything was going good you know I I don't have I don't have a temp so um I'm telling everybody not to sit with me she she she came in the girl was the like she goty she came in barging the conversation about are you good cuz you're doing too much and that's when I got like that kind of like got me it cuz like who who are you talking ha IIT she she try to start with me she get her big ass off yeah so the girl are here I don't really know what happened I was driving but um there is some boys back here that that videoed I kep to stop and they videoed it anyway they have on video do you want to speak to them too you got we got cameras if they don't want they might we got it that's how that's it all right um y'all going to act right you going to keep your mouth shut I you going to keep your mouth I don't do you okay but you going to keep your mouth sh to me while we walk that's all right all right come on no we did come on come initially this seemed to be some sort of joke to her and she probably didn't understand the severity of the situation however as reality began to sink in she attempted to explain her side of the story but her account didn't align with the evidence you've been bothering her talk all right have a seat and I know don't care but if I stop like if my you see see how red my arm is turning he tried to loosen it up you see that but this ven thing is tagging on my lip he just Loos this all right so which one's making it this is the one that's still tight I put my whole hand in there yeah but ow that hurts it's still tight you see my arm is turning red yeah then stop moving around stop moving around but I can't go look at this it's singing in my skin well stop moving around it could cuz you moving around all right this is going to be quick okay quick and painless all right you know you know you know what your Miranda warnings are all right I'm going read those to you and then if you want to talk to me talk to me if you don't want to talk to me then you don't want to talk cool you still going to jail so doesn't change anything right you don't know about art I got to read it for the card I do know that heart but I still got to read it my heart you have the I have to read it from the card you have the right to remain silent anything say can will be used against to a court of law you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have them present with you while you're in questioned if you cannot afford a hire a lawyer one will be appointed a represent you before any questioning if you wish you can decide at any time to execute these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you having these rights in mind you wish with some well my sister kept saying that she want to like s with her and it's kind of get annoying to me too so I was just like don't she say this and then oh my God how feel is so then I look back there and she was starting to say louder and then the girl inside her was like oh my God that's so aggravating she was like are you she was like are you good keep saying that are you good and my sister I already knew she don't get upset about it a [ __ ] start I think F that's my I had it in my head they're going to fight and then I look behind me they were fighting and then I got up and then I started to help my sister yeah I did doesn't matter what you're writing when you got involved how did you want to help your sister um I don't know how to explain it like my intentions were not to get into the fight but then at the same time I was just like I don't know it was kind of hot you know I don't never know what to do honestly my real intentions was not to fight but then it happened the same yeah my was to get up and stop them but then I don't know what happened I just get up and then I kind of like went the opposite like it wasn't just cuz I don't I wasn't because I don't I don't know to explain it it wasn't to like hurt anybody in the way as the officer delved deeper into the incident inconsistencies in her stories began to emerge the older sister's attempts to downplay her involvement quickly unraveled in the face of evidence exposing the true nature of her actions with the expulsion on the table and the possibility of criminal charges looming the reality of their actions began to set in well when you stomping on somebody and you kicking someone's head what do you think is going to happen I was trying to stop her from holding on to my sister she was just holding on to her and just I don't know honestly I can't remember what exactly happened because I wasn't really like there all there moment but I can't remember like 100% like I don't even know who hit first Hest I can't really remember well I don't think I seen that part but like um yeah I'm going to admit I did hit her oh I know I know you hit her I know that but I mean honestly I don't know why I kicked her I don't really know why but it probably multiple times not just once well like yeah I don't know to exp it but yeah I don't remember kiing her multiple times either I probably I just probably don't remember it but I I kicked her but I don't think I Ked that many times you want to you want to fix your statement I didn't write a statement you want to fix what you telling us cuz there's video I Know It video but I'm trying to tell you when they started fighting I'm trying to stop it but at the same time that's my sister so I got to help I'm not going to let my sister get but I'm not going to let your sister was not getting whooped