You're going to go 1 2 3 4 till you get to nine. >> Nine? >> Once you get to nine, you're going to take small steps, turn around and you're going to start again with your right foot in front of your left foot heel to toe. Hands at your sides and you're going to go 1 2 3 4 till you get to nine. >> Yep. >> Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you could start. >> Right foot in front of my left? >> Mhm. >> Okay. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and turn around. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, for this you could choose any leg you want, whatever you're more comfortable with, your right or your left. >> Okay. >> Hands at your sides. Hands at your sides here on your legs. You're going to pick up either your right or left leg. I'm going to show you what to do first, okay? Don't do it yet. >> Okay. >> You're going to lift your leg 6 in off the ground. >> Yep. >> Toes pointed up. You're going to count. 1 1,000, 2 1,000, 3 1,000, 4 1,000. Keep going till I tell you to stop. >> Okay. >> Okay? You could start whichever leg you want. >> 1,000, 4 1,000, 5 1,000 >> All right. Okay, you can step >> All right. >> All right.
