On November 29th, 2023, Sukakus police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Upon arrival, police were informed that the suspect, a 49year-old male, had already exited the store and was in the parking lot. Here is what occurred. respond to the possible those 35. Good. During the investigation, police arrested a 49year-old male for shoplifting, resisting arrest, hindering apprehension for providing false information to the police, possession of burglar tools, defined trespassing, possession of CDS believed to be, and refusal to provide fingerprints. He was also found to have one outstanding sick warrant issued out of the New Jersey State Parole Board with no bail and one other outstanding warrant. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