well I'm not going to let them I'm not to let my sister fight by so I'm just saying it doesn't look good when there's a girl on the ground she's beating the snot out of her and then you start kicking that's what you do that is what you do on on top of everything on a bus on a vehicle on the road surrounded by cars we went through this last year already you acting like I started the fight you had no business you jum in you you coming abouten she's got quen but consequences but I'm just telling you the severity of you we go by the code of conduct okay we've got to talk to administ ation go ahead and write your statement but typically when someone jumps in on a fight I don't care if it's your brother sister whatever you're jumping in and that's expulsion that's that's typically an expulsion request on your senior year yeah y'all acting like she's so different okay just she would okay but you coming y'all coming at us because you supposed wait okay itn't no I'm not I don't feel some type of way I'm just explaining to you the consequences for you you no because I saw how what happened on the bus I'm disappointed you know that is another person if it was just your sister yes and that girl fighting I would be like you know what all right but the fact that you got into that fight your sister was not getting whooped your sister your sister but there was no you said you said I got in it I got in it to separate my sister you did absolutely zero separating I was trying to separate you made no no no no no you made over you went over and pushed her again when she hand you made zero she was holding on to my hair and then I I grabbed her hands and pushed her away from me yes I did I know you're 18 y 18 already yeah great eventually and following School protocol the school invited their mother to the school initially she tried to cover up for her daughter's irresponsibility till proof of covered video evidence was shown to her this made it clear that the entire family even the mother viewed the situation as unremarkable what seemed dramatic to Outsiders to them was not a big deal highlighting how their perception differed from what was expected in such circumstances so um so basically the girls got into um f another young lady uh L Lise that's a small one yes Lise went on the bus csing upset about something nobody know and um next thing you know she's fighting a girl and then lrice joins in fighting the young lady so they both receiving consequences from the school and also from the SRO so um do you have any questions for me so Latrice so let me tell you what happened cuz I I can give you more all right I know she said it's lamise but on all of our paperwork is lenise so lenise was upset she was in a bad mood telling people don't sit next to me get the F away from me don't effing sit here some girl took offense to that and just said hey like calm down like you don't have to be rude let me told her shut the f up the girl's like dude just chill lenise gets up and gets in the girl's face the girl stands up Lise just starts wailing on her Latrice at at the front of the bus comes to the back and just starts wailing on the girl too and they start both going at it with this girl the girl is on the ground lenise is on top of her just going in and Latrice is at the girl's head going in starts kicking her and everything Latrice Latrice can't fight Latrice is the boy just this so I'm trying to figure out what was this cuz I'm after off she wasn't in a bad mood so I don't know what could have been what could have happen some boy said his mom said she is something and after that she just what tiny tiny tiny tin I'm not helping tiny what are you doing [ __ ] of me get me get the off of me some boys tries to step in to separate them they still are going in at it so all that had caused the bus to have to pull over and everything so the girls are going to be placed under arrest they're going to be charged with battery and disruption of a school function okay they're going to be taken to Marion County Jail and booked in processed they will have a bond um the bond will be either a TH or 1,500 I have to be I have to review it having watched the video and getting to understand the true extent of her daughter's aggression the gravity of the situation became increasingly apparent as she learned of the potential consequences that awaited her daughters I was reading what Latrice said that didn't match what she said so Latrice was telling me while they're walk while I'm walking into school she's like I didn't do nothing I didn't do nothing I was I didn't do nothing and then I see the video she said she tried to separate the fight that's what she told and the girl held her here and she held the girl's hand and say let me go that's what she told me too so this is not the same person she told me somebody a boy and a girl that could ride a school bus the boy pushed her this was last week the boy pushed her and the guys who you know ride a bus with her was like hey don't don't just don't worry about it don't worry about it don't worry about it so she said she let it go I don't know if this the same sister do she have a brother cuz if that's not the same person I don't know lamise was good this morning so I don't know what could have escalated when she got to the bus stop a little boy told her something his mom said about her I can't this is my notes in my so that's the little boy that they pushed her last week no no it seems like someone she friends