during a routine Patrol officers reported a red laser beam directed at their patrol vehicle believing the source to be a fourth floor window at a nearby apartment building they requested backup and mongan he was transported to Police Headquarters and charged with aggravated assult he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility
