arrest them in a parking lot of a store sir over here that c sh K and we're leaving the sh K and we just out there hope cany can leave and this guy he's on a PA stff and some lights on and says get out of here get get uh get get out of here take your business house here we know he's talking about so so then uh I I said excuse me I start walking like this and he pulls his gun out on me he says get the [ __ ] back get the [ __ ] back I said I said what go this is the sheriff's office I said whatever dude so he started walking and he kept playing good like this to us he said I'm I'm going to take your soul I'm going to take your soul from you right now the men described the truck of the officer identified as Michael Barco and he was found parked outside a building moments later hello sir my name is Al are you security here no I'm CH so the reason why I'm talking to you is uh we got to call for service about silver Dodge gentleman pointing at somebody else saying he's going to take a soul and doing all that do you mind just stepping out for me real quick so I can complete my investigation cuz this is the truck that they named and then you're sitting inside of it I I understand peeped into the man's vehicle and the items seen inside corroborated the claims light on him but yeah it's a vast set Sheriff right there he got a taser rifle mags there's his pistol told me he didn't have a there's His Radio uh I don't see damn he might be a 34 he might be a legit 34 but I don't see a PA system even worse the entire situation was captured by the cameras outside oh this they could have been hey get the hell out of here their reaction wasn't this is this is where I think happened he saw he's probably getting high he said guys get it out yeah a little bit further back that further back yeah when approaches the vehicle right there that be good cuz they left right after they had words so I I think it was just a him doing his job even though he was off duty as a positive involved in the firearm you guys are taking that for evidence or so right now so my sergeant talking to one of the callers or victims um the best of my knowledge the vehicle got sealed and towed to our crime lab so everything right now is still inside the vehicle did he have the firearm on him no when we took when he stepped out of the vehicle he didn't have it on him when he stepped out what about the badge anything like that um I didn't Pat him down that officer did there he didn't I didn't see him pull anything out of his pockets he didn't look like he had his badge on or anything like that um but I can tell you in the passenger seat I saw a vest that said Sheriff had his taser like rifle mags saw the radio in the cup holder and then whatever Hand pistol hand then was on the seat as well okay not in a holster or anything like that um want try to secure his badge commission I believe he might have his wallet on him so his commission card may be in his wallet the badge I'm not sure about and I know my sge has to I think mirand him still get his side of the story type of thing and that's about where I know where we're at we don't we don't have it like that right we have to call supervisor to do the investigation do the investigation yeah for sure call supervisor yeah we weren't sure he was just after all of his phone calls he was like oh I need to watch video talk to this person doing this so I'm assuming he has to do our criminal complaint but I don't know yeah that's that's I just want to make sure that it's equipment secure oh yeah and it got um stowed in our at our place but like inside storage so oh is it is it going down here to Metro yeah or to our crime lab wherever that's at at our substation right there at second in mono and it should be an inside storage that's what the Cs told me so should have chucked his badge in there and commission to not drag that [ __ ] to jail if that's um if anything say it's still on his person we'll tag that into uh identify him oh we couldn't see in the car so we have we have a traffic for contact yeah so I wasn't going to be like oh it's an investigative stop and and turn into like no so we were going to get so pist come back clean sto uh it was clean clean okay um double check with a jail Sergeant on the ucw charge okay all right um just to make sure cuz you know we got new laws now yeah right so if he's not a felon but not convicted of one that's different any drugs in the car I don't know I don't think so they just y'all just searched the car yeah they I don't they haven't said anything okay let's find and then what was his injury nothing but if he resisted he resisted you know saying got him on that right yeah so we're good so yeah the Lester ended up being like the third or something like that but as soon as I saw the Lesser Haze I was like okay let's get him out after the ordeal the man filed a lawsuit against the police department to seek Justice on this matter he definitely deserved Justice for what he was put through but can the same be said for this wannabe cop for 12 years in the US Army as a major here's the thing I I know my Florida statues very very very well go get a federal agent know you are [ __ ] who I am on the 3rd of August 2018 the cops apprehended a man Jeremy dwit who had been presenting himself as a police officer why are we asking because I only because I honestly have not heard of Metro so I'm going to look it up yeah I I'll call him on his cell phone right now I have his number and I will call him real fast have I done anything illegal it's just we're going to try to find out who like what this is we're not saying you've done yeah so well I want to verify that so you know what I'll have my sergeant come out can you have just this has never person was impersonating a police officer dispatch got the tag off the motorcycle that he has and it shows that he's a offender so that's a problem you can't be a sex Defender and a cop and that's what we're trying to bear right now he said no we do um transports for funerals all the time you know we just stop have L his girlfriends with him right now um down here in eore she's in school or whatever but you know we asked for the ideas to verify who they are and he's super conversational he's like I you know I know my statues and he's like I'm being nice by standing here and you know yeah yeah we we ran the d off the tag and that's how I knew who he was coming out of the out of of Buffalo Wild Wings of course and the uniform he's walking on here with something that looks like a he's