with like he would say my mom say you're very like Rowdy like something like that and she took offense to it and after that she got in L said she got in her oh God latri said she got in her mood afterwards so I said why don't you have your sister sit next to you since you didn't want no one to sit next to you cuz you can't just tell not to sit I told her the same thing I said and I said Latrice why didn't you sit next to your sister knowing that no I sit in the front I don't have time for that as I said because of the incident that happened two years ago I think with the school bus so this is why I'm like I'm back in in scare squ one like she told me that um oh and just let you know they said if you believe that young lady over them they're moving out today one what they going H nobody don't care about my sister the small one say I'm leaving cuz I know she's going to pick her side over mine so just want to let you know so I don't know I I'm just living at a video so I don't basically know what escalated before cuz the video just starts where they just started fighting so like I told them I say only way you you defend yourself if somebody putting their hands on you Latrice text me and told me that the only reason why she got in involved when she really wasn't involved is because the girl had the nie on the floor punching her in her face but I see the opposite I'm not here to take up for them like this like I tell them this is your last year what you shouldn't be I don't care if somebody talking about my mama I'm getting up out of here like I've been talking to Lenny for the past two weeks I got her on an office schedule I've been telling her to take a test cuz she needs to pass the test graduate and she need to fix some classes to graduate and ever since I got here last year November she didn't talked to me at all she felt like I don't need to be in her business I said I'm not in your business I'm just trying to tell you you got to get your classes together you can't just be walking around when you could be using this time to fix your classes this I'm so tired of this I am really tired of this Lise feel like somebody can't say get and she just want to rout up like she's like that at home me is like she just get upset can't nobody say anything to her she is offensive like very that's why I'm surprised with Latrice Latrice is more of the one like I'm going break it up and and stop in this but when I see the video I'm like yeah there was no so I went back into the office initially I believed her she was like I she was like I didn't do nothing I said all right and then I got video and I go into the office and I'm like you sure you want to you want to keep that like what you just said she's like I was just breaking it up I said you you did absolutely zero breaking it up like there was no and then she says well I didn't want my sister to get get whooped and I said your sister was nowhere near getting beat up I said your sister was on top of this girl and um they kind of she kind of laughed at it and I said well now we got serious consequences in a surprising turn the sisters maintained their boastfulness even as they were LED away in handcuffs their attitude in the face of serious consequences revealed a disturbing lack of understanding about the gravity of their situation however their scornful didn't guarantee them a walk in the park instead it ensured that they would face the full course of the law their misplaced confidence was about to collide head on with the harsh reality of the justice system oh no come on it didn't hurt come on let's see if you going to be that happy when we get there oh I know I I got we going to go this way they adults oh are they yeah done damn they getting booked in a big boy jail yeah y yep yep yep they're sisters so nice I don't need copies of it okay um I think that's it if she could move them oh smell that yeah cuz the trash is back here it smells like n you mind speaking of a bully learning that they can't get away with just anything meet this 19-year-old school girl who for some reason thought it was an awesome idea to carry to school and when caught try to play a fast one by blaming others that's someone else's okay it's someone else's all right I don't have it you decided it was a good idea to take in possession all this stuff knowing it's illegal and the you're an adult and then you're an adult yeah what is that in your pants I can see it what is it what are you concealing it's my cart just take it a March the 26 2024 a high school resource officer investigated a reported incident on campus after searching a student's bag and finding suspicious cartridges the officer confronted the 19-year-old student the student Carefree attitude raised concerns and she seemed to believe that she could easily avoid the consequences of being caught with whatever she was carrying with her at least until she began to learn that she might have been in a bit more than she could chew when informed of potential legal ramifications she attempted to downplay the situation but the deputy was unmoved he emphasized the seriousness of bringing illegal substances to a high school making it clear that her desires were Irrelevant in the face of the law here's the thing so you're an adult right yeah I don't know you're apparently new here she's 19 she's right so you're an adult right so here's the deal like you go if I I don't know exactly how this is going to go but one of the cards on the table is you're