charged with two counts of battery on
law enforcement officer which are
felonies and one count of disorderly
conduct which is a misdemeanor now
unfortunately the judge dismissed one of
the felonies and one of the misdemeanor
so she was only left with one charge of
battery on Leo she had to bond out for
$5,600 and she is set to face trial
shortly
now we'll see what happens with this
hopefully the prosecutors stick to their
guns because we cannot let Behavior like
