Yeah, we've been having problems on Facebook for the past week. Wakes up thinking about I can't tell if she wants to fight or >> she was posting pictures of me when I was a child because I did send to my boyfriend at the time. Something needs to be done about this cuz she thinks she could do whatever she wants to get away with it and it's not and I tried to swerve around. The girl kept coming to my car hitting it and then the old man ended up into my car as well. These >> girls keep bothering her. They broke her window. On April 24th, 2025, officers responded to a gas station following a report of a woman who got into an altercation with an employee and then struck an elderly woman with her car before driving off. >> Hello. >> Hey, who do we have going on? Good question. Sounds like there was an altercation by the person that fled in that black Honda. She fled northbound. I don't know who she was involved with over here. If it was the staff member of the gas station or another >> This is her car. That's where she hit that hit this lady with this with her car and then that broke that off. So, she did get hit pretty good. >> So, this lady's the one who got hit by this person. >> Yes. Okay. >> This gentleman and then uh the folks over there are going to have a better idea. >> Well, they also got video. >> They also got video. >> She pulled up. So, she pulled up by pulling out the parking lot. She hits that lady. I was on the phone on the phone with you guys, too. >> I was on the phone with you guys. >> I'm sitting in my car >> and all I saw was her back out and yet her she went flying. >> So, you can't while she was in the car. >> Got a person like she's on a >> That light is what hit that lady >> that came off the rearview mirror. Side view. Do you do you have video camera footage or whatever? >> Not of this camera footage. I have a little bit of camera footage. >> Are you unable to access the one inside? >> Yeah, I can't. >> Who can access? >> I don't see much. I just see the lady on the floor right here. She hit her right here. >> She was parked here. >> No, she was parked in the handicap. >> No, she was parked. >> She was back. I didn't I stopped. I didn't record before. >> But she's trying But she's trying to stay here. >> Get the lady, you And then there was a guy at a great price. >> Look, she's still trying to hit her. >> Okay. >> And he got >> But she pulled up here wanting problems first. She came here first and I was telling her, >> you know, >> Es Yeah, we've been having problems on Facebook for the past week. She wakes up thinking about I can't tell if she wants to fight or see and I'm telling her like I ain't going to help you. >> So she came here first. Starting pros first. Not only that though. Do you mind if I take ago? >> Weeks ago, she she was posting pictures of me when I was a child because I did send to my boyfriend at the time and my boyfriend's ex-girlfriend sent them to her and she's posting pictures and you guys never did anything about it and I said I want to press charges on her and then still shows up on my >> something needs to be done about this cuz she thinks she could do whatever she wants to get away with it and it's not okay and one of these days she's really going to get her and the only reason I didn't do it is cuz I have three kids and I'm on the clock. If I wasn't and this was a social study I would >> Okay. Well, I'm glad you didn't cuz you might have been going to jail for >> and and I don't care. I got to find money. I got money. >> You do care. You have kids. >> I do, but they also have a whole dad and everything else. But the thing is is this keeps going. >> She's 19. >> So, a couple of things that I want to address. >> Sorry. >> So, number one, I'm the officer who's focused on the phone about the pictures. Okay. >> I'm still waiting on our production directors to come back from Facebook. >> Okay. >> So, I already explained the situation. She said yesterday that she's like, "Oh, keep posting this. Keep posting that." like you're in person. >> So, I'm sorry about that situation and the way it's playing out, but that's the way >> I told you it was an escalator. I told you >> that's the way it has to be done, right? So, today we're going to try to follow up with her. >> You better arrest her. >> Okay, that's what I'm trying to tell you. We're going to follow up with her. I have to find her first, right? I can't do anything unless I find her. >> We'll figure that out. I figure out what else I was going to say. So, we'll go see if we can find her and track her down and then we'll deal with it accordingly. Who can access your camera footage? >> She came out. I'm going to go chat with Dev real quick. Hey Deb, >> when you have a chance, can you pull up