going to jail today wait what correct depending on what those are there's a possibility that you may go to jail today right so it's because someone reported you have illegal substances in your possession but everyone at school does too everybody yes every single kid not every single kid but some do and matter of so you're not you wouldn't be the first kid I arrested this school year so here's and I can promise you you're not going to be the last I want to be arrested okay this is not how life goes you don't get to choose when you bring illegal stuff to a high school when you bring illegal stuff to a high school what you want kind of goes out the window I don't know if you understand that but so here here's my other thing is I think that what you have is the pen that these screw into no I don't right here I don't that's someone else's okay it's someone else's all right have it you don't have took it who took it is it someone who goes to school here the person that literally probably named me here okay so what I'm she asked you for your name then proceeded to give you felonious items items that can result in a felony criminal charge for you to hold and when were you going to meet up when are we going to give it back to this person in the bathroom later what bathroom like I don't know they go into different bathrooms so so how were you going to give it back to them what was the plan so people just give people stuff and just say I will find you later yeah that's how it works this is the first I'm hearing of this very rarely is it that much of a shadow but today she did ask me hey can you hold this [ __ ] and then ask me my name and then now I'm right here for the first time ever for this type of stuff and I'm about to get arrested you know it's illegal if I give you a gun and I say you hold it for are you going to hold it gun okay so if I give you you going to hold it for me no it's just that I didn't know I give you you going to hold it for me who do you live with grand so what are you doing what are you you're an adult what are you doing this is how you solve it by offering Kids on Campus this is how you dude kids what do you think what do you think here oh my God those are not mine as the questioning progressed the students story began to unravel her explanations became increasingly unconvincing revealing a pattern of deception that only deepened her trouble drawing on years of experience the deputy saw through her lies he reminded her of her adult status emphasizing the gravity of her actions and their potential consequences why are you holding for my friend that's being depressed or that's being no I think being depressed and holding for your friend are two different things my friend for you thankk you no oh my God they're not mine holding them unfortunately I just want you to understand no I understand you don't have to dumb it down for this person doesn't if we can't locate this person this person doesn't come forth and identify it as theirs you're going to be responsible for it and you I know I am and that's why I'm really stressed out okay and so whatever you have on your person cuz I think you stop stop stop stop I'm not arrest anyway stop I'm going to turn it over to law enforcement so whatever I don't have any whatever you have you got to just give it to Mrs we're going to step out you're going to give it to Mrs Dupont no and it's going to go I don't have anything okay then this then this is what happens because it is now turned over to law enforcement and law enforcement has a female officer come in in a secluded room and they search you so here's the deal and that's if it goes that way if it doesn't then you're going to go to the jail and they're going to search youil they're going to search you at the jail and if you bring something to the jail a felony an additional felony so right now if you have anything we're going to it is important that you just give it to us we're trying to help you this is done if you have something on you they will escort you to the jail they will search you there if you have something on you at the jail SE every person that comes into the jail that I know that they do full searches so you have something like where is the where is the where's the piercing located is it like do we not have any more awkward questions see are you going to jail for the first time in my whole life I feel like I feel like I feel like I feel like we're all being adults about this situation okay but this is my first time going to jail do you think I'm feeling I I understand that but I'm we're trying to have an adult conversation here I understand again you chose to get this piercing so it's like I know can't be that much of a surprise we having this conversation well I need to ensure that I need to ensure that what's going on here is that's actually what it is yeah I understand that so I I've been nothing but professional with you obviously I'm frustrated by the situation because like I don't understand why you're not understanding what's going on I understand that can I I need use the bathroom the restroom need PE you cannot use the restroom at all cuz you're now in the place no I know I know that at this point as the deputy and his companions kept questioning her about the source of the inner possession her narration became increasingly complex the more she explained the situation the more complicated it became the officer with his level of experience allowed her to have the best of her time