Keep your hands to your sides in that position until I tell you to start the test. Do you understand the instructions? >> So, wait. Am I supposed to walk on this line? >> No. In front of here. >> So, how do we know it's a straight line? I don't trust you. So, I'd rather walk on a straight line. >> You want to use this imaginary straight line? I don't think it's 100% perfectly straight. >> word. It doesn't matter. >> Oh, okay. >> Cuz you're a corrupted cop. So, let's follow the straight line as he >> Well, we'll assume this is a straight line. >> Yeah, we it's clearly a straight line, my heart. >> Well, all >> Since we are doing this >> If you want to get it mathematically, I bet it's off by a couple angles. >> So, let's go. Right foot Right foot on the Right foot in front of the left foot heel to toe. >> Like this? >> Yes. Heels and toes touching. Right foot in front. Right foot opposite. >> What do you mean opposite? >> Right foot. There you go. Right foot in front of left. >> so why are you >> Doesn't matter. Right foot in front of left foot in front of left foot, heel to toe. >> Buster, you're recording? Please record and don't have this man, officer, intimidate you. Cuz y'all >> Let's go. Right foot in front of left foot, heel to toe. Keep your hands to your side. >> it just like this. >> Right foot, not left foot. >> Why does it have to It doesn't matter. I'm a righty, so this is how I walk. You're telling me to walk like >> Right foot in front of left foot, heel to toe. >> You can't You know what? >> Right foot in front of left foot, heel to toe. >> [ __ ] I'm not doing this. >> Why not? >> me how I should walk. >> This is the same as last time, yes. >> If I'm telling you how I should walk, that's how I'm going to walk. You're not going to tell me to put my foot the way you want to see If this is how I prefer, this is how I'm walking, straight line. You're not going to tell me to do the opposite so I can [ __ ] kill for you. That's not what SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO TELL ME HOW to [ __ ] walk. That's not something we're [ __ ] doing here. >> Right foot in front of left foot. >> this is what I'm doing, this is what the [ __ ] I'm >> Right foot in front of >> you telling me to do it like this? >> I did. >> When you know I'm going to balance off and give you a reason to [ __ ] arrest me. >> I'm asking you pretty Right foot in front of your left foot, heel to toe. >> You guys can suck a dick, for real. >> Okay. Right foot in front of left foot. >> HOW I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO WALK, AND THAT'S MY [ __ ] RIGHT. >> Come back to this test, please. >> If you don't shut >> Bro, you're doing too much. WHAT DO I DO YOU'RE DOING TOO MUCH. YOU'RE DOING TOO MUCH. YOU'RE DOING TOO MUCH. YOU'RE DOING TOO MUCH, BRO. You're doing too >> Right foot. Right foot. >> I'm going to I want to [ __ ] walk. You're not going to tell me how to [ __ ] walk. RIGHT FOOT. This is a standardized walk, right? >> Okay. >> You cannot tell me how to walk. >> to do the test? >> There's not refusing nothing. I'm telling you this is how I'm going to walk. >> Okay, but I'm giving you instructions. >> walk? How do you want me to walk? >> I am giving you instructions. >> Shut the [ __ ] up. Shut the [ __ ] up. Shut the [ __ ] up. Wait a minute. In a second I'm about to smack the [ __ ] out of you. This is how I'm going to walk. >> Okay. >> And that's how I walk. So, what are we doing? This is recording. You can't tell me how to [ __ ] walk. So, please do your [ __ ] job and tell me to do the test. That's your job, right? So, I'mma walk how I want to walk. Now, let's start the [ __ ] test, right? And I'll walk in just like So, what are we talking about? >> Okay. >> This is how I walk. >> But, the instructions for the standardized field sobriety test is right foot in front of left foot heel to toe. >> how you say sobriety test. >> Okay. >> I care about you're about to see me walk the whole the whole way you want me to walk, right? >> Okay. >> And this is what I said >> Right foot in front of left foot. >> I'm You want me to walk like this, and that's going to make me lose balance. So, I'm going to walk. >> Cuz this is how I [ __ ] walk. What don't you understand? This is the test, and I'm going to walk it the way I want to walk it, not the way you choose to make me walk it. So, let's do it. >> Okay. >> It's my left in front of my right. So, what are you sitting here doing? >> All right, keep your hands to your side. >> You got me outside doing a test in leggings and a [ __ ] skirt and a [ __ ] T-shirt. So, let's do it. Run it. >> All right. Again, right foot in front of left foot. Do you want to do your left foot? >> This is going to make me lose balance. But, do the honors. You want me to walk like you. And I'm telling you right now, it's going to make me lose balance. I'm telling you walking like this I'll do the honors. Walking like this is not going going me It's going to make me lose balance. but since you want that on camera, I just stop with the [ __ ] was up so your camera understands why I'm going to lose balance, right? So, let's walk like this and let's clear this test, right? >> All right. The test again, right foot in front of your left foot, heel to toe. Keep your hands to your side until I tell you to begin the test. Do you understand the instructions? >> I understand that you're making me walk the way you want me to walk so I can fail the test. >> Yes. >> Very good. When I tell you to begin the test, you take a series of nine steps >> this, my heart. >> You don't have a So, the >> So, the honors. Shut up and let's do the honors. Since you want me to walk the way you want me to walk. >> Again, when I tell you to begin When I tell you to begin the test, you're going to take a series of nine steps forward, heel to toe. >> exactly what this test is. >> foot planted down on the ground and take a series of small steps. >> walk. >> Turn around, nine steps back, heel to toe. >> Yes, I know. The test. And I know that you have no right to tell me how to walk. And I know that this camera