in the early morning hours of November 2nd 2024 officers from the Hoboken Police Department were on patrol when they heard a disturbance that escalated into a fight over a comment about someone's appearance they attempted to break up the fight as other units responded to assist both individuals were placed under arrest and identified as a 24-year-old male and a 23-year-old female here is what occurred [ __ ] you're punching on a girl or you [ __ ] you [ __ ] puncher you puss ma' you [ __ ] [ __ ] listen what happened what happened I'm a cop he's punching on a girl punching her straight in her face and he called her we walk past and he's like your friend that that's my sister yes where is she right here and her yes he he walked faster and he was like to me oh you look like a devil and I was like ha and he goes and she looks like the ogre and she goes what the [ __ ] did you to say and then he goes over wait wait wait yeah I know I know you thre the first punch you [ __ ] 127 we have two25 come over here the street ped him down at all no not at all oh you going to St right here okay you got anything on you my man no I don't I don't I got my wallet in my left and I have my phone my right I got him I got him both swinging on each other you SW on me I'm not even going to say I'm sorry hold on I don't want no problems I I'll compile listen I I listen I got I got approach hold are know where you're taking my spouse she's going up the headquarters right over there okay 106 can I get a second officer off back here at uh where are they taking um6 Hudson it's one more block up just make a left and walk to the Poli um Mar I'm going to go with him if you want to just hop in with somebody else 1271 male 1025 HQ 47966 excuse me y um I can't really tell right now but when we get to headquarters if you do we can get you an ambulance and they just clean you up all right all right we'll check it 31 I'm just going to close this up yeah that actually scared me jump scare ironically I really thought today was November 1st well actually it's November 2nd at this point why are people Halloween customs that was um that was you that called it out on the re oh we literally had just no yeah he did but we had just pulled up like right at the light I was like did he just say laasa just pull on the sidewalk hop out I would take it you good wa can I get the last 881 778 81 778 come on uncover I need you to face the wall all right when I uncuff you each hand put your hand on the wall please yes ma'am I got you you can do one more thorough want can you just put that hand on the wall going to say we have to put her start putting her in the cell grab somebody grab a um a cell key for me please yes I so we don't put uh males and females together so we're going to put you in the cell since we already have two males already here um when we get in the cell I have to do a quick pat down of you and then we just process how we process all right uh you know what just stay you're good you're good here take it off please favorite check that to cuz I haven't [Music] even y whose job is this all right just you're going to go right in here just watch your step right here it's a little bit of lip right there okay I got I can uncuff so I'm just going to have you face this wall I'm going to uncuff you put your hands on the wall for me please and then I have to search and take off whatever property you have in your pockets all right do you have anything in your pockets that got to poke prick stick me in any way oh I have is a flask and my phone okay you can put that hand on the wall please I just got to grab this one real quick have you ever been arrested before have any warrants or anything like that all right so then the processing is going to be relatively quick I'd say 2 hours at Max honestly and that's at Max I don't know who were us but they were really rough okay I apologize anything okay rough in what sense what happened they grabbed me and just handed me and they did it so tight I don't know what offer set it was but they were really rough and I wasn't resisting that all okay I apologize for that Ma I can't speak to a test on anybody else's behalf but for that individual I will apologize it could have just been given the uh the scene and how many people ofr that's probably uh just have to check this FR pocket that's fine I'm sorry I'm going have to pull up good all right now what I'm going to have you do is turn around for me listen to the instructions before you do anything because everybody always ends up doing something before I say anything I'm going to have you grab your your sports bra you you're not lifting anything you're just pulling out like this and going like that I just have to make sure you don't have anything in there all right yeah you good all right so you're going to stand here I just need you to take off your watch you have a no thank you you can take this and uh can you just kick off your shoes from me please I'm going to give them right back just got to make sure you you need any medical attention or anything huh you need any medical attention okay everything's good huh come out with us no that's fine we don't do that not even the jail where's the uh I don't know you can put that over there and just going me a selfie pleas I have her uh thank you an onscene investigation revealed the two parties and their groups of friends began to argue about costumes they were wearing and the argument escalated the male was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct and released with a summon while the female