feeling on top of the situation at least for now this other person gave you up and that's what you're saying besides blonde and glasses what does this person look like she's and what bathroom was this did this take place what bathroom in what time um do you not recall I've heard some my other friends say that some people love to tell on them on purpose even if they also smoke as well people someone telling on somebody else no they have hate you have no idea blonde hand glasses what restroom was it um I think where wait wait wait wait um what classroom was it here what class were you leaving downstairs and um second building to what time they just asked me my name but you said as you to hold no I didn't anything no they asked you said that this person asked you to hold their stuff for them yeah so it was downstairs to or between what classes um fifth so it's during fifth yeah or and I heard someone nearby say oh watch out there's a tattle tail in here in the middle of fifth period either during class during or uh before or after during before after doesn't that's like an hour time frame that doesn't really help me I'm we're trying to help we're trying to you ask you before before period downstairs 200 before fifth period in the bathroom in the bathroom Okay do you remember what she was wearing she have any distinguishing features glasses glasses downstairs 200 building restroom before fifth period is the one that she she gave you the stuff in the bathroom or outside of the bathroom inside if it was outside I'm pretty sure C like in the in front of the bathroom or in the bathroom inside of the bathroom okay she she gave her that stuff asked her her name hey what's your name I sent and I left well break it down for me the whole situation oh I went to the restroom okay talking to some of my friends okay um and then she um she was like Hey can you she was in there she came in after she was in there she came in and I'm pretty sure some of her friends were smoking with her did you see them yeah okay so you're not pretty sure you you saw them smoking and uh one of her friends like oh remember last time and then you know and then she came no I don't know what that means like I don't like it's because of I can't arrest you I can't charge you for you buying weed in the past so that's what you did or that's what happened in the past I can't oh my God you're just not waiting okay so you're not explaining it so she came up to me after me talking to her friend and then she's like hey can you hold my stuff and then she um I was about to leave she's like what's your name and then I say and then I leave what was her friend's name how did she give it to you like in your hand the bag in my hand in your hand well her being 19 like she's not to take the ride so how does she hand you he's like can can you hold these These are empty and you said sure yeah they're empty are they though yeah you sure about that I mean some of these have THC oil in them just told me they're empty I guess at one point they stopped working sure how are you supposed to me she told me you should know not to take things from strangers especially that are related I think that's what you should know versus whether they're empty or not in common sense unfortunately being kind being kind by taking or use don't use drugs they're saying uh taking the carts from someone that wanted you to hold them for it and then she asks you your her name if you want to church them up if you want to church it up however you want Church it I'm not I'm not Christan that's it's a figure of speech this is not like what I'm saying is you're taking it and you're sugar coating it it's not sugar coating cuz so taking paraphernalia from somebody you put pronouns on it theid that's what it is it's paraphernalia okay in the eyes of the law there's no uh possession of a cart it's possession of a THC oil possession of paraphernalia right so I speak in legal terms I don't care what the kids say what cuz the kids are the reason why you're in this position no I know that as the interrogation progressed the deputy pressed for more details about the alleged person who gave her the cartridges however her responses remained vague and inconsistent further compromising her credibility unknown to her it wouldn't take forever before the truth would come out let's not talk like kids let's talk like adult cuz you're an adult went to jail in Miami because this girl said I had a gun at school they checked my bag and everything and I even showed them the text messages of her going to my house literally fighting me and also they found nothing it was my birthday sure I understand that is a situation that why did you live in Miami cuz I thought you came from Georgia did you Miami I came from Miami then I went to Georgia cuz my mom moved us yeah I don't know what the situation was in Miami I have nothing to do with that um what I can tell you is we have illegal you're going to have to watch out a ton of kids we're in the process of doing that no they're BEC coming addicts I understand that why element school students too I'm that's why I'm here wait why Elementary School students because of people like you who are engaging in allowing this came out first I said she asked me my name before I left she what she look like blonde glasses tan what she wearing what color hair blonde blonde what she wearing glasses wearing yeah what normal teenagers girls wear give me a color shirt pants any identifying factors so all