the video camera for me? >> Cuz that unfortunately corporates, you know what? And we have to slow incident report. >> How long does that take you to? >> I can call him right now and see if he's available. >> Yes, he wouldn't mind. That way you guys could speak to him real quick. Sorry. I thought I had his phone number and I do not. I thought I did, too, but they've lost the black mouth. I only have the pink one. Sorry guys. >> It's all good. >> Hey Ro, what's dead? I'm so sorry to bother you. Um, do you have a minute? I have a Walmart police officer who'd like to speak to you real quick. Okay, give me one second. I want to hand them over. Okay, that is our last collection. >> Hey Rico, this is Jacob with LPD. We're just looking to get camera footage of what happened in the in the parking lot cuz it should show somebody getting hit by a car. Thank you. I appreciate it. I assume it goes without asking. Do you want her trespass if we Yes. >> This is like the second time this week we had our And then today this >> Hi. >> Hello. >> Are you Aaliyah? >> Huh? This is my daughter. >> Oh, no. Wait. No, she's over there. Okay. Where can she come outside? >> Yeah, she's coming. >> Hi. Are you lost for locker room, please? How are you? >> What happened over at the gas station? So, I pulled up to the gas station to buy a drink and the girl at the cashier, she refused service, started yelling and everything. She was like, "Get out of here. I'm not serving you." I literally just walked up to get a drink. He started recording me screaming. So I did the same. There was an old man in line behind me and he started screaming as well. She was just telling them to like go in front of me so that she could like ring them up and everything. I just like walked out, went back to my car, turned it on, and then the old man, well I told the old man, I was like, give out cigarettes. I was like, go smoke your cigarette. Like just calm down. He got even more mad and started yelling in my face. So I went to my car and he was parked on the right side of me. He got in his car and then a gray car pulled up to the left left side of me. There was a man in the driver's side and a girl in the passenger side. Uh the girl got out and started hitting. She knocked over my window. I started punching my my driver window. So then I like put my uh car in drive and I like tried to go out and then the gray car like reverse trying to hit me. So I like tried to swerve my weight around them and then there was a old lady walking by and I really didn't feel that I hit her but I think she threw herself. Like both the girl that was hitting my car and her were there and I like went forward and I like break it really hard because I saw them and then I tried to swerve around. The girl kept coming to my car hitting it and then the old man ended up into my car as well. >> Okay. >> And then I just left and I felt unsafe and I called you guys. >> You told 911 though that you were still there. Is there any reason you told them that when you were here? >> I was not here when I was on the phone with them. >> Yes, you were. >> So our dispatch has a way to track where you are when you called them. >> Yes. Well, I I called them when I was like when I left. But why did you tell them that you were there? >> I'm sorry. >> Why did you tell them that you were there? >> Because I was I was there and then I left. >> Okay. Do you have a driver's license registration insurance? >> Not on me right now. >> Okay. Where is it? >> Probably inside. >> Okay. Can you go grab that? >> Yeah. >> I have it in the car. >> Okay. >> Did anybody damage your car when they were hitting it? >> Yes, I'm inside. >> Here's the registration and my ID and insurance. I have it on my phone. Okay. I'm going to need a copy of your insurance and your ID. So, can you go charge your phone real quick? >> Yes, ma'am. >> And if you could just plug it in and come back out. >> Did they say anything about her or >> There's other officers over there trying to figure out what's going on. >> Girls keep bothering her. They broke her window. Does she know who these girls are? >> They Yeah. >> I mean, they know each other, but the girl over there, she came and broke her window over there. Well, the car was parked. We didn't know when or how, but one day she just found the the car broken. >> Yeah. That So, we have two other officers on scene. That's who he's on the phone with right now. She was trying to figure all that out. You know, I just got to grab everything in case there was a traffic. >> Sounds like she did hit a pedestrian. So, it might be something with that, but I'm not sure cuz I'm here, not there. >> Mhm. >> Well, she says that she didn't feel like she hit anybody that she saw the lady just fall