On October 3rd, 2025, an officer investigating a hit-and-run witnessed a white Ford Mustang speeding and passing illegally in a no passing zone. When the officer stepped near the roadway to signal the driver to stop, the vehicle accelerated and fled the scene. Here are the events that occurred. The police department 9 Motor 11 Central. He came out and ran in front of like he he half ran in front of my like he didn't even fully run in front of my car and then now I'm getting arrested for it because I parked at the AS because he said I was fleeing but he wasn't even behind me with lights on or anything. So, I don't need to have lights and sirens yeah, hit and run crash who watched the entire thing. So, you know, of course that meets the actual requirements for for fleeing and eluding. I I don't mean to be a jerk by the way or anything like that, but that's that's where we're at, okay? Over a mile. I mean, she's over at 27 She was at the clubhouse in Pioneer when I was telling her to stop her vehicle. So, she didn't try to pull off the road down the street, nothing like that. Oh, yeah. I am I am in a I am in a She just blew me off and my uniform, so that's all I need. The force she had run over, so I didn't want to get run over cuz she was already doing 65 plus. So, Yeah, I have everything I need for fleeing and eluding. It is what it is. So, she she can take it to court. Officer successfully located the parked vehicle shortly after and tracked down the 19-year-old driver at a nearby residence. She was taken into custody for felony fleeing and eluding law enforcement and transported to the county jail on a $2,500 bond.