I'm looking for is a blonde female tan with glasses yeah that one your twoo tall short before fifth period shortish shortish like my height so what happens when that this female doesn't exist then what are we going to have another conversation asked my name the rest and you didn't ask her name why would I just a act suspiciously her fidgeting Behavior caught the officer's attention raising their concerns that she could be concealing something when confronted she initially denied having anything to hide about her actions and motives her responses swung between Defiance and remorse revealing a compx mix of emotions and rationalizations you've been lying about four of them because you have four cartridges you weren't lying about two of them no cuz I only have two boxes you told me you told I'm scared because you're fine yeah of course I'm not fine and you also told us you told me quote principal again so that she didn't get hit or anything because of what she was doing the officer grabbed her by her side okay happen now like cuz I got to go already um like I said like I know I mean my daughter has never given me any problems and she was here as a parent I was your kid and they said Dad come pick me up I'm waiting for you here and said why I want my daughter to be and I got here and nobody would tell me it might be the alcohol I don't know I don't know is that okay for me though is that okay for the parents to be hysterical and nobody says nothing about their daughter your daughter have't calm down till now her mom tried to justify her daughter's actions yet we all know it wasn't going to get her anywhere that's not your your your definition of the safety is not as in she's in our custody can I go back not yet there's not enough room there's so many people why is everybody in there though because she's acting not the way she is I know have to be in the officer come on it's not fair everybody does not have to be there you got to citation we have two security guards in there two female security guards okay we have the principal and assistant principal and the officer okay that's how many people are in there in that small room people they're not on her they're not touching her they're not she's the one that's more verbal than anybody else she's cussing and we're going to detain her she's detained now and she's been charged soon as we're done with paperwork and everything she has Poss is going to get suspended obviously from the school I'm from the school oh but she's going to get turned over back to I'm sorry she is going to get turned over when we're done back to how long I going to be because apparently whenever I called 911 you w here I was an incident that happened on March the 7th on Tuesday at SI Middle School okay the things that he did was appropriate you know getting my daughter on the headlock on the ground and having all these other Securities like get on top of my daughter one of them was going to on top of my daughter okay and I want to know um cuz I'm sure it be anybody else's kid if somebody says hey this person tlew me down and somebody hits me I 12 because they threw me on the ground and my daugh is only 13 the officer threw me on a charge on that officer for battering my daughter cuz he has no right regardless of what they're trained nobody has a right to throw anybody on the ground and have a bang their head and head their leg press on on their head for what in the end she was charged with battery on school Personnel resisting and minor in possession of alcohol up next is a case of this high schooler who tried to bully her way into campus after suspension wrong way you got don't touch me don't touch me don't make it worse than what it need to be you got to leave you have to leave campus on May the 22nd 2023 officers responded to a high School call regarding a student refusing to leave the school premises what started as a routine disciplinary matter was about to escalate a school officials faced an unexpected challenge when a student who had been previously suspended came back to school against the school rules when the officer arrived he hopes for a quick resolution however he soon realized that this case was far from straightforward as he approached the defiant student tensions began to rise hinting at the complex drama that was about to unfold let's go let's go let's go then thank you if you go anywhere besides the front office well I am let's go come on man she needs to go was revealed that this wasn't the first time she had to face disciplinary measures hinting at a pattern of problematic Behavior this is one of the ones from the um smoking incident next day she showed up here so we gave her she's on campus to finish her St said that there was nothing to get completed can you so we gave her the opportunity once more to leave campus did not want to leave campus finally got her out of Miss Owen's room started walking towards the front door decided to take a detour grabed by her arm she's like I was like no you're going the wrong way let me go and started pulling away from me and now we're here so this is really not about us this is about graduation and not not me m so it's projected at the wrong place exactly besides the fact that besides the fact that her actions led up to this I don't [Music] C the school administrators provided more context about her history and the circumstances leading up to this incident it became apparent that there was more to the story than just a simple refusal to