will >> During the test, >> and I'll be the What's your badge number? >> 58. >> 58. >> During the test, >> that for us. >> During the test, you must count out loud your steps. Once you start, do not stop. Again, keep your hands to the side. I will demonstrate right now. Right foot in front of the left. So, you're going to be 1 2 3. I am doing three, you will be doing nine. Keep your left foot down, small series of steps, turn around, 1 2 3. Again, I did three, you will do nine. >> Nine. >> Again, any questions? >> No. Please move. >> Please, let's do the honors. Can I have a sweater though? Oh, that's not part of the agenda, huh? >> Begin. >> Are we supposed to start? >> Yeah. >> The way I want to walk or are we >> Begin. >> The way I want to walk? >> Like I instructed you to. >> Like this? That's more than nine. >> What's that? >> So, what's next? >> Are you done with the test? >> That said more than nine. I counted. >> Are you done with the test? >> I was supposed to go this way, right? >> All right, come back here. The last test we're going to be doing is going to be a >> Oh, there's another one. >> I told you there's three tests. >> This is [ __ ] crazy. You guys don't understand that this is [ __ ] crazy. I'm home. I'm at my house, and you guys still trying to do a test on me. Test after test after test. >> All right. Starting position for this test, heels to toes like the first test, side by side, keep your hands to your side. >> Um, explain the rules. >> That is just the first rule. >> Yeah, but I'm cold. >> Okay. >> So, you want me to stand in front of you? >> Yes. >> But I'm cold. So, what's next? >> Okay, very good. >> Please explain everything, and then I'll get into position. I'll do whatever test you need me to do. I'm not slow. Please do the honors. >> Okay. >> All right. >> When I tell you to begin the test, you're going to raise a foot of your choice, either your left foot or your right foot, and extend the foot out in front of you, locking your knee, keeping the bottom of your foot parallel with the bottom with the ground, approximately 6 in off the ground, your bottom of your foot. You're going to look down at that foot you raised, and count out loud, 1,001, 1,002, and so forth until I tell you to stop. I'll demonstrate. >> I just can't wait to lawyer see handle this. >> 1,001, 1,002 >> 1,003, 1,004, 1,005, 1,006, and so forth till I tell you to stop. Things to remember, once you start, do not stop. You put your foot down, pick it back up, and continue where you left off. Keep your hands to your side. >> So, I have to say it like this, 1,001, 1,002, 1,003? >> No, again, do you see me demonstrating it? Stand the foot out. >> And I said 1,001, 1,002, 1,003. >> your foot like this. >> But I just did that, and you said, "Let me explain it again." >> Yeah, because all your but your knee you have to keep your leg straight. >> my heart. It's not the exact what you want. Do it one more time so we on the same page. >> You want me to demonstrate one more time? >> One more time. >> You got it. Again, a foot of your choice, either left foot or right foot. Raise it up approximately 6 in off the ground. 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, 1,004, 1,005, 1,006, until I tell you to stop. >> And I just did that to show you. >> Do you have any questions? >> You're the question. >> [laughter] >> You're the question. >> Do you have any questions? >> I can't wait. >> Do you have any questions? Do you have any questions about the test? >> badge? What's your name? >> 58. >> What's your name? Say it all loud for us all to hear. >> Sure, Garrity. >> Garrity? No, I need you to say it all with the K. Right? Say it all. Who do you honor? So the camera catches it. Cuz I can't hear. For that ass, I'll do anything. I would swear that you had a bad >> any questions? Are you going to do the test? >> Let's just do the last [ __ ] test. >> any questions about the test? Do you have any questions? >> Do it again. And that's my question. Please do it again. Just so that we are on the same page. >> Again, you're going to raise the foot of your choice while I sit you off the ground. 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, 1,004, 1,005, 1,006. And so forth until I tell you to stop. >> Do you have any questions on the test? >> No, that was my question. So, what do we >> No further questions? >> No. I'll see you in a moment. >> All right, you may begin. >> What, right now? >> Yes. >> Are you counting? Are you counting? Cuz that was the gist of my thing. Were you counting? Okay. I just want to make sure we're on the same page. Just so the camera catches the time. Okay? Is it the next foot that you want me to do? >> Are you done with the test? >> No, no. Are you? >> Are you done with the test? >> that my aura has everything on my ass. >> Are you done with the test? >> standing behind this white [ __ ] [ __ ] out of here with that [ __ ] People want to become cops, don't want to become them because of him. >> Are you done with the test? >> As a black man, I understand that. Cuz I study criminal justice. And I have one more year left to become an officer. And I hope >> Are you done with the test? >> Am I done? I'mma ask a white man that swears he's above us, right? I counted, and so did my camera. So, are we done here? Are we done proving a [ __ ] point, or what? Or are we white? And we swear we got to [ __ ] run [ __ ] here, huh? Cuz you only got a badge and a gun. You're not [ __ ] Without that badge and that gun, you're never going to be [ __ ] So, what's the next [ __ ] test? That badge don't make you you. You need to be in this to be in this. Not to be in this to have [ __ ] authority, [ __ ] You need to learn the difference. I want to become an officer to save [ __ ] lives. I want to be want to be [ __ ] weird. And you're one of them weird [ __ ] So, that's What's the [ __ ] next test that I have to prove to you what the [ __ ] up? >> Well, based on your test and then you're driving you're being placed under arrest. >> my lawyer is going to come after >> For driving under the influence. >> Uh-huh.