down like by safety. >> Yeah. So, they they have cameras in there. So, I'm sure that they're looking at that. So, we'll be able to Okay. Let me bring you the insurance I have on my phone. >> Yeah, that's really what I need. Do you have a regular driver's license card? >> Um, yes. Where is that? Somewhere in my purse. >> Okay. Just so you know that when you're driving, you need to carry that with you. All right, I So, it sounds like the old lady that was there that you hit sounds like you confirmed that you did her you hurt her. >> I did? >> Yeah. And she's elderly. So, that's an at risk crime. So, unfortunately for that, you're not going to jail today. Okay. So, can you turn your hands on your back? >> Can I get my stuff, please? >> Well, we'll let your mom grab it. Okay. You're holding your >> Mom, come here. >> Mom, right now you're under arrest. Go ahead and put your phone down. We'll explain in a second. Okay. Or my partner over there if you want to go chat with them real quick. It >> all get worked out. >> I need my mom. Can you bring my phone charger, please? >> Yeah. We'll get it. We'll get We'll get it for you. We'll get it for you. I promise. >> Mom, bring your phone charger when I >> So, we'll grab it for you. Okay. >> We'll make sure your mom grabs it. >> Yeah. >> We can't let you back in the house. >> I'm not going back in the house, ma'am. >> Okay. But we'll have your mom grab it, but we need to get in cuff right now. Okay. >> Mom, come here. >> Can you bring me my charger, please? Just stay over here. >> Mom, bring me a charger. >> She She will. We'll get it after. Okay. >> Where is the charge? >> Bring me yours, please. I can't go to Bring me your charge or something. >> Will you put the phone down? It will go with you. I promise. Okay. >> Okay. >> Can we have her grab you a coat or anything? Just when you see a judge and you get out at some point, you will. If it's cold, would you like a a jacket or anything? >> Hey, buddy. >> Okay. All right. Go ahead and turn around. Put your hands on your back. The official. Okay. >> Okay. I'll grab your phone. >> Can you guys take my charger with me? >> Yes. I promise that. Come on. Okay. >> And release your fingers. I can find >> Do you guys have proof that >> personally this officer? >> So my partners that are over there are the ones that one. >> Okay. >> So it's one of our traffic officers. So going off what they said they're the ones that are over there watching the video. Sounds like my partner's going to be the one doing in the fact that I was being like harassed, attacked, and they were being >> But I'll be Yep. >> But I'll be doctor. I know this isn't fun right now, but this is the way it is. Okay. You need anything else? You need medications you need or anything like that? We got a phone charger, phone, driver's license or anything like that. >> What's going to happen after this? >> She'll go to jail because it's a person's crime. So, elderly female was hurt. And again, I hear I heard a bit of what she said. Um, that will all be taken consideration in her court and everything in court is the place to fight it. Um, so she'll have to see a judge and I don't know that that'll be today, probably not, probably be tomorrow. And then they'll decide whether or not that they set bond or release her on her own caucuses. I don't know how that will go. That's all up to >> Okay. What about the other people that were harassing her? That's something that the officers we're here right now. The officers that are there, they have told us that they have probable cause to place her in custody right now for vehicular assault and or third degree assault, I'm sorry. >> Mhm. Of an at risk >> of an at risk adult and then the traffic charges. So again, that will all >> What are the traffic charges? >> That will all come. >> So that I don't >> I don't remember. I believe it was the hit and run charges, but I'm going to take into consideration everything you told me and that will be documented. >> All document again. This will now be in the court's hands to figure out. I know it's not fun right now. I apologize for you on that front, but this is where we're at. >> Great. >> Am I able to press charges on them? >> We will work through all that. The investigating officers will. Again, we came here to contact you. They're they're contacting the victim. So, that's something that if you wish to when she takes you to uh our police department to start the booking process, if you wish to wave your rights and talk to the officers and answer questions, um then you can do that there. Okay? And then they'll work with you to try to figure that one out. Bring >> you over. The woman was charged with thirdderee assault against an atrisisk adult, elder, or juvenile.