got two sets of handcuffs you know he's got a [Music] radio yeah it's but it says Metro State what does the front of this thing metro state vehicle protection unit but I mean the bike's got lights on it it's got um yeah it it there there's nothing that says police on it but right now he's in a 41 with you know the US cusin and all that stuff so uh it's just you know he looks like one had I not known I mean I would have thought he was one of us and I probably wouldn't even have given him two looks you mean have we not gotten this call because there's tons of security eore but you know this is just the issue of clarifying who he is you know and I said I said let me show you something I showed it his DL picture I said is this you I said this is you and then he went into the whole SE kind while she was making the phone call the man who was waiting at a spot with the second cop got heated with the security officer of the building you don't have to be scared I know you're just a security officer you can step out security officer you're fine what's up we're on federal property okay what does that mean to me have I committed a crime security officer I want to know why you took a picture of the CBP sign with your bike what the kind of federal law is that you better figure out real fast security officer who you are go ahead go get a federal agent now go get a home security officer we this is our boss so what had happened was we get a call from Customs saying that the this gentleman is dressed like an officer and he's not an officer they had concerns that he was impersonating an officer maybe us or whatever or made something up we don't know these people here own this company which is Metro State I guess it's a legitimate company per Google um I don't know yeah I mean I don't know so anyways um and then uh what you are a hotthead for sure because he got pissed with them over here and right here this is this is their this is their jurisdiction right here is they got pissed because he parked and took a picture we were trying to make sure like that he wasn't impersonating a cop you guys going to go Buffalo while said we already found that out yeah they told us you were over there that's how we knew you were there I mean we didn't just we met you and then Wai on supervisor you wanted to talk to our Sergeant or something right well as long as we're free to go we're good to go okay you said wait here you said wa here so my yeah he said he wanted to talk and I said well if you want to wait and then oh was he here no that's not him either he drives a white PR viic um so yeah I mean if you have any complaints so that's who you would make it to about us and then any complaints that you have on them I don't know did they do anything to you did they no no okay no yeah but we we identified I guess dispatch said that this is a company a legit they were just I hope so I me out yeah all of our vehicles are that way hate when people try to Top Flight secur try to overp their boundaries like we know our if we over our boundaries we'd be 105 for impersonating so but because he's a federal employee which although he's a security officer he's a federal security officer his jurisdiction ends here it's like my so what happens I'm not even joking right now what happens if you're walking down the street and like somebody comes running up to you you know there's an emergency or whatever do you guys we would help that's still that's you have to human nature I didn't serve 14 years and I in Afghanistan turn around and run away that's why my business exists the that story could be any one of us so in the end the matter was resolved as a non-issue and they were allowed to leave without getting any charges next we check out the case of an officer who turned a simple welfare check into more than it should have been walk away then take the check if you walk away from me you're going to jail really obstruction oh boy you can detain me without pest intimidating me I'm sorry why are you search me you obviously were okay cuz when you walk away from us we're on the 31st of October 2023 police officers got called out to a location by a concerned wife after she and her husband engaged in a heated argument but what was meant to be a welfare check soon turned into a human rights violation by some power drunk cop hey so your wife wanted us a check on you oh wife yeah are you going through something um yeah but can you put your hands out of your pocket for me no you're good I P no no hey I need you to come back over here and talk to me though that's a order he sir sir I'm just trying to listen we're just doing a welfare check on you yes I buy be yes or not right now I need to talk to you back he don't want to from the moment the second officer decided to step in it was obvious that he had a chip on his shoulder and was just looking for the perfect justification to arrest the man well if you're that is a crime it's a crime to be suicide I'm not well that's not what we got well that's on you nope you're going to go to jail walk away then take me to jail if you walk away from me you're going to jail really yes obstruction so dropped on him but Sergeant Williams was out there making a call for service and he didn't want to talk to him and ended up arresting him you know did he get retrained after that in any way U that I'm not aware of we work opposite shifts so right now uh he's on nights and I'm on days so the way they got it set up when we work our schedules is that we never interact with those all right cuz we worked for for but we actually worked for to a year so whenever we come to work we usually work we have a foret on days and a 4our foret that work nights so when we're working he's off when he's working I'm off would you have done it the same way do you believe that it's okay to arrest someone that refuses to talk to police um that'll be a kind of a comment but uh unlikely U they was there for where for call so uh well this is something that the public wants to know that is that just something that Sergeant Williams does or is that Stu guard police in general no that's not Stu guard police in general so you don't so you wouldn't arrest someone just because they don't want to speak with an officer well there for me not knowing the call that he was called on but it was a Ware tech for what I'm understanding well let's say that circumstance would you have arrested him as well like Sergeant Williams did you seen the video have you I have have you yes I have would you ARR arrested