leave campus the student being a senior with only classes daily was told not to come to school as she hadn't passed her sat she showed up anyway and refused to leave when found in class this led to a removal from campus as the situation unfolded the student tried to play a game that backfired straight in her face again she had the privilege of being treated as a typical high schooler but she was 19 years old making her legally an adult this fact added a new layer of complexity to the already tense situation you were supposed to be here to begin with I think that be paper that next day my referral paper today Miss come back and make my work look at my team Miss hofman said I could come back and make up my work today I had the messages from Co you ready to listen are you ready to listen Miss Hoffman is a teacher I am an assistant principal Dean Magna as a dean we had communicated to you that you were expected not to come back no I didn't yes you did I your mom via email and on the phone so miss Hoffman cannot supersede what the administrators have already told you whatever makeup work need to my M that's not important to me right now whatever makeup work you needed to do it could have been done online if not online that's the thing find it's not on canas I did all work on canvas she talk about any work in class class is over baby oh my God class is over I explained that to you last week so you're not going to let me go make my no ma' adult just not comprehended I think it's been misdiagnosed to be honest it's very misdiagnosed regardless is this is now twice she's and and had she just got up and left when she was born this time she wouldn't be sitting in handcuffs right now we wouldn't so this is 100% on you when you're an adult now so what I don't know what you expected to happen law enforcement and the school told you you cannot be here you have to leave and you chose not to to exit the school you chose to pull away from a law enforcement Deputy that was trying to escort you out of the school again because the whole purpose was to avoid you getting in trouble just to have you leave so you don't get in trouble and you escalated the situation to where you're in handcuffs right now anything I have to get up you're a grown adult you should know better by now and everybody got the same consequence everybody that was in the room got the same consequence so it's not like we did anything different for her and just like I told the other kids that were in that room they they weren't in there and didn't know that somebody was smoking there's no way you could not know the whole room was full of smoke you came down to the hallway 10 minutes after they walked out and the room was still full of smoke so and they're not supposed to be in there so you're out of area doing what you're not supposed to be doing as an adult on the school campus as an adult like that's I don't understand where the confusion is the student began to share her side of the story her account revealed a mix of confusion frustration and a possible misunderstanding of the consequences of her actions however the officers put sense in her by explaining to her how the legal system works but from the look of things that landed on deaf ears how old are you again I'm 19 19 years old you're GR okay told me if I was ER understand thing she I was not doing report and I wasn't inv yall search me and then my M called her and said y'all can't suspend me without no test y'all did not test me since window school test three head I don't want to go on the 14th of September 2023 police officers responded to a call from a high school reporting an altercation between two students that had gone beyond what they could handle when the officers arrived at the scene to properly understand the situation they had to interrogate some school Personnel who had witnessed the altercation was at that moment they began to have an idea of who they were going to be dealing with so what happened with that uh we just finished I was come down the hill I saw a group of students hanging out right by the west side then I saw Mia and another student they were confrontational verbal I let N know I said L cuz he was visit with some other students I said hey we got a situation the doctor was walking down and I pass doctor got go and right in that moment they both engaged when I separate them separate me and the other one me I turned around and a couple on me so they were both were they were both they were engag and I separated then L came separate the other one and I got me on the side and then me turn around she turn around hit you punch you MH where here but she just went sheit you yeah and then I cut it out and then she got confrontation and then I I restrain her she got conversational with you or the other person with everybody she got confrontational with everybody with everybody I had to restrain her again and she started kicking me right from the back yeah Lenny had to restrain her her leg cuz she was just out of control she was just get lot of to everybody TOS off and said next time something's going to happen and she just going down the line okay right after discussing with the school Personnel they proceeded to approach the student who would possibly turn out to be the most arrogant High you're making me get anxiety right after they met her the cops knew that she was a spoiled brat who was used to ordering people around and that meant that she was not going to treat them any different
