And then I was >> I never heard of that one. You know what I mean? That'd be a lot of uh money in storage fee. I would assume they'd charge you for it sitting there. >> They charged me 900. >> They put a starter and a back window on for me. >> Yeah. The back glass was broken. >> Okay. Uh, do you have insurance for the vehicle now? >> I'm sorry. That's on my phone. >> Okay. Thank you. No problem. >> Let me just call my real quick. is not in service. Yeah, if she could send a picture of it or something like that, as long as it shows that it's for this vehicle during this time, that would be good. I'm going to go do some things in my car real quick. Okay. Y >> up. Let's see what do we got here. Registration expired spended. Okay. Yeah. >> Keywords alert. DMV record. NCIC alert. Uh oh. Let's see. What do we got? >> What' you stop them for? >> Uh looks like they got some stuff dangling down from the uh rear view. No front license plate. Um and also looks like expired reg and possibly suspended. Let's see. Who's this for? Is this going to be for somebody else? I'll run them both here. Let me see what's going on. 86 177 switching over >> countywide 36177 >> dispatch has been >> 36. >> Can you run a New Jersey registration and the registered owner all the way around for me, please? All right, let's see. Hit on vehicle plate one. >> Alert. DMV record. 315. If you have a walk in the station report, >> you know what I'll do? Actually, this one first. We are going to this one. Check four door. Can you see if she found her um uh insurance for me, please. And if she did, can you just make sure that it's actually for that VIN and everything like that? Thanks. Ah, come on. She's still on the phone. Hasn't gotten anything yet. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. Uh, >> she said they just got the car back. >> Yeah, that's what she said. I mean, they said they just replaced the back windshield, too, at the shop, but it looks pretty dirty to me to be just replaced. Whatever. Uh, let's see. I'm going to print him out. This one here for him. So, how backed up are you? I imagine very backed up. >> Uh, a little bit. >> I just submitted uh we had a case yesterday for the child neglect. >> Yeah. What was How long did you have to stay after for that one? Cuz I >> just an hour. >> Okay. >> Yeah, cuz we like basically had everything done. I was just waiting to hear back from >> night shift took one of them to the jail, right? >> Yeah, she took the uh 1774 Jeep negative suspension negative NCICL fires 127 18 points currently suspended. for uninsured and persistent violator negative WW for Angelo fires 117W >> copy. Thank you Eastwood 24. Just print her out her tickets and I'll get her them out of here. Moving ticket. All right. They are getting Let's see. >> Do you want me to go check one last time after the insurance? >> Uh, yes, please. Yeah, thank you. Nothing. >> Nothing. She said she just asked her brother. He has a picture of it. >> Expired. Thank you. Uh, expired reg suspended. DL. Let's see. Expired reg. Expired inspection. No insurance suspended deal. Uh one, two, three, four. And we're going to get um display improper display and um view All right. And let's see. 39 340. So, let's see. Should I tow this vehicle? >> You have the three strikes. >> I do have the shirt. Three strikes. >> I was always told like the three strike rule where it's like suspended or no deal. >> Yeah. >> No insurance, no registration. >> Yeah. I'm going to >> Yeah, I'm not 367 or 168 from 177. Okay to tow this vehicle. >> Suspended DL expired regge. No insurance. the answer. I went over, right? >> Yeah, >> you did go over. I didn't hear enough. >> Wait a little bit. >> How many tickets do you have so far? >> Uh, seven. 39 6t. >> Could you also write a ticket for her uh right side mirror being cracked? >> Uh obstruction of view. >> So the driver side one the driver side one is the only one that's actually mandatory and a rear view mirror. Um so rear view and the driver's side. Uh let's see. Okay. So, we are going to do expired ridge. >> Call him. >> Who answered? Shanker. >> I I didn't hear anything went on the radio. 36 my stop summon. >> Yes. >> You >> Hey, I don't think uh if you got one of you guys went over the radio, I couldn't hear your response. >> Yeah, you're you're good for the uh >> Okay. All right. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> All right. Later. >> Affirm. We're in the back of the Cracker Barrel parking lot. It's a Jeep Cherokee. >> All right. What else? Um, dispatch has been updated. Uh, let's see. And then what the what was the last one here? Um, >> y uh 8-1 All right. Let's see. just to uh entertain them. Can you go check again? Yep. 30 record 36 >> 231 36 37. Come on, man. be on the church out front station with tango 30 whiskey take on maxima that's for now >> NCIC alert Seven bucks. spray on. I'm okay. You have any luck with the insurance? >> No. Okay. >> All right, sir. >> Here's your ID back. Okay. I am issuing you a ticket for not wearing your seatelt. Okay. It's $47 and you can pay it at the website by the date down there. If you want to take it to court, it's your right to do so in that top right. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. You have any questions? >> Okay. And then, ma'am, can you step out of the car and just talk to me in the back here? I got some paperwork for you. You're not under arrest or anything like that, but >> my door knocks. >> Yeah. Yep. >> Thank you. >> Don't mind my outfit. It's my bedtime office. So listen, so your your license is suspended. >> What? >> Your license? Yeah, your licenses are is suspended for having for failure to have insurance. I'm not sure, but they said failure to have insurance. >> That's definitely my charger. >> Yeah. So failure to have insurance is the reason why they suspended it. And then they also said persistent violator. So I guess you have 18 points or something. How long is it suspended for? >> I I'm not 100% sure, but it's currently suspended. Okay. So there and the registration on this vehicle has been expired for a year. Okay. So the so the registration on the vehicle is expired for a year. There's no insurance and your license is suspended. Okay. >> So for those reasons, I can't let the vehicle be on the road. Okay. We have to tow it. >> Totally. >> Yeah. I have I have to tow it because there's literally nothing on the vehicle. You know what I mean? There's no registration. >> Can Can we try to wait and see if she >> So So that's why they Well, we've already waited a long time as it is. You know what I mean? Um, and you have to be able to show insurance at the time of the stop. Um, if you do have insurance on the vehicle, bring proof that the vehicle was insured at the time of the stop to court with you because you have you have some tickets here, okay? And the insurance the suspended or mandatory court anyway. So, might as well take all the tickets to court with you, honestly. Um, this is going to be for the um Sorry, I apologize. What's a good fair number? So, just grab grab whatever you guys need out of the vehicle. Um, and then you could arrange for a ride. What's up? >> I I have to, unfortunately, because there's literally nothing on the vehicle. Like, there's nothing to help me out. You know what I mean? There's like you're supposed to have registration, a license, and insurance, and there's and there's nothing. >> Pay for it to get out. We both have children, man. Can I please just drive? >> Unfortunately, I can't because cuz like I said, so the registration's been expired for a year. There's no insurance, and she has a suspended license, and she's the registered owner. So there's >> I I can't unfortunately. There's there's nothing on the There's nothing to help me out. You know what I mean? Like if if she had a license and insurance, but the vehicle was just suspired registration, wouldn't be a big deal. But without any of the three things that are needed, my hands are kind of tied. You know what I mean? >> They're towing the car. >> They're they're just getting their stuff out of the vehicle. Whatever they need, and then that's it. >> Hey, ma'am. >> If I step out, >> you're good. Yep. >> Yeah. Just whatever you need to get out of the car, just do that. Um cuz he's got to he's got to get to move on with his job. You know what I mean? I don't even know. >> And just the tow truck driver is just going to need your vehicle key, but you could take all the other keys off there and and keep them for yourself. >> Thanks. I appreciate you coming out. >> Yeah, no problem. >> Um, so this is going to be for you. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Joffy's arrived. 36 down. Okay. My birthday. Hey man, can I just explain these tickets to you too? Here. >> Yeah. >> So, here's your here's your stuff back. You can keep these documents. Okay. So, listen. Um, like I said, some of these are a mandatory court date, okay? So, the court date is going to be the same for all of them. It's June 3rd at 10:00 a.m. If you need to reschedule, the court's address and phone numbers up there, okay? Um, just make sure you don't miss the court date or else you know how that they'll issue a warrant and all that stuff. Just make sure if you need to reschedule, you call them ahead of time, okay? Um, so there's one for the the no insurance. Okay. There's one for the uh regge being expired for a year. Um one for your suspended license. Okay. Um and then we got So there's no front license plate on the vehicle. And then this stuff hanging down from the rear view here. And the inspection is no good as well. Okay. Cuz that's been expired for a year. Like I said, some of these are payable. Some of them are court mandatory. You could if you want to pay the ones that are payable, you can. But like I said, you got to go to court anyway. So, probably just take them all to court, honestly. Um, but the court date is going to be the same for everything. Okay. >> Um, do you have any questions for me? Okay. Here, I'm going to leave you with these. Okay. Thank you. Hey guys. So for your vehicle, so they're taking it to Trophy's Towing, it's going to it's in Cherry Hill. Okay. >> Yeah. We need to stop at the police station and get the release. >> Yes. So once you're able to show that there's registration and insurance on the vehicle um and that you're the registered owner, just bring your license and show that you have registration and insurance. >> Also, you know, that's good enough to get the vehicle out. Just bring a licensed driver with you. Unless you get your license reinstated before then, um then you could drive it back. But once you're able to show proof of registration and insurance, come down at any time with your ID and then uh the officer will release it to you. Okay. >> Okay. Can you write down where my car is at? >> Uh so he could give you a business card. So it's if you want to take a picture of the side of his truck or whatever you want to do, his the phone number and address is on there, but you need to come to the police station first. Okay. So that's that's the Mount Laurel police. >> Can you grab my charger? tonight. Heat. You guys are good, right? All good. All right, they're good. They got everything. Uh, the key should be in Did you guys leave the key in there? >> I don't know where it's at. Somewhere in there. So that yeah, the key for the car. That's all he needs. >> You see it in there? Or do >> you have the Can you help him with the key for the car? Cuz he just needs to put it on the tow truck. To >> be honest, bro, I don't know where I Not [ __ ] looking. Oh, here. Not [ __ ] looking. >> I'm not looking for the [ __ ] car. >> Don't worry about little yank it up a little bit. >> I got it. >> Okay. Oh, you got the key. >> Okay. >> All right. I got you. Sorry about that. Ma'am, what are we doing? >> Cleaning till my brother comes. >> Okay. So, he needs to So, he needs to take the vehicle. Okay. So, you can't be inside of it. >> I'm hanging out till my brother comes. >> Okay. >> Y'all want to tow my car so bad. Wait till my [ __ ] brother comes. >> Listen, >> want to have me standing off? >> You got you got to let him do his job here. >> You got to let him do his job. You can't sit inside the car. Okay. >> [ __ ] The >> the air conditioner's on. The air conditioner's on. You got the windows cracked. That's a good phone number. Do you know her friend number? >> So >> where are they taking me? >> What? Sims. >> Oh, that'll be easy. We got a ETA on this one. >> Looks like they are pulling up anybody. I know that. I'm going just tell them I'm fine and this and that. >> I'll be there near Can you see if there's any history? >> What's up? >> Yeah. Okay. Um, >> what's up? >> Hey. So, she was the driver of this vehicle anyway. Toward the car. She didn't have any proper documents, everything like that. >> Okay. >> She's about to leave. She locked herself in the car or with the thing was about to be towed there. She locked herself in the car. >> There was a pocketk knife in the car. She started cutting her legs with a pocketk knife on her thighs and stuff like that while we were trying to coax her out of the car. Then she um spit on us, was trying to bite us, kick us, all this other stuff while we took her into custody here. Um she's obviously currently in the back of that vehicle there. Um, we're waiting for a female officer to come search her since she was giving us a hard time spitting on us, all that stuff. >> Um, she said she's pregnant, 20 years old. Um, she doesn't she doesn't I don't know how far along she is. She's not really showing a super lot for my opinion. Um, but according to them, she is. And then she, like I said, just the superficial cut. She was doing it right in front of us while we were trying to get her to drop the knife and stuff like that, but nothing to where it's going to be like, you know, obviously she's not coming out or anything. But, uh, so that's where we're at right now. Um, she's pretty agitated, so I guess you guys are just kind of like standing by until we cuz we're going to have to take her out of the car to search her anyway. >> And then she's obviously going to skip. >> Um, let me just talk to my sergeant real quick here, too. >> From that. Yes. >> All right. I'll grab a picture after. >> Hello. >> Thanks for coming. >> Yes, no problem at all. >> Um, so we got her in the back of the car there. >> I read the notes a little bit. >> Yeah, she was spitting on us. So, we asked her, "Hey, can you help the tow truck driver find your keys real quick so you put it up there?" She goes, helps him for a little bit. Eventually gets fed up with it. She's like, "No, I'm not not looking for it." She walks away. All that stuff. Then um >> then I'm on the passenger side. Somehow she makes her way around. She hops in the driver's seat with her keys. >> And then we're like, "All right, this isn't good here." We had the uh the passenger side was open at that time. And then I I can't remember exactly how, but anyway, she ended up somehow locking herself inside the car. Okay. >> And then we were trying to coax her out. Everything was good. Well, you know, trust me, they deal with that all day every day. They deal with people that are five times her size, people that are, you know, all different backgrounds and everything. So, they're they're used to it and they're they're going to be able to deal with every whatever they got to deal with. >> Um >> it's just it's just bad. Okay. >> Um they work with the hospital. They're like kind of like they're who's contracted with the hospital for any type of mental health thing. >> Um so they they're just the professionals with that. Eventually she'll speak with a uh like a doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist. Um, and then they'll go through some things and then, you know, like I said, nothing's really, she's not going to get out today. Um, they're going to make sure they're going to give her a full look over. She's going to the hospital. So, they'll make sure everything's good with her body. >> Going to get like drug tested. >> Yeah. They'll take they'll take her labs. They'll make sure everything's good with the baby. They'll obviously make sure her legs get treated and everything like that and that she's not no other injuries.
